As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The technical scheme of the invention is further elaborated by combining the drawings and the specific embodiments in the specification.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method of a gateway according to an embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in fig. 1, the information processing method of the gateway includes the following steps:
step 11: and acquiring identification information of a primary gateway and identification information of a secondary gateway sharing a user account with the primary gateway.
Here, when step 11 is executed by the primary gateway, step 11 may be that the primary gateway records identification information of itself and obtains identification information of a secondary gateway sharing a user account with the primary gateway. Here, the identification information of the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway is obtained, specifically, the identification information of the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway is obtained by the primary gateway, and may be that, when the primary gateway detects that the secondary gateway is connected therewith, an information obtaining request is sent to the secondary gateway, and then the primary gateway receives the identification information of the secondary gateway returned by the secondary gateway, so that the identification information of the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway is obtained by the primary gateway.
Wherein the identification information includes, but is not limited to, one of: the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of the gateway, the network address of the device. Here, the gateway address of the device includes, but is not limited to: a local area network address of the device, a wide area network address of the device, such as an IP (Internet Protocol) address of the device, a MAC address, etc.
Further, in order to avoid wasting system resources of the account management system, in fact, in the embodiment of the present invention, only the gateway device connected to the first-level gateway needs to be reported, and other network devices connected to the first-level gateway do not need to be reported, so that a determination mechanism is further provided in the embodiment of the present invention, specifically, please refer to fig. 2, where fig. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of an information processing method of an optional gateway provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, if the method is applied to the first-level gateway, the method further includes:
step 21: acquiring the equipment type of network equipment connected under the primary gateway;
step 22: determining whether the network equipment is gateway equipment or not according to the equipment type;
a connection under a first level gateway can be understood as: and accessing to a bearing network through a primary gateway.
The device passing through the primary gateway can be a network device such as a television, a mobile phone or a set top box besides the gateway device. In this embodiment, the shared account is a gateway device with two or more levels, so in this embodiment, the device type of the network device is obtained, for example, by obtaining the IMEI of the network device and analyzing the IMEI, the device type of the network device is obtained. For example, the device type reported automatically by the network device is received.
Here, a specified device type is stored in the primary gateway device, the primary gateway obtains the device type of the network device connected to the primary gateway, matches the obtained device type of the network device connected to the primary gateway with the specified device type, and determines that the network device is the gateway device if the matching is successful. For example, in the TR069 model, a word such as "RouterAP" may be added to the internet gateway device information description parameter to indicate the device type of the network device, and when a primary gateway acquires that the parameter of the network device connected to the primary gateway includes "RouterAP", the network device is a gateway device, that is, the gateway device is a secondary gateway device sharing a user account with the primary gateway.
Further, step 11 may be step 111, where step 111: and if the equipment type is gateway equipment, acquiring the identification information of a primary gateway and the identification information of a secondary gateway sharing a user account with the primary gateway.
It should be added that, if the device type is not a gateway device, that is, the device type of the network device that shares the user account with the primary gateway, which is acquired by the primary gateway, is not matched with the specified device type, step 11 is not performed. Therefore, the identification information of the non-secondary gateway equipment can be prevented from being reported to the account management system, so that excessive load is brought to a server of the account management system, and misoperation of information processing of the gateway sharing the user account is avoided.
Step 12: reporting the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway to an account management system; the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway are used for an account management system to determine the primary gateway and the secondary gateway sharing the user account.
Here, the method is executed by the primary gateway, and the primary gateway reports the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway to an account management system, and the specific method includes:
the first step is as follows: the primary gateway establishes a corresponding list of the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway; here, the correspondence list may be stored in a memory of the primary gateway, and is reported to the account management system by the primary gateway.
The second step is that: periodically acquiring identification information of the secondary gateway and updating the corresponding list; here, the periodically acquiring the identification information of the secondary gateway may be that the primary gateway periodically sends an information acquisition instruction to the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway to acquire the identification of the secondary gateway.
