Abstract
本发明公开了一种提高三元母猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,将经过炮制的麦蓝菜种子、吡啶甲酸铬、与铡碎的麦蓝菜茎叶混合,通过复合酶的酶解和微生物的发酵,再烘干并粉碎后制成能提高三元母猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂。麦蓝菜种子、麦蓝菜茎叶、吡啶甲酸铬一起结合不同加工工艺处理后,制备的产品能显著改善三元母猪的繁殖性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种提高三元母猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂。
背景技术
2018年8月,非洲猪瘟首次在我国确诊,短短一年的时间席卷全国,笼罩在非瘟阴影下的我国各地大量淘汰母猪,导致能繁母猪存栏大幅下降,特别是生产周期长的二元母猪的存栏大幅下降,短期内很难恢复。在这种特殊时期,将本应肥育用的三元猪的母猪留做种用,这不失为近年内解决母猪来源的一种好方法,三元母猪种用是利国利民的好举措。
在当前国家鼓励养猪的大环境下,为尽快补充母猪存栏,很多养殖企业已经开始选育优良的三元母仔猪种用。三元母猪一般是以“大长或长大二元母猪”作母本,以杜洛克为父本杂交所生的三元商品母猪,也有与地方种猪杂交的三元母猪。因三元商品母猪是按照商品肥育的标准进行饲养管理的,商品猪关注的是肥育,而改为种用三元猪重点关注的应该是繁殖,传统商品饲料在三元猪发育期的营养不符合母猪的要求,如果作为种猪会出现很多问题,怎样减少三元母猪种用带来的问题就成了摆在畜牧人面前的一大课题。
近3年来,我们对三元母猪的产仔情况与二元母猪的产仔情况进行了统计分析,2016~2019年DLY三元与LY二元繁殖性能(产仔数)差异数据如下:
从上表可以看出,从产仔数看,随着三元母猪的性成熟,与二元母猪相比,三元母猪从第3-4胎起逐渐缩小了与二元母猪的差距,所以只要管理得当和使用合理的饲料,使用三元母猪种用是可行的。但是三元母猪种用需要更加精细化的管理和营养调理,否则容易出现多种问题。
一是相对于二元母猪来说,三元猪品系本身不适合种用。骨盆狭窄,不适合生仔;三元母猪杜洛克血统占50%,乳腺发育不良;遗传基因变化上抗应激能力差,抗病能力弱;初情不明显,返情率高,配种率低;二是使用的非三元母猪专用饲料导致更多问题。由于营养不均衡影响子宫发育,导致胚胎着床率低并且容易出现流产;能量稍高就容易出现肥胖;初生仔猪免疫力低下,死亡率高。
基于以上原因,要实现三元母猪价值的最大化,则营养、管理、选配等都需要做到精准的调整和更加细心的呵护。如何养好三元母猪?除了做好精细化管理外,还需要营养上强化三元母猪的繁殖功能。
相对传统的母猪料,需要补充更多的VE、生物素、β-胡萝卜素、螯合微量元素,以及可高效吸收的钙磷和高效免疫增强剂等,以更好的强化三元母猪的骨骼生长,促进生殖器官更好的发育。考虑到三元母猪的体型大、产仔少、抗病力弱及胎儿的着床率低和发育差的问题,需要加强饲料中膳食纤维含量,增加发酵饲料促进肠道健康,减少便秘;提高维生素、矿物质含量,满足怀孕需求,强骨健体,同时调整母猪体型,增加胚胎着床率。对于哺乳三元母猪,考虑到三元母猪抗应激能力差,围产期综合症严重、奶水少、母性差等问题,需要提高VE、生物素、叶酸、螯合矿和发酵饲料等,以强化生殖系统,增强抗病力、抗应激能力,减少产后炎症。
相对传统的母猪料营养,三元母猪饲料适当补充提升繁殖性能的添加剂是有必要的。
