When the rim of the first lid body 10 is in transition abutment with the sealing gasket 70, the edge position of the sealing gasket 70 is prone to wrinkle, thereby affecting the sealing performance of the lid 100; the sealing lines are arranged to enable the corrugated edges to be filled with the raised sealing lines, so that the sealing performance of the first cover body 10 and the second cover body 20 when the first cover body is covered is enhanced.
In existing cup lids, the cup lid with the switch assembly is often provided with a sealing gasket for the isolator assembly to prevent liquid in the cup body from leaking through the mounting gap of the switch assembly. But the liquid in the cup is in a relatively sealed environment due to the sealing properties of the sealing liner. The pressure in the sealed space containing the liquid is changed along with the change of the temperature of the liquid, so that the water outlet problem of the liquid is influenced.
In order to make the air pressure of the sealed space in the cup cover 100, i.e. the air pressure of the tea chamber 11, consistent with the air pressure outside the cup cover 100, so that the liquid in the tea chamber 11 flows to the cup body through the water outlet hole 13, the sealing liner 70 is provided with an air outlet valve 80, and the air outlet valve 80 is used for allowing air to pass through.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, fig. 8 is a partially enlarged view of the lid 100 shown in fig. 2 at a point a; fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of the shield 82 in the cap 100 of fig. 1.
The exhaust valve 80 includes a shielding member 82 mounted on the sealing gasket 70, and an exhaust hole 81 opened in the sealing gasket 70, and the shielding member 82 shields the exhaust hole 81. The exhaust hole 81 is used for air intake or exhaust, and the shielding member 82 is used for blocking liquid from leaking out of the exhaust hole 81. The mounting position of the vent valve 80 is located between the mounting groove 71 of the sealing gasket 70 and the sealing line, so as to avoid the direct abutment with the first lid 10 from affecting the sealing performance of the lid 100.
The shielding member 82 is substantially dumbbell-shaped, one end of the shielding member 82 away from the first cover body 10 extends into the sealing gasket 70 and extends radially to form a limiting portion 821, the other end extends radially to form an umbrella-shaped shielding portion 822, and the shielding portion 822 covers the exhaust hole 81. The stopper 821 is used to attach the shield 82 to the seal packing 70; the shielding portion 822 is used for shielding the air vent 81, so that the liquid cannot directly flow out of the second cap body 20 together with the air vent 81. This is provided to facilitate the insertion of the shield 82 into the gasket 70.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the shield 82 may be provided in other shapes, such as a sheet-like structure fixedly connected to the sealing gasket 70, so long as the purpose of covering the vent hole 81 is achieved.
In one embodiment, the shield 82 is a silicone shield 82. In one embodiment, an annular mounting ring 83 protrudes from the side of the sealing gasket 70 facing the first cover body 10, and the mounting ring 83 is used for accommodating the shielding portion 822. The position of the mounting ring 83 is set off the edge of the first lid 10 to prevent water leakage due to a gap generated when the mounting ring 83 abuts against the first lid 10. With this arrangement, the gap between the mounting ring 83 and the shielding portion 822 can prevent the inflow of liquid more effectively, and the inflow and outflow of gas is not affected.
In one embodiment, a receiving groove (not numbered) is formed on a side of the sealing gasket 70 facing away from the first cover 10, the position-limiting portion 821 is disposed in the receiving groove, and an end portion of the position-limiting portion 821 is lower than a surface of the sealing gasket 70 or flush with the surface of the sealing gasket 70. This arrangement allows the seal gasket 70 to be smoothly fitted to the second cover 20.
In one embodiment, the number of the exhaust holes 81 is two, and the two exhaust holes 81 are symmetrically arranged along the shielding member 82. So set up, can make atmospheric pressure can be fast with outside stable mutually.
In one embodiment, the diameter of the vent hole 81 is 0.05-0.5 mm. When the switch component 60 is pressed by external force, the sealing gasket 70 is deformed slightly correspondingly, so that the gap between the shielding part 822 and the sealing gasket 70 is enlarged, and further the air in the tea bin 11 and the air outside the cup cover 100 are accelerated to rapidly enter and exit, thereby achieving the effect of rapidly balancing the air pressure in the tea bin 11 and the air pressure outside the cup cover 100.
The invention also provides a cup, which comprises the cup cover 100 and a cup body (not shown), wherein the cup cover 100 is covered on the cup body.