The secondary gateway periodically acquires the identification information of the secondary gateway, and may report the identification information of the secondary gateway to the primary gateway periodically; in this way, the primary gateway updates the acquired identification information in the correspondence list. Here, the second level gateway periodically reports its own identification information to the first level gateway, which may be that the second level gateway periodically sends a list of identification information of the second level gateway recorded by the second level gateway to the first level gateway, and updates the list to a corresponding table of the first level gateway.
The third step: the primary gateway reports the updated corresponding list to an account management system; in this way, which is equivalent to step 12, the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway are reported to an account management system.
In another embodiment, the first-level gateway reports the identification information of the first-level gateway and the identification information of the second-level gateway to an account management system, or the first-level gateway establishes a functional relationship between the identification information of the first-level gateway and the identification information of the second-level gateway, where the functional relationship may indicate a correspondence between the identification information of the first-level gateway and the identification information of the second-level gateway, and when the first-level gateway detects that the second-level gateway sharing an account with the first-level gateway accesses, the functional relationship is updated.
Of course, any correspondence between the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway may be reported to the account management system, and the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway may be mapped to each other only according to the correspondence.
In another embodiment, when step 11 is executed by the secondary gateway, step 11 may be that the secondary gateway records identification information of itself and obtains identification information of the primary gateway by the secondary gateway.
Here, if the method is applied to the secondary gateway, the step 11 includes: when a bearing network is accessed through a primary gateway, the identification information of the primary gateway is requested to the primary gateway.
Here, the bearer network refers to a network located between an access network and a switch, and used for transmitting various languages and data traffic. For example, a carrier network using optical fibers as a transmission medium is called an optical fiber carrier network; a carrier network transported by cables is called a cable carrier network. Here, the bearer network is a network deployed for the network device to access the operator network system, and may be used for relay transmission of information; for example, the multimedia information of the multimedia information server is transmitted to the gateway by using the optical fiber carrying network, and then transmitted to the terminal device by the gateway for the terminal device to play. For example, an IP bearer network can be understood as a private network constructed by each operator in IP technology, and is used for carrying services with high requirements on transmission quality (such as soft switch, video, key customers, etc.). In fact, the bearer network may be a wired network deployed by an operator, or may also be a wireless network deployed by the operator. Here, the primary gateway is directly connected to the bearer network, and the secondary gateway accesses the bearer network through the primary gateway and requests the identification information of the primary gateway from the primary gateway.
Specifically, the secondary gateway records identification information of itself, and it can be understood that, when the secondary gateway is connected with the primary gateway, the secondary gateway requests the primary gateway to allocate an address of a network of the secondary gateway itself; therefore, the secondary gateway receives the network address which is returned by the primary gateway and is distributed to the secondary gateway, the network address is the identification information of the secondary gateway, and at the moment, the secondary gateway can record the identification information of the secondary gateway.
In one embodiment, the secondary gateway requests the primary gateway for identification information of the primary gateway and also requests the primary gateway for allocation of a network address of the secondary gateway; and the secondary gateway receives the network address which is returned by the primary gateway and is distributed to the secondary gateway, wherein the network address of the secondary gateway is used as the identification information of the secondary gateway. For example, the secondary gateway sends a request for allocating an Address to the primary gateway, where the secondary gateway may send a DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) or ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) request to the primary gateway; and the primary gateway replies the request to allocate the IP address to the primary gateway, and the secondary gateway receives the IP address allocated by the primary gateway.
Further, the method further comprises: and performing abnormality detection information interaction with the account management system based on the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway, wherein the result of the abnormality detection information interaction is used for the account management system to locate an abnormal gateway using the same user account.
Here, if the data interaction is performed by the primary gateway, the account management system performs the abnormality detection information interaction based on the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway, it may be understood that the primary gateway performs the data interaction with the account management system, and in the data interaction process, the interaction data of the primary gateway and the account management system carries the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway, and the account management system is set to perform the abnormality detection on the data interaction condition at each data interaction. Further, the result of the interaction of the abnormal detection information is used for the account management system to locate the abnormal gateway using the same user account, and it can be understood that when an abnormal state occurs in the data interaction process, for example, the data packet is lost, the data is delayed, and the like, the account management system can obtain the result of the abnormal detection interaction, and the identification information carried by the abnormal information is analyzed according to the result of the abnormal detection interaction, so that the abnormal gateway using the same user account can be quickly located.
