However, with the further development of the car networking technology, new application scenarios will appear, such as: remote control, fleet communication, etc., some or all of which require unicast communication between terminals. In this way, unicast or multicast (for example, broadcast or multicast) communication may occur in V2X communication, and V2X communication is direct communication, that is, direct communication between terminals, so that the terminals perform unicast or multicast communication, and the network side does not know the communication, thereby resulting in poor resource scheduling effect for direct communication by the network side.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network structure to which the embodiment of the present invention is applicable, and as shown in fig. 1, the network structure includes a plurality of terminals 11 and a network side device 12, where the terminal 11 may be a User Equipment (UE) or other terminal devices, for example: a terminal side Device such as a Mobile phone, a Tablet Personal Computer (Tablet Personal Computer), a Laptop Computer (Laptop Computer), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Mobile Internet Device (MID), or a Wearable Device (Wearable Device), it should be noted that a specific type of the terminal is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. The link between the terminals 11 that can communicate directly is called a Sidelink (translated into a direct communication link or bypass, also called a direct communication interface), i.e. the terminals can communicate directly via the Sidelink. The terminals of the direct communication can be all on-line or all off-line, or part of the devices are on-line and part of the devices are off-line. The network side device 12 may be a base station, for example: macro station, LTE eNB, 5G NR NB, etc.; the network side device may also be a small station, such as a Low Power Node (LPN), pico, femto, or an Access Point (AP); the base station may also be a network node that is composed of a Central Unit (CU) and a plurality of Transmission Reception Points (TRPs) whose management is and controls. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the specific type of the network-side device is not limited.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a BSR reporting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
201. and the terminal reports the BSR of the direct communication link, wherein the BSR can at least distinguish the buffer status of unicast communication and multicast communication of a direct communication interface, or can at least distinguish the buffer status of unicast communication, multicast communication and broadcast communication of the direct communication interface.
The BSR may be a Sidelink (which may be translated into a direct communication link or a bypass, also referred to as a direct communication interface) BSR.
The multicast communication may be multicast communication or broadcast communication, and may be a set of multicast communication and broadcast communication.
The buffer status of the unicast communication may refer to a buffer status of a logical channel or a logical channel group corresponding to the unicast communication of the direct communication interface, where the logical channel or the logical channel group corresponding to the unicast communication may also be referred to as a logical channel or a logical channel group of the unicast communication, or may also be referred to as a logical channel or a logical channel group using the unicast communication.
The buffer status of the multicast communication may refer to a buffer status of a logical channel or a logical channel group corresponding to the multicast communication of the direct communication interface, where the logical channel or the logical channel group corresponding to the multicast communication may also be referred to as a logical channel or a logical channel group of the multicast communication, or may also be referred to as a logical channel or a logical channel group using the multicast communication.
The buffer status of multicast communication and the buffer status of broadcast communication may refer to the description of the buffer status of unicast communication and the buffer status of multicast communication, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cache area state may also be referred to as cache area state information.
Therefore, after receiving the BSR, the network side equipment can distinguish the communication mode of the direct communication interface through the BSR, so that more accurate scheduling can be performed according to the communication mode, and the resource scheduling effect of the network side on the direct communication is improved. For example, when the buffer status of the direct communication link is reported, the buffer statuses corresponding to unicast and multicast services (or unicast, multicast and broadcast services) can be reported independently, so that the network side can perform more accurate scheduling on the unicast.
As an optional implementation manner, the BSR includes indication information, where the indication information is used to distinguish buffer statuses of unicast communication and multicast communication of the direct communication interface, or to distinguish buffer statuses of unicast communication, multicast communication, and broadcast communication of the direct communication interface.
The indication information may be indication information newly added in the BSR, or the indication information may be obtained by extending some information functions in the BSR.
In this embodiment, the indication information directly indicates the buffer statuses of different communication methods, so that the network side device can directly and accurately distinguish the buffer statuses of the communication methods of the direct communication interface.
In one implementation, the indication information may be included in a MAC subheader corresponding to the BSR MAC CE.
