The method for producing high pressure saturated steam according to claim 5, wherein the feed water is preheated by a feed water preheater; the feed water is heated in the economizer to generate hot water; the hot water is fed into a feed water preheater to preheat the feed water passing through the feed water preheater and then fed into the furnace.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the feed water further comprises a portion that does not pass through the preheater and is mixed with the preheated feed water and fed to the economizer.
8. The method for producing high pressure saturated steam as claimed in claim 6, wherein the feedwater is heated in the preheater to 110-150 ℃.
9. The method for producing high pressure saturated steam according to claim 6, wherein the temperature of the flue gas entering the furnace is preferably 400 ℃ and 600 ℃, and the high pressure saturated steam pressure in the furnace is 8-20 MPa.
10. A system for producing high pressure saturated steam, comprising:
a softened water supply device for supplying feed water;
a pressurizing device for pressurizing the feed water;
a feed water preheater for preheating feed water; the softened water pipe connects the softened water supply equipment with the first channel of the water supply preheater, and the pressurizing equipment is positioned on the softened water pipe;
the water inlet of the economizer is communicated with the outlet of the first channel, the feed water preheater further comprises a second channel, the second channel exchanges heat with the first channel through a channel wall, and the water outlet of the economizer is communicated with the water inlet of the second channel;
the hearth is internally provided with a steam pipeline and a flue gas channel, both ends of the steam pipeline and the flue gas channel are communicated with the outside of the hearth, the inlet of the steam pipeline is communicated with the water outlet of the second channel, and the outlet of the flue gas channel is communicated with the chamber of the economizer.