In another embodiment, the method is executed by the primary gateway, and the account management system performs anomaly detection information interaction based on the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway, and may further be understood as that the account management system sends a detection message to the primary gateway and the secondary gateway simultaneously according to the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway of the same shared account, specifically, the primary gateway and the secondary gateway respectively send a result of the anomaly detection interaction to the account management system after receiving the detection message, where the result of the anomaly detection interaction carries the identification information, where the result of the anomaly detection interaction may be information for the account management system to detect data transmission or detect data integrity, where the result of the anomaly detection interaction, the method can comprise the following steps: receiving confirmation information fed back to the account management system, for example, the first-level gateway and/or the second-level gateway feeds back the receiving confirmation information of the abnormality detection information to the account management system, wherein the account management system analyzes whether there is abnormality such as information reception delay or the like according to the fed back receiving confirmation information; the method can also comprise the following steps: and data packet information returned to the account management system.
For example, after receiving the anomaly detection information sent by the account management system, the primary gateway and/or the secondary gateway normally returns a predetermined data packet to the account management system, and the account management system returns the predetermined data packet according to the received anomaly detection information. If the account management system does not successfully receive the preset data packet within the preset time, the corresponding gateway is considered to be in fault and is an abnormal gateway; and positioning of abnormal gateway granularity is realized. In some embodiments, the account management system may receive the data packet transmitted by the corresponding gateway within a predetermined time, but the received data packet may be abnormal by an abnormality (e.g., an abnormality such as tampering or illegal data writing) in the transmission link. At this time, the account management system receives the data packet and then analyzes whether the returned data packet has data loss, messy codes and other abnormalities, and if the returned data packet has the abnormalities, the abnormal gateway using the same user account is positioned according to the identification information carried in the result of abnormality detection interaction. Therefore, the account management system initiates the abnormal detection of all gateways of the same user account only when the abnormal detection is needed, so as to locate the abnormal gateway.
It can be understood that, if the method is executed by the secondary gateway, the secondary gateway performs data interaction with the account management system, and performs data interaction with the account management system during the data interaction, and during the data interaction, the interactive data of the primary gateway and the account management system carries the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway.
It can be understood that the method can also be simultaneously executed by the primary gateway and the secondary gateway, the primary gateway and the secondary gateway respectively perform data interaction with the account management system, in the data interaction process, the identification information of the primary gateway is carried in the data interaction between the primary gateway and the account management system, and the identification information of the secondary gateway is carried in the data interaction between the secondary gateway and the account management system; or, the data interaction between the primary gateway and the account management simultaneously carries the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway, and the data interaction between the primary gateway and the account management system simultaneously carries the identification information of the primary network gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway, so that the account management system can further compare the data reported by the primary gateway with the data reported by the secondary gateway to obtain a result without error.
Additionally, the method further comprises: the account management system performs interaction of other information based on the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway, and any information that the account management system can determine a gateway based on the identification information and perform interaction with the gateway may be used, for example, distribution of service authority information.
In the information processing method for a gateway provided by this embodiment, identification information of a primary gateway and identification information of a secondary gateway are used, where the secondary gateway accesses a bearer network through the primary gateway; reporting the identification information of the primary gateway, the identification information of the secondary gateway and a user account shared by the primary gateway and the secondary gateway to an account management system; the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway are used for an account management system to determine the primary gateway and the secondary gateway sharing the user account. Therefore, the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway sharing the user account by the primary gateway are reported to the account management system, so that the account management system can determine the primary gateway and the secondary gateway sharing the user account, and thus, the secondary gateway can be attributed to the user account in the simplest and quickest way by utilizing the relationship between the primary gateway and the secondary gateway sharing the account, thereby avoiding secondary account opening to an operator and saving the cost of surfing the internet for the user; on the other hand, the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway are reported to the account management system, so that the account management system can be used for operating and maintaining the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway, and the secondary gateway can be managed and maintained directly through the shared user account with the primary gateway without secondary account opening.