Therefore, the buffer area state for distinguishing each communication mode of the direct communication interface can be determined through the MAC subheader.
In this implementation, the indication information may be an LCID, and the BSR may include at least one of the following:
a first BSR MAC CE, where an LCID in a MAC subheader corresponding to the first BSR MAC CE is used to indicate that the first BSR MAC CE is a BSR MAC CE for unicast communication of the direct communication interface, and the first BSR MAC CE includes a buffer status of a logical channel or a logical channel group corresponding to the unicast communication of the direct communication interface;
and a second BSR MAC CE, where an LCID in a MAC subheader corresponding to the second BSR MAC CE is used to indicate that the second BSR MAC CE is a BSR MAC CE for the direct communication interface multicast communication, and the second BSR MAC CE includes a buffer status of a logical channel or a logical channel group corresponding to the direct communication interface multicast communication.
In this way, unicast and multicast differentiation in BSR MAC CEs may be implemented, and specifically, different BSRMAC CEs may be defined to differentiate unicast and multicast, for example: two BSR MAC CEs are defined for direct communication interface unicast and multicast and distinguished by LCID.
Therefore, the buffer area states of the logic channel groups corresponding to different communication modes can be carried by different BSR MAC CEs, and the buffer area states can be distinguished more favorably.
When the indication information is LCID, the LCID may be extended, for example: taking an Uplink Shared Channel (UL-SCH) as an example, the value of the UL-SCH LCID (Values of LCID for UL-SCH) can be represented as shown in table 1:
table 1:
Figure BDA0001832367150000121
Figure BDA0001832367150000131
Figure BDA0001832367150000141
the embodiments of the present invention are extended to include at least the contents corresponding to 110001, 110010, 110011, and 110100, but of course, specific values of the LCID are not limited in the embodiments of the present invention, for example: the above-mentioned unicast, multicast/broadcast BSR may also be represented by other values. The LCID may also indicate a BSR of multicast, and the like, which is not limited to this, and the above table is only an example.
Optionally, for a logical channel group, a buffer status of a logical channel corresponding to unicast communication included in the logical channel group is carried by the first BSR MAC CE; the buffer status of the logical channel corresponding to the multicast communication included in the logical channel group is carried by the second BSR MAC CE.
Therefore, the buffer status of the logic channel corresponding to different communication modes of the same logic channel group can be carried by different BSR MAC CEs, so that the buffer status of the logic channel of different communication modes in the same logic channel group can be accurately distinguished. For example: when a terminal reports the state of a buffer zone, whether unicast or multicast is needed to be further distinguished for a plurality of logical channels belonging to the same logical channel group, and the logical channels are reported through corresponding Sidelink BSR MAC CEs respectively.
Optionally, the indication information is an LCID, and the BSR includes at least one of:
optionally, the indication information is an LCID, and the BSR includes at least one of:
a third BSR MAC CE, where an LCID in a MAC subheader corresponding to the third BSR MAC CE is used to indicate that the third BSR MAC CE is a BSR MAC CE for unicast communication of the direct communication interface, and the third BSR MAC CE includes a buffer status of a logical channel or a logical channel group corresponding to the unicast communication of the direct communication interface;
a fourth BSR MAC CE, where an LCID in a MAC subheader corresponding to the fourth BSR MAC CE is used to indicate that the fourth BSR MAC CE is a BSR MAC CE for the direct communication interface multicast communication, and the fourth BSR MAC CE includes a buffer status of a logical channel or a logical channel group corresponding to the direct communication interface multicast communication;
and a fifth BSR MAC CE, where an LCID in a MAC subheader corresponding to the fifth BSR MAC CE is used to indicate that the fifth BSR MAC CE is a BSR MAC CE for the direct communication interface broadcast communication, and the fifth BSR MAC CE includes a buffer status of a logical channel or a logical channel group corresponding to the direct communication interface broadcast communication.
In this way, unicast, multicast and broadcast differentiation in BSR MAC CEs can be achieved, and specifically, different BSR MAC CEs can be defined to differentiate unicast, multicast and broadcast, for example: multiple BSRMAC CEs are defined for direct communication interface unicast, multicast, and broadcast and distinguished by LCIDs.
