The tree breast-height diameter measuring scale with the digital display and data storage functions researched and developed by the applicant is based on technical means such as an encoder, a microprocessor and digital display, the rapid and accurate measurement and data storage of the breast-height diameters of multiple trees are realized, the tree breast-height diameter monitoring data acquisition efficiency is improved, and the monitoring and scientific research capability of an ecological system is enhanced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the existing tree breast-height diameter measuring method, the invention aims to provide the tree breast-height diameter measuring scale with the functions of digital display and data storage, so that the tree breast-height diameter can be measured quickly and accurately and the data can be stored automatically.
The invention provides a tree breast-height diameter measuring scale with digital display and data storage functions, which comprises: a measuring line retracting mechanism, an encoder, a circuit board, a display screen and a power supply part (shown in figure 1).
The length measurement of the invention adopts a pull wire type, namely a measurement wire is pulled out from a breast diameter ruler for measurement. The measuring line retracting mechanism is used for storing the measuring line, when the measuring line is measured, the measuring line can be released under the action of pulling force, and when the pulling force is reduced or disappears, the measuring line can be automatically retracted under the action of the spring.

Four keys on the circuit board are operated, namely power on/off, storage/return, clearing and browsing, so that the chest diameter ruler can be turned on/off, and the measured data can be stored, browsed and deleted.
The power supply provides the amount of power required during the measurement process.

a spring: withdrawing the pulled measuring wire to the wire spool;
a battery compartment: storing four No. 7 disposable dry batteries;

The base (9) is of a basic fixed structure, and the circuit board (8), the encoder (11), the wire spool (13), the guide wheel (12), the spring (14) and the like are fixed through a limiting part on the base (9).
The wire spool (13) is a part for storing the measuring wire, and has a groove on the outer cylindrical surface thereof, around which the measuring wire can be wound. One end of the measuring line can penetrate through the two small holes in the groove, one end of the measuring line is fixed on the wire spool (13), and the other end of the measuring line is pulled out through the guide wheel (12). The cylindrical space inside the wire spool (13) is used for installing a clockwork spring (14), and the pulled measuring wire can be retracted into the wire spool (13) under the action of the clockwork spring. Four spacing archs on the wire reel lid can insert four spacing grooves that correspond on the wire reel, seal clockwork spring inside the wire reel, ensure that clockwork spring can not be in disorder in the measurement process.
The effect of guide wheel (12) is that the guide measuring line walks the line better, and the measuring line comes out from wire reel (13), twines on drive wheel (10) behind first guide wheel, again through the second, third guide wheel (12), first, second guide wheel (12) are for increasing the area of contact between measuring line and drive wheel (10), and then increase frictional force, ensure that measuring line and drive wheel (10) do not skid, improve measurement accuracy. The third guide wheel (12) serves to better guide the measuring wire coming from the second guide wheel (12) into the outlet opening (6). The guide wheel (12) adopts an independent design, can rotate around the stand column instead of replacing the guide wheel with the stand column, and has the advantages of reducing the friction between the measuring line and the guide wheel, ensuring that the measuring line is not easily worn, prolonging the service life of the measuring line and simultaneously ensuring that the measuring line is more easily pulled out and withdrawn.
Grooves are formed in the guide wheel (12) and the transmission wheel (10), and the measuring line is limited in the grooves due to the tension. The measuring wire fixing key (16) can clamp the measuring wire to keep the measuring wire in a fixed state.
The core of the circuit board (8) part is a microprocessor which can realize the function control of modules such as a power supply, a storage module, an encoder module, a display module, a communication module and the like.
The power management module has two main functions: based on the batteries in the battery compartment (15), the switch (1) provides stable power supply and management power supply for the chip.
The microprocessor module is responsible for calculating the rotation angle data transmitted by the encoder (11), converting the rotation angle data into length data, receiving commands transmitted by keys such as a data storage and return key (2), a data clearing key (3) and a data browsing key (4) by microprocessor to complete related data processing tasks, and transmitting the measured data to the display screen (7).
The storage module is divided into two parts, one part is a ferroelectric memory, the other part is an SD card, and stored data can be transmitted to a computer through a USB interface (5).
The encoder module (11) is fixed on a rotating shaft of the driving wheel (10), the pulling of the measuring line drives the rotating shaft of the driving wheel (10) inside the breast diameter ruler, a synchronous encoder (11) is fixed on the shaft, and the length of the measuring line can be reversely deduced by measuring the rotating angle of the encoder (11).
The display module is a liquid crystal display (7), integrates a Chinese character library and an English character library, can display 2 lines of characters, is convenient to display measurement data and warning information, and is convenient for a user to read.
The communication module and the microprocessor are provided with TTL serial ports, and a computer can read data stored in the ferroelectric memory on the circuit through the USB port (5).
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: (1) the measured chest diameter value can be automatically displayed on a liquid crystal display screen, the measured value does not need to be read manually, the human error can be effectively reduced, and the data precision is improved. (2) The chest diameter measured value can be preserved in the inside storage of chest diameter chi, need not to arrange the special messenger again and records the measured value, has saved the manpower, has promoted field survey's efficiency.