It is worth noting that: the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the condition that the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway is required to be accessed after the primary gateway registers the account with the operator; the method can also be applied to the condition that the primary gateway is communicated with a secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway and registers the account with an operator at the same time. Therefore, the secondary gateway and the primary gateway can share the same user account, and the joining time of the secondary gateway is not limited at all.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an information processing method of an optional gateway according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to an account management system, and as shown in fig. 3, the information processing method of the gateway includes the following steps:
step 31: and receiving the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway.
Here, the account management system may receive identification information of itself reported by the primary gateway and identification information of itself reported by the secondary gateway; the identification information of the primary gateway reported by the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway can be received; or receiving the self identification information reported by the secondary gateway and the identification information of the primary gateway.
It can be understood that the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway is a secondary gateway connected to the primary gateway.
Specifically, the account management system acquires the device type of the network device connected to the primary gateway; determining whether the gateway equipment is gateway equipment according to the equipment type; step 31 may also be that, if the device type is a gateway device, the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway where the primary gateway shares the user account are received. That is, if the device type is a gateway device, it is determined that the network device under the primary gateway is a secondary gateway device, and it can be understood that the secondary gateway device is a gateway device sharing an account with the primary gateway device.
Wherein the identification information includes, but is not limited to, one of: IMEI of the gateway, network address of the device. Here, the gateway address of the device includes, but is not limited to: a local area network address of the device, a wide area network address of the device, e.g., an IP address, a MAC address, etc., of the device.
Step 32: and establishing the corresponding relation among the identification information of the primary gateway, the identification information of the secondary gateway and the user account.
Here, the account management system establishes, based on the received identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway, the identification information of the secondary gateway, and a correspondence relationship between the user account shared by the primary gateway and the secondary gateway.
Specifically, the step 32 may include: and the account management system inquires a user account corresponding to the identification information of the primary gateway and binds the identification information of the secondary gateway to the user account corresponding to the primary gateway, so that the user account of the secondary gateway is established in the account management system, and the user account is the user account shared with the primary gateway.
In fact, in order to further check whether the secondary gateway is a network device sharing a user account with the primary gateway, the account management system receives data information reported by the primary gateway and the secondary gateway at the same time. Here, the step 31 may further include: the account management system receives the identification information of the primary gateway reported by the primary gateway and the identification information reported by the secondary gateway; the step 32 may further include: and when the identification information of the primary gateway reported by the primary gateway is matched with the identification information of the primary gateway reported by the secondary gateway, establishing the corresponding relation among the identification information of the primary gateway, the identification information of the secondary gateway and the user account. That is to say, only when the identification information of the primary gateway reported by the primary gateway is the same identification information as the identification information of the primary gateway reported by the secondary gateway, it is determined that the secondary gateway is a secondary gateway connected to the primary gateway and capable of sharing the user account with the primary gateway.
In another embodiment, the step 31 may further include: the account management system receives the identification information of the primary gateway reported by the primary gateway and the identification information reported by the secondary gateway; the step 32 may further include: and when the identification information of the secondary gateway reported by the primary gateway is matched with the identification information of the secondary gateway reported by the secondary gateway, establishing the corresponding relation among the identification information of the primary gateway, the identification information of the secondary gateway and the user account. That is to say, only when the identification information of the secondary gateway reported by the primary gateway is the same identification information as the identification information of the secondary gateway reported by the secondary gateway, it is determined that the secondary gateway is a secondary gateway connected to the primary gateway and capable of sharing the user account with the primary gateway.
Of course, the step 32 may also include: and when the identification information of the primary gateway reported by the primary gateway is matched with the identification information of the primary gateway reported by the secondary gateway, and when the identification information of the secondary gateway reported by the primary gateway is matched with the identification information of the secondary gateway reported by the secondary gateway, establishing the corresponding relation among the identification information of the primary gateway, the identification information of the secondary gateway and the user account.