Therefore, the buffer area states of the logic channel groups corresponding to different communication modes can be carried by different BSR MAC CEs, and the buffer area states can be distinguished more favorably.
Further, for a logical channel group, the buffer status of the logical channel corresponding to the unicast communication included in the logical channel group may be carried by the third BSR MAC CE; the buffer status of the logical channel corresponding to the multicast communication included in the logical channel group may be carried by the fourth BSR MAC CE; the buffer status of the logical channel corresponding to the broadcast communication included in the logical channel group may be carried by the fifth BSR MAC CE.
Therefore, the buffer status of the logic channel corresponding to different communication modes of the same logic channel group can be carried by different BSR MAC CEs, so that the buffer status of the logic channel of different communication modes in the same logic channel group can be accurately distinguished. For example: when the terminal reports the buffer status, unicast, multicast and broadcast are further distinguished aiming at a plurality of logical channels belonging to the same logical channel group, and the logical channels are reported through corresponding Sidelink BSR MAC CEs respectively.
In another implementation, the indication information may be included in the BSR MAC CE.
In this implementation manner, unicast and multicast for the direct communication interface may be implemented, or unicast and multicast/broadcast use the same BSR MAC CE, and unicast and multicast are distinguished through the indication information in the BSR MAC CE, or unicast and multicast/broadcast are distinguished. The same BSR MAC CE is used, so that the BSR overhead is reduced.
Optionally, in this implementation, the indication information may be carried based on a target identifier (Destination index) or based on a logical channel group.
This allows to distinguish between unicast and multicast, or between unicast, multicast and broadcast, with granularity of target identification.
And can also realize that whether to unicast or multicast or to unicast, multicast and broadcast can be distinguished by taking the logical channel group as granularity.
In this embodiment, specifically, the target identifier or the indication information based on the logical channel group may be added to the BSR MAC CE to indicate the target identifier or the communication method based on the logical channel group.
Optionally, if the same logical channel group includes both a logical channel corresponding to unicast communication and a logical channel corresponding to multicast communication, the buffer status of the logical channel corresponding to unicast communication in the logical channel group and the buffer status of the logical channel corresponding to multicast communication in the logical channel group need to be reported separately for the same logical channel group in the BSR MAC CE, and the indication information is carried separately for each buffer status; or,
if the same logical channel group includes both logical channels using unicast and logical channels using multicast and broadcast, the buffer status of the logical channel corresponding to unicast communication in the logical channel group, the buffer status of the logical channel corresponding to multicast communication in the logical channel group and the buffer status of the logical channel corresponding to broadcast communication in the logical channel group need to be reported separately for the same logical channel group in the BSR MAC CE, and the indication information is carried separately for each buffer status.
In this embodiment, it can be realized that, for logical channels including different communication manners in the same logical channel group, buffer statuses of the logical channels including different communication manners are respectively reported in the BSR MAC CE, so as to distinguish the buffer statuses of the logical channels including different communication manners in the same logical channel group. For example: when the terminal reports the buffer status, whether the logical channels belong to the same logical channel group are unicast or multicast/broadcast can be further distinguished. Specifically, when the Sidelink BSR MAC CE reports, the Buffer status corresponding to the unicast Logical channel is placed in the Buffer Size (BS) domain corresponding to the unicast indication information, and the Buffer status corresponding to the multicast/broadcast Logical channel is placed in the BS domain corresponding to the multicast indication information, but the Logical channel group identifiers (LCG IDs) of the two are the same.
Optionally, if the indication information is carried based on a target identifier and the BSR includes multiple identical target identifiers, the indication information only needs to be carried when the target identifier appears for the first time in the BSR MAC CE.
The target identifier may be any target identifier included in the BSR.
In this embodiment, if the BSR MAC CE includes a plurality of identical target identifiers, only one piece of indication information corresponding to the target identifier needs to be carried, thereby reducing the overhead of the BSR MAC CE.
