Fig. 5 is a flow chart illustrating a step 501 in the embodiment shown in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 5, step 501 includes the following steps:
in step 5011, the first gear and the door state of the vehicle are acquired through the control module, and the door state includes an unlocking state and a locking state.
And step 5012, sending an activation signal to the starting relay by the control module when the first gear is neutral and the vehicle door state is a locked state.
Optionally, the device further comprises a gear switch and a locking switch, the gear switch is arranged on the gearbox, the locking switch is arranged on the vehicle door, the gear switch is connected with the control module through a hard line, and the locking switch is connected with the control module through a hard line.

The vehicle door state is acquired through the locking switch, and a locking signal is sent to the control module according to the vehicle door state, wherein the locking signal is used for indicating the vehicle door state.
Alternatively, step 5012 may be implemented by:
when the gear signal indicates that the first gear is a neutral gear and the locking signal indicates that the vehicle door state is a locking state, the control module sends an activation signal to the starting relay.
As described above, the control device for vehicle start according to the present disclosure includes: the control module is connected with a first end of the starting relay, a second end of the starting relay is grounded, a first end of a normally open contact of the starting relay is connected with an ignition switch of a vehicle, a second end of the normally open contact is connected with a first end of the neutral switch, a second end of the neutral switch is connected with a starter, the control module is used for acquiring a current first gear of a gearbox of the vehicle and sending an activation signal to the starting relay when the first gear is neutral, the starting relay is used for controlling the normally open contact to be closed after receiving the activation signal so that the ignition switch is connected with the neutral switch, the neutral switch is used for switching from an off state to an on state when a gear shifting handle of the vehicle is in neutral, the ignition switch is connected with the neutral switch, and if the ignition switch is switched on when the neutral switch is in the on state, power is supplied to the starter by a battery of the vehicle such that the starter controls engine starting of the vehicle. According to the control method and the control device, when the gear of the gearbox is in a neutral gear, whether the engine is allowed to be started or not is controlled according to the gear of the gear shifting handle, the vehicle is prevented from being started by mistake, and the safety of vehicle starting is improved.
The present disclosure also relates to a vehicle, as shown in fig. 6, in which a control device 100 for starting the vehicle is provided in the vehicle 600.
With regard to the vehicle 600 in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which the control apparatus 100 for vehicle start-up performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment of the control apparatus 100 for vehicle start-up, and will not be elaborated here.
As described above, the control device for vehicle start according to the present disclosure includes: the control module is connected with a first end of the starting relay, a second end of the starting relay is grounded, a first end of a normally open contact of the starting relay is connected with an ignition switch of a vehicle, a second end of the normally open contact is connected with a first end of the neutral switch, a second end of the neutral switch is connected with a starter, the control module is used for acquiring a current first gear of a gearbox of the vehicle and sending an activation signal to the starting relay when the first gear is neutral, the starting relay is used for controlling the normally open contact to be closed after receiving the activation signal so that the ignition switch is connected with the neutral switch, the neutral switch is used for switching from an off state to an on state when a gear shifting handle of the vehicle is in neutral, the ignition switch is connected with the neutral switch, and if the ignition switch is switched on when the neutral switch is in the on state, power is supplied to the starter by a battery of the vehicle such that the starter controls engine starting of the vehicle. According to the control method and the control device, when the gear of the gearbox is in a neutral gear, whether the engine is allowed to be started or not is controlled according to the gear of the gear shifting handle, the vehicle is prevented from being started by mistake, and the safety of vehicle starting is improved.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A control apparatus for vehicle starting, characterized by comprising: the control module is connected with a first end of the starting relay, a second end of the starting relay is grounded, a first end of a normally open contact of the starting relay is connected with an ignition switch of a vehicle, a second end of the normally open contact is connected with a first end of the neutral switch, and a second end of the neutral switch is connected with the starter;
the control module is used for acquiring a current first gear of a gearbox of the vehicle and sending an activation signal to the starting relay when the first gear is a neutral gear;
the starting relay is used for controlling the normally open contact to be closed after receiving the activation signal so as to connect the ignition switch with the neutral switch;
the neutral switch is used for switching from an off state to an on state when a gear shifting handle of the vehicle is in a neutral gear;
when the ignition switch is connected with the neutral switch and the neutral switch is in a closed state, if the ignition switch is switched on, power is supplied to the starter through a storage battery of the vehicle, so that the starter controls the starting of the engine of the vehicle.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the control module is configured to:
acquiring the first gear and the door state of the vehicle, wherein the door state comprises an unlocking state and a locking state;
and when the first gear is a neutral gear and the vehicle door state is a locking state, sending an activation signal to the starting relay.
