Abstract
The invention discloses a risk management and control system and method for human resources in an enterprise, which comprises a data center module, a risk management module and a risk management module, wherein the data center module is used for defining, modeling, importing and deleting relevant data for human resource management and providing data support for subsequent steps; the risk planning module is used for establishing a risk identification standard and setting a risk coping strategy; the risk evaluation module is used for analyzing the related data in the data center module according to the risk identification standard and matching a corresponding risk coping strategy; and the risk control module is used for distributing, tracking and managing the tasks of the risk coping strategies generated by the analysis and evaluation module. On one hand, the management of the electronic contract and the social insurance payment by an enterprise is standardized, and the working efficiency is improved; on the other hand, the legal risk of the enterprise in the labor aspect is reduced, the enterprise credit is promoted, and the benign development of the enterprise is promoted.

Technical Field