As an optional implementation, the method further includes:
the terminal receives configuration information of a network side, wherein the buffer status of unicast communication and multicast communication of the direct communication interface is distinguished through a logical channel group identifier (LCG ID) in the configuration information, or the buffer status of unicast communication, multicast communication and broadcast communication of the direct communication interface is distinguished through the LCG ID, so that the buffer status of unicast communication and multicast communication of the direct communication interface can be distinguished through the LCGID in the BSR, or the buffer status of unicast communication, multicast communication and broadcast communication of the direct communication interface is distinguished through the LCG ID.
In this embodiment, when configuring the logical channel and logical channel group mapping relationship, the network side can distinguish between unicast communication and multicast communication, or between unicast communication, multicast communication, and broadcast communication, or between unicast and multicast/broadcast.
Therefore, under the condition that the BSR does not increase the content and the BSR is not changed, the buffer state of distinguishing the unicast communication and the multicast communication of the direct communication interface is realized through the BSR, or at least the buffer state of distinguishing the unicast communication, the multicast communication and the broadcast communication of the direct communication interface can be realized, so that the complexity is reduced, and the expense of the BSR is reduced.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the transmission modes of the logical channels in the same logical channel group in the logical channel group corresponding to the BSR are the same, where the transmission modes are unicast communication or multicast communication, or the transmission modes are unicast communication, multicast communication, or broadcast communication.
Therefore, the communication modes in the same logical channel group are the same during configuration, and the communication modes of the logical channels are directly distinguished through the LCGID. For example: if the mapping relationship between the logical channel of the direct communication interface and the logical channel group is directly configured by the network, it is necessary to ensure unicast and multicast during network configuration, or that the logical channels of unicast and multicast/broadcast cannot be mapped into the same logical channel group.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment, the configuration information configures a plurality of logical channel groups corresponding to the same set of QoS parameters, and different logical channel groups are used for unicast communication and multicast communication, or different logical channel groups are used for unicast communication, multicast communication, and broadcast communication.
In this embodiment, it may be implemented that a plurality of logical channel groups are configured for the same set of QoS parameters, where different logical channel groups are used for unicast communication and multicast communication, or different logical channel groups are used for unicast communication, multicast communication and broadcast communication, so as to directly distinguish the communication modes of the logical channels by the LCG IDs. For example: if the network side only configures the mapping relationship between the QoS parameters and the logical channel groups, it is necessary to ensure that the same set of QoS parameters needs to correspond to two logical channel group identifiers when the network side configures, where one corresponds to unicast and the other corresponds to multicast, or one corresponds to unicast and the other corresponds to multicast/broadcast. Or, the same set of QoS parameters needs to correspond to three logical channel group identifiers, where one corresponds to unicast, another corresponds to multicast, and another corresponds to broadcast.
Optionally, in the foregoing embodiment, before the terminal reports the BSR of the direct communication link, the method further includes:
the terminal reports auxiliary information, wherein the auxiliary information comprises at least one of the following items:
a logical channel identifier and a transmission mode of a logical channel corresponding to the logical channel identifier;
QoS parameters of logical channels.
In this embodiment, since the terminal reports the auxiliary information, the network side device may perform configuration in combination with or according to the auxiliary information when configuring the configuration information, so as to improve the accuracy and the configuration efficiency of the configuration information. Of course, in the embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary information does not limit the terminal reporting, for example: the network side device may also be configured in advance, or defined in a protocol in advance, and the like, which is not limited herein.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the present invention may be applied to a V2X communication system, and may also be applied to other systems that require direct communication, such as a New Radio (NR) communication system, and the following illustrates various embodiments provided above by using an NR system:
example 1: differentiation by LCID
In this embodiment, the terminal determines whether the sildelink BSR is triggered based on the triggering condition of the sildelink BSR MAC CE, and once the sildelink BSR is triggered, the terminal needs to organize the sildelink BSR MAC CE.