In another embodiment, the step 32 further comprises: the account management system establishes a corresponding list of the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway; updating the corresponding list based on the received identification information of the secondary gateway; and establishing the corresponding relation among the identification information of the primary gateway, the identification information of the secondary gateway and the user account according to the updated corresponding list.
Here, the correspondence list may be a correspondence list that is stored in a memory of the account management system and that can be updated at any time based on identification information reported by the primary gateway and/or the secondary gateway. Specifically, the account management system periodically updates the corresponding identification information of the primary gateway and/or the secondary gateway to the corresponding list; or when a secondary gateway is switched in or switched off, the identification information of the secondary gateway is updated to the corresponding list.
Of course, in step 32, the account management system may also establish a functional relationship between the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway, where the functional relationship may indicate a corresponding relationship between the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway, and when the primary gateway detects that the secondary gateway sharing the account with the primary gateway accesses the primary gateway, the functional relationship is updated.
Actually, the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway may be reported to the account management system in any corresponding relationship, and only the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway may be mapped to each other according to the corresponding relationship.
Further, the establishing of the corresponding relationship between the identification information of the primary gateway, the identification information of the secondary gateway and the user account may be binding the identification information of the primary gateway, the identification information of the secondary gateway and the user account; or, if the user account is pre-established by the primary gateway, the identification information of the secondary gateway is bound to the user account established by the primary gateway, so that the secondary gateway and the primary gateway share the same user account.
In another embodiment, the method further comprises: performing anomaly detection information interaction based on the received identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway; and positioning the abnormal gateway using the same user account according to the abnormal detection information interaction result.
Here, the anomaly detection interaction is performed based on the received identification information of the primary gateway and the received identification information of the secondary gateway, and it can be understood that, in the data interaction process of the account management system and the primary gateway and/or the secondary gateway, the identification information of the primary gateway and/or the identification information of the secondary gateway are carried in the interaction data of the primary gateway and/or the secondary gateway, so that the account management system receives the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway during each data interaction, and sets the account management system to perform anomaly detection on the data interaction condition during each data interaction.
In another embodiment, the performing of the interaction of the abnormality detection information based on the received identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway may be further understood as that, the account management system simultaneously sends the detection information to the primary gateway and the secondary gateway according to the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway of the same shared account, specifically, the account management system receives the results of the abnormality detection interaction fed back by the primary gateway and the secondary gateway, respectively, where the results of the abnormality detection interaction carry the identification information, where the results of the abnormality detection interaction may be information used for the account management system to detect data transmission or detect data integrity, and where the results of the abnormality detection interaction may include: receiving information for confirming receipt fed back by the primary gateway and/or the secondary gateway, for example, the information for confirming receipt of the abnormality detection information fed back to the account management system by the primary gateway and/or the secondary gateway, wherein the account management system analyzes whether there is abnormality such as information reception delay or the like according to the information for confirming receipt fed back; the method can also comprise the following steps: and receiving the data packet returned from the primary gateway and/or the secondary gateway.
For example, after receiving the anomaly detection information sent by the account management system, the primary gateway and/or the secondary gateway normally returns a predetermined data packet to the account management system, and the account management system returns the predetermined data packet according to the received anomaly detection information. If the account management system does not successfully receive the predetermined data packet within the predetermined time, the corresponding network fault can be considered as an abnormal gateway; and positioning of abnormal gateway granularity is realized. In some embodiments, the account management system may receive the data packet transmitted by the corresponding gateway within a predetermined time, but the received data packet may be abnormal by an abnormality (e.g., an abnormality such as tampering or illegal data writing) in the transmission link. At this time, the account management system receives the data packet and then analyzes whether the returned data packet has data loss, messy codes and other abnormalities, and if the returned data packet has the abnormalities, the abnormal gateway using the same user account is positioned according to the identification information carried in the feedback information. Therefore, the account management system initiates the abnormal detection of all gateways of the same user account only when the abnormal detection is needed, so as to locate the abnormal gateway.