麦蓝菜(学名:Vaccaria hispanica(Mill.)Rauschert)是石竹科麦蓝菜属植物。一年生或二年生草本,高30-70厘米,全株无毛,微被白粉,呈灰绿色;根为主根系;茎单生,直立,上部分枝。叶片卵状披针形或披针形,长3-9厘米,宽1.5-4厘米。伞房花序稀疏。蒴果宽卵形或近圆球形,长8-10毫米;种子近圆球形,直径约2毫米,红褐色至黑色。花期5-7月,果期6-8月。广泛分布于欧洲和亚洲。中国除华南外都有分布。生长于草坡、撂荒地或麦田中,为麦田常见杂草。
麦蓝菜的营养价值也比较丰富,含在丰富的微生素、微量元素和可利用纤维,其中维生素C丰富,可以起到抗氧化的作用,防止动物应激;其中的钙离子、铁离子可以促进身体代谢。使用麦蓝菜做饲料可以促进动物的肠道蠕动,能够帮助消化,有利于动物的新陈代谢。
麦蓝菜的成熟种子经干燥后可供药用,主含三萜皂苷、黄酮苷及呫吨酮成分。性味苦,平。活血通经,下乳消肿。主治乳汁不下,经闭,痛经,乳痈肿痛。
麦蓝菜的成熟种子需要经过炮制后方可入药,炮制是中医用药的特点之一,中药炮制是根据中医蕴含理论,依据辩证施治用药的需要和药物自身的性质,以及调剂、制剂的不同要求,所采取的制药技术。常见的炮制工艺有炒制、煅制、加辅料蒸制等。炮制对药性的影响包括性味、归经、毒性的降低和去除等。不同的中药采用不同的炮制方式,最大限度的保证产品功效的发挥。炮制的目的是为了增强药物的作用,提高临床疗效;引药入经,改变药的性能功效,便于定向用药;矫臭、矫味,便于服用;纯净药材,降低或消除药物的毒性。
吡啶甲酸铬,别名吡啶羧酸铬、甲基吡啶铬,紫红色结晶性细小粉末,流动性良好,常温下稳定,微溶于水,不溶于乙醇,其中的铬为三价铬。铬是葡萄糖耐受因子(GTF)的重要组成成分,它可以增加胰岛素的活性,参与蛋白质的合成和核酸、脂肪的代谢,降低体内脂肪含量。铬还能使免疫系统加强,提高机体对不良状况与应激状况的抵抗力。主要功效有:作为医药及保健品功能因子:降糖抑脂、减肥增补、强肌健体、增进免疫。作为饲料添加剂:增加畜禽肉、蛋、奶、仔的产出率和幼仔成活率;促进畜禽降糖抑脂快速生长,提高饲料回报率;调节内分泌,增强畜禽繁殖性能;改善畜禽胴体品质,提高瘦肉率;降低畜禽应激,增强畜禽抗应激能力;增进畜禽免疫机能,降低畜禽养殖风险。
基于以上研究资料再经过特定的加工方式形成特定的发明产品,添加本发明产品后能有效提升三元母猪的繁殖性能。
一般来说,三元种母猪的繁殖问题多于二元母猪,子宫内膜炎、无乳症、低血钙症、产褥热、产程长、产后无力等繁殖问题在三元母猪上表现更多。要改善这些问题,使用传统母猪饲料的同时,补充使用本发明产品进行产前产后的强化营养和功能保健,能够强化三元母猪的繁殖性能。
种猪是猪场的火车头,在当前二元母猪稀缺的情况下,三元母猪做为猪场弯道超车的有效手段,可快速提升猪场产能。只有更细心的呵护、更精准的营养、更科学的防控,才能在三元母猪的饲养上获取更大的收益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种提高三元母猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,用于提高三元母猪的繁殖性能。
本发明的采用的技术方案是:一种提高三元母猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,其制备过程包括以下工艺步骤:
步骤1,炮制麦蓝菜种子:在麦蓝菜果实成热、果皮尚未开裂时采割植株、晒干、打下种子,麦蓝菜种子除去杂质再晒干后,使用φ1.5mm筛片的粉碎机进行粉碎,再用饲料膨化机进行膨化,得到干粉状原料;
步骤2,准备麦蓝菜,麦蓝菜生长至枝叶较嫩绿且还未开花时,于菜根处一起收割,将麦蓝菜铡碎得到新鲜麦蓝菜碎末;
步骤3,制备菌种:使用酵母菌和枯草芽孢杆菌制备1号菌液;使用粪肠球菌制备2号菌液;
步骤4,将步骤1制成的干粉状原料、步骤2制成的新鲜麦蓝菜碎末、吡啶甲酸铬混合均匀得到混合物;
步骤5,在步骤4生成的混合物中加入水、复合酶、1号菌液、2号菌液,混合后进行酶解和发酵;