When a terminal reports the buffer status, whether unicast or multicast/broadcast (or unicast or multicast) needs to be further distinguished for a plurality of logical channels belonging to the same logical channel group, and the logical channels are reported through corresponding Sidelink BSR MAC CEs respectively.
Based on the above method, assume:
destination identification (Destination index, or Destination ID): for indicating a communication target identity, assuming that 3 bits are occupied;
LCG ID: a logical channel group identity, assuming to occupy 2 bits;
buffer Size (Buffer Size): the buffer status size corresponding to the logical channel group assumes 6 bits are occupied.
The format of the Sidelink BSR MAC CE in the NR system may be as shown in fig. 3 and 4, where fig. 3Sidelink BSR/truncated Sidelink BSR MAC CE (N is an even number), where Oct may represent octet (one 8-bit group). While fig. 4 shows the Sidelink BSR/truncated Sidelink BSR MACCE (N is odd), R may represent a reservation.
To distinguish between unicast and multicast/broadcast (or between unicast and multicast) when a direct communication link buffer status report is made, two different LCIDs may be defined for unicast and multicast/broadcast (or unicast and multicast), respectively. Namely, LCIDs corresponding to unicast and multicast/broadcast are respectively added in LCID tables corresponding to UL-SCH of NR system. Considering the existence of the truncated Sidelink BSR MAC CE, unicast and multicast/broadcast may occupy 2 LCIDs respectively, which may specifically refer to table 1 and the corresponding description of table 1, which is not described herein again.
Example 2: carrying indication information based on target identification (Destination index)
The terminal judges whether the Sidelink BSR is triggered or not based on the triggering condition of the Sidelink BSR MAC CE, and once the Sidelink BSR is triggered, the terminal needs to organize the Sidelink BSR MAC CE.
In this embodiment, the same BSR MAC CE is used for unicast and multicast/broadcast (or unicast and multicast) of the direct communication interface, and the indication information is added to the BSR MAC CE to distinguish between unicast and multicast/broadcast (or to distinguish between unicast and multicast). More specifically, whether unicast or multicast/broadcast (or unicast or multicast) is distinguished by the granularity of the target identifier, that is, whether the logical channel corresponding to each logical channel group reported under the destination address is unicast or multicast/broadcast (or unicast or multicast) is indicated based on the destination address.
Based on the above method, assume:
t: used for indicating whether the Destination identification (Destination index) corresponds to unicast or multicast/broadcast;
destination identification (Destination index): for indicating a communication target identity, assuming that 4 bits are occupied;
LCG ID: logical channel group identification, assuming to occupy 3 bits;
buffer Size (Buffer Size): the buffer status size corresponding to the logical channel group assumes 8 bits are occupied.
The sildelink BSR MAC CE format diagram may be as shown in fig. 5, or as shown in fig. 6.
It should be noted that if the target id is differentiated into unicast or multicast/broadcast (or differentiated into unicast or multicast), the T field corresponding to one target id may only appear once in the Sidelink BSR MAC CE. If this optimization is supported, then it is appropriate to use a second graph. For example: for one Destination index in the Sidelink BSR MAC CE, if Buffer size information of different LCG IDs is to be reported, the Destination index + LCG ID + Buffer size needs to be reported once for each LCG ID; if unicast or multicast is distinguished based on the Destination index, although the same Destination index in the BSRMAC CE may appear multiple times (report Buffer size of different Destination indexes under the LCG), as optimization, the T field may be carried only before the first LCG ID in the Destination index, and no T indication is carried when other LCG IDs report Buffer size. In this case, FIG. 6 is better because FIG. 6 reads the Destination index first, and it can determine whether the T field is carried later according to the number of occurrences of the Destination index in the BSR MAC CE.
Example 3: carrying the indication information based on logical channel groups
The terminal judges whether the Sidelink BSR is triggered or not based on the triggering condition of the Sidelink BSR MAC CE, and once the Sidelink BSR is triggered, the terminal needs to organize the Sidelink BSR MAC CE.