It should be added that when the account management system interacts with other information, such as the distribution of service authority information, the account management system may find a gateway based on the identification information and interact with the gateway when interacting with the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway, and it is understood that the service authorities (internet access authority, tv authority, deletion, modification, etc.) of the primary gateway and the secondary gateway are distributed based on the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway.
The information processing method of the gateway provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to an account management system, and comprises the steps of receiving identification information of a primary gateway and identification information of a secondary gateway sharing a user account with the primary gateway; and establishing the corresponding relation among the identification information of the primary gateway, the identification information of the secondary gateway and the user account. Therefore, the account management system binds the primary gateway and the secondary gateway to the same user account, so that the account management system determines the primary bent pipe and the secondary gateway sharing the user account. Therefore, the secondary gateway can be attributed to the user account in the simplest and fastest mode by utilizing the relationship of the primary gateway and the secondary gateway sharing account, so that secondary account opening to an operator is avoided, and the cost of surfing the internet can be saved for a user; on the other hand, the account management system is used for the account management system to carry out operation and maintenance on the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway based on the fact that the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway are reported, the secondary gateway can be managed and maintained directly through the shared user account with the primary gateway without secondary account opening, for an operator, the operation and maintenance cost of the user account by the operator is saved, the server load is reduced, and meanwhile, the method is more beneficial for the operator to orderly manage and maintain all gateways sharing the user account.
It is worth noting that: the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the condition that the secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway is required to be accessed after the primary gateway registers the account with the operator; the method can also be applied to the condition that the primary gateway is communicated with a secondary gateway sharing the user account with the primary gateway and affects the account registration to the cloud at the same time. Therefore, the secondary gateway and the primary gateway can share the same user account, and the joining time of the secondary gateway is not limited at all.
Based on the method of the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a specific embodiment.
Before further detailed description of the present embodiment, terms and expressions related to the present embodiment will be described, and the terms and expressions related to the present embodiment will be applied to the following explanation.
1. A BOSS (Business & Operation Support System), generally, the BOSS is divided into four parts: a charging and settlement system, a business service system and a decision support system. In this embodiment, the BOSS includes: BSS (Business support system) and OSS (Operation support system).
2. An ACS (Auto Configuration Server), where the ACS may manage a CPE (Customer premises Equipment) through a TR069 protocol, where the CPE may be a primary gateway such as a home gateway and a gateway, or a secondary gateway.
3. The ITMS (Integrated Terminal Management System) is a my E home Terminal Management System, and is mainly used for device registration, initial automatic configuration, remote fault diagnosis and repair, device monitoring, and the like of a home gateway. It will be appreciated that ITMS is in fact a management system, based on the extension of ACS, a specific name for chinese telecommunications, and that ITMS can in fact be replaced by ACS.
Here, the account management system described in this embodiment may be understood as including the above-mentioned ITMS, which is configured to receive a service work order through a northbound connection service system, connect a terminal through a TR069 management channel in a southbound direction, and connect with the ITMS through an installation client to check conditions of the work order and the terminal. Of course, the account management system described in this embodiment should further include an ACS and a BOSS.
4. The 3G is a third generation mobile communication technology, which refers to a cellular communication technology supporting high-speed data transmission, and here, indicates that an operator uses a bearer network of a 3G network layout, so that a terminal device uses a 3G network when accessing the network.
5. IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) is a system for transmitting Television information using a broadband network (broadband) as a medium, and delivers a broadcast program to a subscriber through an Internet Protocol over a broadband.
5. VNET (Virtual Network) is an ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) bandwidth of the chinese telecommunications, and can be understood as an interconnection starry sky project of the chinese telecommunications.
6. An STB (Set Top Box), commonly referred to as a Set-Top Box or Set-Top Box, is a device that connects a television Set to an external signal source. It can convert the compressed digital signal into television content and display it on the television. The signals may come from cable, satellite dish, broadband network and terrestrial broadcast. The set-top box receives digital contents including an electronic program guide, an internet web page, subtitles, and the like, in addition to images and sounds that an analog television can provide. Enabling users to watch digital television programs on existing television sets and to conduct interactive digital entertainment, education, and commercialization activities over a network.