步骤6,烘干,粉碎,得到饲料添加剂成品。
优选地,所述的麦蓝菜种子膨化温度为130℃±10℃。可加入适量食用植物油以利于膨化。
优选地,制备菌种时,所述酵母菌采用含量为1.0×109cfu/g的酿酒酵母菌,枯草芽孢杆菌的含量为1.0×109cfu/g,按适宜比例进行配比,加入培养基后,在1号菌种罐中进行活化,为1号菌液;所述粪肠球菌的含量为1.0×109cfu/g,加入培养基后,在2号菌种罐中进行活化,为2号菌液。
优选地,所述的发酵包含好氧发酵和厌氧发酵。优选地,所述发酵温度为30~50℃。
优选地,所述的复合酶包含纤维素酶、甘露聚糖酶。
优选地,所述的烘干为低温烘干,保证产品的生物活性。
优选地,所述成品pH值≤5。
所述的饲料添加剂在三元母猪饲料中应用。优选地,所述饲料添加剂在饲料中的重量比为0.05~0.15%。
本发明的有益效果在于,采用上述技术方案,新鲜麦蓝菜能提供发酵需要的碳源和氮源,并提供丰富的多种维生素、矿物质元素和膳食纤维,且经过酶解发酵产生了大量的乳酸和小肽,可有效保障三元母猪胃肠道健康和提升其繁殖性能;;麦蓝菜种子的炮制采用粉碎、膨化、发酵结合,可调节其性能功效、降低和去除毒性、矫臭、矫味等,最大限度的保证产品功效的发挥,增强药物作用,提高疗效;吡啶甲酸铬参与酶解和发酵过程有利于平和其性能,提高繁殖性能方面的功能;故而,麦蓝菜种子、茎叶、吡啶甲酸铬的组合并结合不同加工工艺处理后,制备的添加剂能显著提升、改善三元母猪的繁殖性能。
为了使本发明的技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合本发明的实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
具体实施方式
实施例:一种提高三元母猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,其制备过程包括以下工艺步骤:
步骤1,炮制麦蓝菜种子:在麦蓝菜果实成热、果皮尚未开裂时采割植株,晒干,打下种子,除去杂质,再晒干。麦蓝菜种子晒干后,使用φ1.5mm筛片的饲料粉碎机进行粉碎,再用饲料膨化机进行膨化,膨化温度为130℃±10℃,并加入少量食用植物油以利于膨化。
步骤2,准备麦蓝菜,麦蓝菜生长至枝叶较嫩绿且还未开花时,于菜根处一起收割,将鲜麦蓝菜铡碎得到新鲜麦蓝菜碎末;
步骤3,制备菌种:准备含量为1.0×109cfu/g的酿酒酵母菌、含量为1.0×109cfu/g的枯草芽孢杆菌,按1:4配比,加入培养基后,在1号菌种罐中进行活化,为1号菌液;准备含量为1.0×109cfu/g的粪肠球菌,加入培养基后在2号菌种罐中进行活化,为2号菌液;
步骤4,先将步骤1制成的干粉状原料500kg、吡啶甲酸铬纯品1.5kg使用卧式双轴不绣钢混合机进行混合,再加入步骤2制成的新鲜麦蓝菜碎末500kg,混合均匀;
步骤5,在步骤4生成的混合物中加入纯净水或干净的井水,将复合酶溶于干净水,与步骤3生产的1号菌液与2号菌液进行搅拌,其配比方式为:步骤4混合物1吨、1号菌液10千克、2号菌液20千克,或根据混合机容量的大小将以上原料按比例进行调整,混合均匀后在30~50℃下进行酶解和发酵;检测发酵产物,本步骤的终点为发酵产物的pH值≤5,发酵产物具有酸香中药味;
步骤6,烘干,粉碎,得到饲料添加剂成品。
为了验证本发明方法制备的饲料添加剂的效果,进行了下述试验。
试验方法:
1、试验分组:选择第1胎繁殖正常的第2胎杜长大三元母猪40头,体重和体况相近,配种妊娠30天。将这40头三元母猪分成试验组和对照组,每组20头,试验组和对照组各分成5个小组,每个小组4头母猪,于母猪妊娠30天开始进行试验。本试验全程跟踪统计妊娠、分娩、泌乳性能及哺乳仔猪的生长发育及健康情况,具体见表1