When the terminal reports the buffer status, it is necessary to further distinguish whether to be unicast or multicast/broadcast (or to distinguish unicast or multicast) for multiple logical channels belonging to the same logical channel group. When the Sidelink BSR MAC CE reports, the buffer status information corresponding to the unicast logical channel is put into the BS domain corresponding to the unicast indication information, and the buffer status information corresponding to the multicast/broadcast logical channel is put into the BS domain corresponding to the unicast indication information, but the LCG IDs of the two LCG IDs are the same.
More specifically, whether unicast or multicast/broadcast (or unicast or multicast) is distinguished by using the logical channel group as a granularity, that is, whether buffer status report corresponding to the logical channel group is for unicast or multicast/broadcast (or unicast or multicast) is indicated based on the logical channel group.
Based on the above method, assume:
t: for indicating whether the logical channel group corresponds to unicast or multicast/broadcast;
destination identification (Destination index): for indicating a communication target identity, assuming that 4 bits are occupied;
LCG ID: logical channel group identification, assuming to occupy 3 bits;
buffer Size (Buffer Size): the buffer status size corresponding to the logical channel group assumes 8 bits are occupied.
A schematic diagram of the sildelink BSR MAC CE format may be as shown in fig. 7.
Example 4: the transmission modes of the logical channels in the same logical channel group in the logical channel group corresponding to the BSR are the same
The terminal judges whether the Sidelink BSR is triggered or not based on the triggering condition of the Sidelink BSR MAC CE, and once the Sidelink BSR is triggered, the terminal needs to organize the Sidelink BSR MAC CE. In order to ensure that when a terminal organizes a SidelinkBSR MAC CE, unicast and multicast/broadcast (or unicast and multicast) logical channels need to be mapped to different logical channel groups, the following method needs to be considered:
if the mapping relationship between the logical channel of the direct communication interface and the logical channel group is directly configured by the network, it needs to be ensured that the logical channels of unicast and multicast/broadcast (or unicast and multicast) cannot be mapped into the same logical channel group when the network is configured.
In order to better ensure that unicast and multicast/broadcast (or unicast and multicast) logical channels cannot be mapped to the same logical channel group when the network is configured, the terminal may report the auxiliary information, where the auxiliary information content at least includes the following content:
the method comprises the steps that a Sidelink logical channel identifier and whether the logical channel corresponds to a unicast or a multicast/broadcast;
QoS parameters corresponding to the Sidelink logical channel.
Example 5: configuring a plurality of logical channel groups corresponding to the same set of QoS parameters
The terminal judges whether the Sidelink BSR is triggered or not based on the triggering condition of the Sidelink BSR MAC CE, and once the Sidelink BSR is triggered, the terminal needs to organize the Sidelink BSR MAC CE. In order to ensure that when a terminal organizes a SidelinkBSR MAC CE, unicast and multicast/broadcast (or unicast and multicast) logical channels need to be mapped to different logical channel groups, the following method needs to be considered:
if the network side only configures the mapping relation between the QoS parameters and the logical channel groups, the network side needs to ensure that the same set of QoS parameters needs to correspond to two logical channel group identifications when configuring, wherein one corresponds to unicast, and the other corresponds to multicast/broadcast.
When the terminal organizes the Sidelink BSR mac ce based on the QoS parameters configured by the network side and the logical channel group mapping relationship, the terminal may further group the multiple logical channels with the same target identifier and QoS parameters according to whether the corresponding service is unicast or multicast (or unicast or multicast), and place the logical channel corresponding to the unicast into the unicast logical channel group corresponding to the QoS parameters; and the buffer state of the logical channel corresponding to the multicast/broadcast is put into the multicast/broadcast logical channel group corresponding to the QoS parameter.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a terminal reports a BSR of a direct communication link, where the BSR is capable of at least distinguishing buffer statuses of unicast communication and multicast communication of a direct communication interface, or at least distinguishing buffer statuses of unicast communication, multicast communication, and broadcast communication of the direct communication interface. Therefore, the network side equipment distinguishes the communication mode of the direct communication interface through the BSR, so that more accurate scheduling can be performed according to the communication mode, and the resource scheduling effect of the network side on the direct communication is improved.