7. WLAN (Wireless Local Area Networks).
8. NB-IoT (Narrow Band Internet of Things).
9. STA (Station, wireless terminal), STA does not receive wireless access, it may be connected to AP (access Point, wireless access), here, it should be noted that the WIFI module includes an AP module and an STA module, here, STA is wirelessly connected with the networking AP of this embodiment.
Here, the STB, NB-IoT, STA may be understood as a terminal device accessing a wireless network of a networking AP.
10. The HG LAN MAC refers to a local area network MAC address of the home gateway, and here, refers to a local area network MAC address of the smart gateway.
11. An AP WAN (Wide Area Network) MAC refers to a Wide Area Network address of a networking AP.
12. The LAN Host list refers to a local area network address list of the networking AP relative to the intelligent network manager, and may be understood as a network address list of the secondary gateway recorded by the secondary gateway itself.
13. The HG LAN Host list is an address list of the intelligent gateway that includes the local network address of the network AP relative to the intelligent network manager, and may be understood as a corresponding list of the identification information of the primary gateway and the identification information of the secondary gateway.
14. DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), which is a network Protocol of a local area network, and generally, the following 4 messages are used in a process of normally acquiring an address by using the DHCP:
(1) client broadcast DHCP Discovery (DHCP Discovery)
(2) Server response DHCP response (DHCP Offer)
(3) Client broadcasting DHCP Request (DHCP Request)
(4) Server response DHCP acknowledgement (DHCP ACK)
Here, the workflow of DHCP includes four steps:
the first step is as follows: the secondary gateway sends a DHCP Discovery packet to request DHCP, namely searching DHCP on the network;
the second step is that: the first-level gateway responds a DHCP Offer packet to the second-level gateway, and the destination tells the second-level gateway, and the first-level gateway can provide an IP address for the second-level gateway;
the third step: a DHCP Request packet, wherein the secondary gateway requests an IP address from the primary gateway;
the fourth step: and a DHCP ACK packet, a confirmation report and a first-level gateway distribute an IP address to a second-level gateway.
The second-level gateway sends DHCP Decline when discovering that the allocated IP address is occupied, and informs the first-level gateway that the IP address is occupied, and re-allocation is required.
15. ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) is a TCP/IP Protocol that acquires a physical Address from an IP Address. When the host sends information, the ARP request containing the target IP address is broadcasted to all hosts on the network, and a return message is received, so that the physical address of the target is determined; after receiving the return message, the IP address and the physical address are stored in the local ARP cache and are kept for a certain time, and the ARP cache is directly inquired when the next request is made so as to save resources.
Here, DHPG and ARP may both be understood as request information that the secondary gateway requests the primary gateway to allocate a network address of the secondary gateway.
Here, the identification information of the gateway is taken as a network address as an example, and actually, the identification information of the gateway may further include an IMEI of the gateway, which has the same technical effect as the network address of the gateway, that is, can be used for the account management system to locate any gateway connected thereto.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a diagram of a second level architecture of a home network after a second level networking device is added, as shown in fig. 4, an intelligent gateway is connected to a bearer network, where the intelligent gateway is equivalent to the first level gateway, and a networking AP is equivalent to the second level gateway. Here, the bearer network may access a 3G network, or an IPTV network, or a VNET network, where the bearer network accesses a VNET network provided by an operator, the intelligent gateway accesses the bearer network, the networking AP accesses the bearer network through the intelligent gateway, and both the intelligent gateway and the networking AP may access other non-gateway network devices, such as a camera, an STB, and the like.
Based on the secondary architecture of the home gateway, a gateway information processing method of the networking AP and the intelligent gateway is further described, so that the networking AP is a secondary gateway sharing a user account with the intelligent gateway.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic specific flowchart of an information processing method of a gateway according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
step 501: the AP acquires an HG LAN MAC;
step 502: the intelligent gateway acquires the AP WAN MAC and records the AP WAN MAC to a LAN Host list;
step 503: updating the HG LAN Host MAC list;
step 504: matching the network address with an AP WAN MAC in the HG LAN Host, wherein the HG LAN MAC reported by the AP is the same as the LAN MAC reported by the HG;
step 505: inquiring a user account corresponding to the HG, and binding the user account to the corresponding AP equipment;
step 506: and managing the AP by operation and maintenance.
