In another optional embodiment, the method for implementing bluetooth recharging further includes the following steps:
the background server determines a target pre-charging order from a pre-charging order set, wherein the pre-charging order set comprises at least one pre-charging order, the generation time length of the target pre-charging order is greater than or equal to a preset time length, and the generation time length is the time length from the generation time of the target pre-charging order to the current time;
the background server acquires the information of a target IC card to be recharged corresponding to each target pre-recharging order, wherein the information of the target IC card to be recharged comprises identification information of a user terminal bound with the target IC card to be recharged;

202. The background server receives the pre-charging value request, judges whether the information of the IC card to be charged is legal or not, continues to execute the step 203 when the judgment result is yes, and ends the process when the judgment result is no.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information of the IC card to be recharged is legal and used for indicating that the background server allows the user terminal to execute the precharging operation on the IC card to be recharged.
203. And the background server feeds back a pre-charging value response to the user terminal.
204. And the user terminal receives the pre-charging value response, outputs a payment prompt according to the pre-charging value response for the user of the user terminal to pay, and feeds back the payment completion prompt to the background server when the payment completion is detected.
205. And the background server receives the payment completion prompt and generates a pre-charging order according to the payment completion prompt.
206. And the user terminal sends a recharging verification request to a background server of the user terminal according to the recharging request triggered by the user.
207. The background server receives the recharging verification request, judges whether the information of the IC card to be recharged is matched with the information of the target IC card or not and whether a precharging value order corresponding to the IC card to be recharged exists or not, if so, continues to execute the step 208, and if not, ends the process.