腹泻率:腹泻率(%)=[腹泻头数总和/(猪头数×试验天数)]×100。

皮毛指数:分别在试验第2天、第8天和第14天评分,每次评分5人参与,最后取平均值作为试验值。皮毛指数=皮肤红润程度分数+毛色亮度分数+毛顺程度分数
4、母猪泌乳力及初乳性状的测定
以同窝存活仔猪哺乳至21日龄时的全窝重量代表母猪的泌乳力,包括寄养进来的仔猪在内,但寄出仔猪的体重不计在内。
试验组和对照组各随机采集5头三元母猪的初乳(开产3h之内),20℃保存备用。用福斯乳汁分析仪测定初乳成分;初乳抗体G蛋白用猪免疫球蛋白G(IgG)酶联免疫检测试剂盒检测,根据标准曲线计算样品IgG含量。
试验结果:

从上表可以看出,与对照组相比,试验组三元母猪平均窝产活仔数显著提高,试验组仔猪初生窝重和断奶窝重均显著提升,同时提升了仔猪的成活率。

从上表可以看出,与对照组相比,试验组母猪分娩的早产率、滞产率和哺乳期三联症发病率均有显著降低,同时降低了仔猪的腹泻率,提升了仔猪皮毛指数。

从上表可以看出,与对照组相比,断奶后三元母猪发情率试验组显著高于对照组,且总受胎率大幅提高。

从上表可以看出,与对照组相比,母猪泌乳力试验组优于对照组,初乳中IgG含量明显提高;整体泌乳能力试验组显著优于对照组,且营养成分明显改善。
综上试验统计可得出结论如下:饲喂了添加本发明产品的母猪饲料后,能显著提升母猪的繁殖性能,不仅提高了母猪的产仔性能,改善了母猪的健康状况,还显著提升母猪泌乳的数量和质量,增强了哺乳仔猪的免疫力。

Claims (9)
1.一种提高三元母猪繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,其制备过程包括以下工艺步骤:
步骤1,炮制麦蓝菜种子:在麦蓝菜果实成热、果皮尚未开裂时采割植株、晒干、打下种子,麦蓝菜种子除去杂质再晒干后,使用φ1.5mm筛片的粉碎机进行粉碎,再用饲料膨化机进行膨化,得到干粉状原料;
步骤2,准备麦蓝菜,麦蓝菜生长至枝叶较嫩绿且还未开花时,于菜根处一起收割,将麦蓝菜铡碎得到新鲜麦蓝菜碎末;
步骤3,制备菌种:使用酵母菌和枯草芽孢杆菌制备1号菌液;使用粪肠球菌制备2号菌液;
步骤4,将步骤1制成的干粉状原料、步骤2制成的新鲜麦蓝菜碎末、吡啶甲酸铬混合均匀得到混合物;
步骤5,在步骤4生成的混合物中加入水、复合酶、1号菌液、2号菌液,混合后进行酶解和发酵;
步骤6,烘干,粉碎,得到饲料添加剂成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述的麦蓝菜种子的膨化温度为130℃±10℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述酵母菌采用含量为1.0×109cfu/g的酿酒酵母菌,枯草芽孢杆菌的含量为1.0×109cfu/g,按适宜比例进行配比,加入培养基后,在1号菌种罐中进行活化,为1号菌液;所述粪肠球菌的含量为1.0×109cfu/g,加入培养基后,在2号菌种罐中进行活化,为2号菌液。
4.如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述的发酵包括好氧发酵和厌氧发酵,所述发酵温度为30~50℃。
5.如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述的复合酶包括纤维素酶、甘露聚糖酶。
6.如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述的烘干为低温烘干。
7.如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述成品pH值≤5,乳酸含量以总酸计≥3%。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的饲料添加剂在三元母猪饲料中的应用。
9.如权利要求9所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述饲料添加剂在三元母猪饲料中的重量比为0.05~0.15%。