Here, the HG new account opening work order is an existing flow that the operator has already deployed, in which the binding relationship between the customer and the HG is already in existence. When the client expands the networking AP service again, the networking AP records the MAC information of the HG while requesting the address from the HG, and reports the MAC information to the ITMS when registering the equipment with the ITMS. Meanwhile, the ITMS can update the LAN Host MAC information of the HG periodically or passively, the MAC information between the HG and the AP is mutually verified, the HG and the AP are ensured to be the same user account, then the BOSS + ITMS system can confirm the correspondence between the AP and the user account, and automatically bind the AP and the user account, so that the subsequent operation and maintenance can be carried out as usual.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic specific flowchart of a secondary gateway device side information processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the secondary gateway device side is an AP, as shown in fig. 6, the method includes:
step 61: sending a DHCP request or an ARP request;
step 62: receiving the HG response, and recording the LAN side MAC of the HG;
and step 63: after the HG allocation IP is obtained, initiating registration to the ACS;
step 64: reporting the device type, the device information and the HG LAN MAC;
step 65: and (5) daily operation and maintenance response.
The AP needs to inform the AP of the device type in some way in order to facilitate ITMS identification. Under the TR069 model, a typeface such as "RouterAP" may be added to the internet gateway device. Meanwhile, the AP needs to record the LAN MAC of the HG connected to it on the corresponding WAN port, and reports this information when registering with the ITMS. The LAN MAC of the HG recorded by the AP can be recorded and reported in various ways; under the TR069 model, a parameter peerhgmaddress may be added to a node internet gateway device, WAN-ethernet interface config, to record the LAN side MAC of the HG, and report the node to the ITMS.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a specific flow of an information processing method of a primary gateway device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the primary gateway device is an intelligent gateway, and as shown in fig. 7, the method includes the steps of:
step 71: completing the binding process of the new account opening work order;
step 72: receiving a DHCP/ARP request of a LAN side, recording the MAC of the request into a LAN side list, and responding to relevant information such as DHCP/ARP;
step 73: and actively reporting or responding ACS to inquire the Host MAC information of the LAN side.
Here, the WAN MAC of the AP is an entry in the Host MAC table on the LAN side, and is, in TR069, internet gateway device.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an information processing method of an account management system according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the account management system is an ITMS, and as shown in fig. 8, the method includes:
step 81: finishing the binding process of the HG new account opening work order;
step 82: periodically inquiring or passively receiving HG to refresh the Host list of the HG LAN side;
step 83: when equipment is newly registered, distinguishing secondary networking AP equipment according to device equipment description; record its WAN MAC and its reported HG LAN MAC. And inquiring that the LAN Host MAC in the HG list contains the AP WAN MAC, and if the HG LAN MAC reported by the AP is the same, determining that the AP and the HG are the same user and binding in the BOSS system.
Here, the ITMS should recognize the device type of the AP, and should confirm that the HG and the AP belong to the same user according to the recorded and reported MAC. As shown in FIG. 8, the ITMS needs to periodically query the LAN-side Host list of the HG, which may also be refreshed by being actively reported by the HG. Once a new device is registered and a device type word agreed in advance is described in the description of internet gateway device. At this time, according to the HG LAN MAC reported by the AP and the indexed AP WAN MAC in the LAN Host MAC corresponding to the HG, the AP and the HG can be determined to be under the same user account, and the relevant information of the user account can be automatically bound. Therefore, the ITMS can utilize the relationship of the shared user account between the networking AP and the intelligent gateway to attribute the networking AP to the user account in the simplest and most rapid mode, and secondary account opening of an operator is avoided; meanwhile, the ITMS can also determine the networking AP and the intelligent gateway sharing the user account number based on the network address of the networking AP and the network address of the intelligent gateway, so as to provide more services for the networking AP and the intelligent gateway.
