A dual-purpose sports training equipment of reciprocating training and supine training which characterized in that: the rowing simulation device comprises a main body supporting beam (2), wherein a sit-up mechanism (1) is installed on the outer side of one end of the main body supporting beam (2), a stretching mechanism (6) is installed on the upper end face of the main body supporting beam (2), two supporting mechanisms (3) are installed on the lower end face of the main body supporting beam (2), and rowing simulation mechanisms (4) are installed on the outer sides of two ends of one supporting mechanism (3);
the supporting mechanism (3) comprises supporting legs (301), a supporting cross rod (302) and a connecting frame (303), the supporting cross rod (302) is installed on the lower end face of the connecting frame (303), and the supporting legs (301) are installed at two ends of the supporting cross rod (302);
the rowing simulation mechanism (4) comprises a connecting seat (401), a swing rod (402), a handle (403), a guide sleeve rod (404), a height adjusting frame (405), a telescopic reset rod (406), a connecting spring (407) and a guide block (408), wherein the swing rod (402) is installed on the inner side of one end of the handle (403), the height adjusting frame (405) is installed on the outer side of the bottom end of the swing rod (402), the telescopic reset rod (406) is installed on one end of the height adjusting frame (405), the connecting spring (407) is installed on the outer side of the bottom end of the telescopic reset rod (406), the guide block (408) is installed at the bottom end of the connecting spring (407), the guide sleeve rod (404) is installed on the outer side of the guide block (408), and the connecting seat (401) are installed at the bottom end of the guide sleeve rod (404) and the bottom;
entertainment viewing mechanism (7) are installed to one side of straining device (6), and foot supporting mechanism (5) are all installed to the both sides of entertainment viewing mechanism (7) bottom, and foot supporting mechanism (5) are including fixed support bar (501), footboard (502) and elastic cord (503), and footboard (502) are installed in the outside of fixed support bar (501) one end, and elastic cord (503) are installed to the up end of footboard (502).

A dual use physical training apparatus for reciprocal training and supine training according to claim 1 wherein: the sit-up mechanism (1) comprises a sponge cushion (101), an elastic support plate (102), a pulley rotating seat (103), an end supporting angle plate (104), a fixed base (105), a pulley seat (106), a fixed inclined plate (107), height adjusting columns (108), a supporting base plate (109), a sliding frame (110) and limiting frames (111), wherein the sliding frame (110) is installed above the supporting base (112), the two limiting frames (111) are installed on the inner side of the sliding frame (110), the supporting base plate (109) is installed on the upper end face of the sliding frame (110), the sponge cushion (101) is installed on the upper end face of the supporting base plate (109), the two height adjusting columns (108) are installed on the upper end face of the sponge cushion (101), the fixed inclined plate (107) is installed on the upper end face of one of the height adjusting columns (108), the elastic support plate (102) is installed on the upper end face of the, two end supporting angle plates (104) are installed at one end of each fixed inclined plate (107), a fixed base (105) is installed on one side of each end supporting angle plate (104), a pulley rotating seat (103) is installed on the lower end face of each fixed base (105), and a pulley seat (106) is installed on the lower end face of each pulley rotating seat (103).

A dual use physical training apparatus for reciprocal training and supine training according to claim 1 wherein: the stretching mechanism (6) comprises a fixed sleeve plate (601), a locking knob (602), a height adjusting rod (603), a placing arc plate (604), a stretching rod (605), connecting ropes (606), an end fixing box (607), a guide sleeve (608), a reset spring (609) and a sliding connecting plate (610), wherein the height adjusting rod (603) is installed on the inner side of the upper end of the fixed sleeve plate (601), the fixed sleeve plate (601) is connected with the height adjusting rod (603) through the locking knob (602), the placing arc plate (604) is installed on the upper end face of the height adjusting rod (603), the stretching rod (605) is installed on one side of the placing arc plate (604), two connecting ropes (606) are installed on the outer side of the stretching rod (605), the guide sleeve (608) is installed on the outer side of the bottom end of the connecting rope (606), the end fixing box (607) is installed on the outer side of one end, the bottom end of the connecting rope (606) is provided with a sliding connecting plate (610), and one side of the sliding connecting plate (610) is provided with a return spring (609).