3. The device of claim 2, further comprising a gear switch and a lock-up switch, wherein the gear switch is arranged on the gearbox, the lock-up switch is arranged on the vehicle door, and the gear switch and the lock-up switch are both connected with the control module;
the gear switch is used for acquiring the first gear and sending a gear signal to the control module according to the first gear, wherein the gear signal is used for indicating the first gear;
the locking switch is used for acquiring the state of the vehicle door and sending a locking signal to the control module according to the state of the vehicle door, wherein the locking signal is used for indicating the state of the vehicle door.
4. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the control module is configured to send the activation signal to the starter relay when the gear signal indicates that the first gear is neutral and the lock signal indicates that the door state is a locked state.
5. The device of claim 3, wherein the gear switch is hard-wired to the control module and the lock-up switch is hard-wired to the control module.
6. A control method for vehicle start, characterized in that the method is applied to a control device for vehicle start, the device comprising: the control module is connected with a first end of the starting relay, a second end of the starting relay is grounded, a first end of a normally open contact of the starting relay is connected with an ignition switch of a vehicle, a second end of the normally open contact is connected with a first end of the neutral switch, and a second end of the neutral switch is connected with the starter;
the method comprises the following steps:
the current first gear of a gearbox of the vehicle is obtained through the control module, and when the first gear is a neutral gear, an activation signal is sent to the starting relay;
after the starting relay receives the activation signal, the normally open contact is controlled to be closed, so that the ignition switch is connected with the neutral switch;
when a gear shifting handle of the vehicle is in neutral gear, the neutral switch is switched from an off state to an on state;
when the ignition switch is connected with the neutral switch and the neutral switch is in a closed state, if the ignition switch is switched on, power is supplied to the starter through a storage battery of the vehicle, so that the starter controls the starting of the engine of the vehicle.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining, by the control module, a current first gear of a transmission of the vehicle and sending an activation signal to the starter relay when the first gear is neutral comprises:
acquiring the first gear and the door state of the vehicle through the control module, wherein the door state comprises an unlocking state and a locking state;
and sending an activation signal to the starting relay when the first gear is a neutral gear and the vehicle door state is a locking state through the control module.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the device further comprises a gear switch disposed on the transmission and a lock-up switch disposed on the door, the gear switch being hard-wired to the control module, the lock-up switch being hard-wired to the control module;
the obtaining of the first gear and the door state of the vehicle through the control module includes:
acquiring the first gear through the gear switch, and sending a gear signal to the control module according to the first gear, wherein the gear signal is used for indicating the first gear;
and acquiring the state of the vehicle door through the locking switch, and sending a locking signal to the control module according to the state of the vehicle door, wherein the locking signal is used for indicating the state of the vehicle door.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein sending an activation signal to the starter relay when the first gear is neutral and the door state is a locked state by the control module comprises:
the control module is used for sending the activation signal to the starting relay when the gear signal indicates that the first gear is a neutral gear and the locking signal indicates that the vehicle door state is a locking state.
10. A vehicle characterized in that the vehicle is provided with a control device for vehicle start according to claims 1-5.
