One end of the pipeline 2 is connected with the foam mixed liquid supply system 1, the other end of the pipeline is divided into two outlets, a water mist spray head and a large-flow gun head of each rail trolley are connected to one outlet through a hose 12, a drag chain 10 is arranged on each supporting steel frame, the hose 12 is arranged in the drag chain 10, and when the rail trolley travels, the drag chain carries the hose to travel along with the rail trolley; the tow chain can ensure that the hose keeps normal water delivery when turning to bending, and has the effect of fixed water pipe, does not take place to rock under great water pressure effect. And the fire-fighting fog gun of each small rail car is provided with a spray control device. The working mode is a water mist mode in which the jet fan is started in advance, a large-flow gun head is started to quickly extinguish a fire if the fire is not extinguished within a set time, and foam mixed liquid can be sprayed on the large-flow gun head to realize quick fire extinguishment.
The intelligent processing system comprises a fire alarm controller, a first-path fire detector, a second-path fire detector, an audible and visual alarm, a wind direction and speed sensor and fire-fighting linkage control equipment, and works as follows:
(1) the fire detector monitors whether a fire occurs or not, and immediately sends a monitored fire signal and the position information of the firing transformer to the fire alarm controller;
(2) the fire alarm controller receives a fire signal and a fire transformer position signal sent by one path of fire detector and sends the fire signal to the fire alarm detector;
(3) the wind direction and wind speed sensor monitors the wind speed and the wind direction of a fire scene and sends the wind speed and the wind direction information to the fire alarm controller,
(4) the fire alarm controller receives wind direction and wind speed information of a fire scene from a wind direction and wind speed sensor and sends a station position instruction to a station position adjusting and controlling device of the rail trolley according to the position information and the wind direction information of the firing transformer;
(5) the two paths of fire detectors carry out secondary monitoring in the same defense area to determine whether a fire happens or not so as to confirm that the fire happens;
(6) the fire alarm controller receives a fire signal and a fire transformer position signal sent by a second path of fire detector in the same defense area and sends an alarm instruction to the audible and visual alarm;
(7) the audible and visual alarm sends out an alarm signal;
(8) and the circuit breaker of the main transformer receives a power-off instruction from the fire alarm controller, and feeds back a power-off signal after power-off so as to ensure that the fire is extinguished by spraying under the power-off condition.
(9) And after receiving the power-off signal, the fire alarm controller respectively sends a starting instruction to the fire-fighting linkage control equipment and the injection control device, and meanwhile, the injection control device determines the working range of the fine water spray nozzle mode according to the wind speed signal so as to set working parameters of the variable hydraulic pump.
