The working principle of the invention is as follows: because the plug connector can rotate relative to the stop lever 4 in the vertical plane under the connection action and is fixedly connected relative to the stop lever 4 in the horizontal plane, therefore, the stop lever 4 and the hoop head 6 are driven to rotate by rotating the plug connector in the horizontal plane, when the sealing door needs to be closed, the inserting sheet 12 is vertically arranged with the door panel 3, the hoop head 6 is vertical to the clamping groove, the hoop head 6 is vertically positioned in the clamping groove along with the closing of the sealing door, then the inserting piece 12 is rotated counterclockwise in the horizontal plane, and simultaneously the arc-shaped guide plate 24 slides along the guide piece 23, when the inserting sheet 12 is parallel to the door panel 3, the arc-shaped guide plate is positioned in the clamping piece 17, the clamping groove limits the clamp head 6, then, the inserting sheet 12 is rotated upwards, the inserting sheet 12 is clamped in the positioning groove, and the pressing piece 11 is rotated, so that the bottom of the pressing piece 11 is positioned in the positioning groove to fix the inserting sheet 12. When the door is opened, the pressing piece 11 is unscrewed to release the plug connector, then the plug connector is rotated clockwise in the horizontal plane, the arc-shaped guide plate is enabled to move to the vertical position parallel to the guide sheet 23, the clamp groove releases the clamp head 6, and the sealing door is opened.

Claims (10)

1. The warehouse sealing door is characterized by being of a bidirectional split type and comprising a door leaf and a door lock, wherein the door leaf is installed on a door frame through a door shaft; the door leaf is divided into a left door leaf and a right door leaf; the left door leaf and the right door leaf respectively comprise a sealing door frame and a door plate arranged in the sealing door frame;
the sealing door frame is of a rectangular structure formed by splicing four frames; the frame is designed in an integrated manner and comprises a hollow layer, a first baffle and a second baffle, wherein the first baffle and the second baffle are respectively arranged on two sides of the hollow layer, the hollow layer is composed of two parallel baffles, the first baffle and the second baffle are arranged in parallel, the rear end of the first baffle is flush with the baffle behind the hollow layer, and the other end of the first baffle is positioned at the front end of the baffle in front of the hollow layer; two ends of the second baffle are respectively positioned at two sides of the hollow layer, so that a mounting groove is formed among the first baffle, the second baffle and the partition plate in front of the hollow layer and is used for mounting a door plate; the outer extending edges of the ends, far away from the mounting groove, of the second baffles on the side frames, where the left door and the right door are in contact with each other, are correspondingly arranged;
the door lock comprises fixed buckles symmetrically fixed at the upper end and the lower end of the door frame and a locking device arranged at the outer side of the door leaf; the locking device comprises a stop lever vertically arranged on the outer side of the door leaf, clamp heads respectively arranged at two ends of the stop lever and used in cooperation with the fixed buckle, and a locking mechanism arranged on the stop lever;
the buckle comprises a bottom plate fixed on the door frame and a clamping groove arranged on the bottom plate and used for clamping the clamp head;
the locking mechanism comprises an insertion piece which can be arranged on the stop lever in a vertically rotating manner and a lock seat which is fixed on the door plate, the lock seat is used for fixing the insertion piece, and the insertion piece and the hoop head are positioned on the same plane and distributed on two sides of the stop lever; the clamping hoop heads at two ends of the stop lever are driven to be clamped in the clamping groove or positioned outside the clamping groove by rotating the inserting pieces left and right, so that the sealing door is closed and opened.

The warehouse sealing door as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locking seat comprises a bottom plate fixed on the door plate and a positioning member, the positioning member comprises a bearing plate fixedly arranged on the bottom plate and an L-shaped baffle fixedly connected with the lower end of the bearing plate, and a positioning groove is formed between the bearing plate and the L-shaped baffle for positioning the plug-in piece; the upper end of the bearing plate is rotatably provided with a pressing piece through a pin shaft, the bottom end of the pressing piece is L-shaped, and when the sealing door is closed, the bottom end of the pressing piece is positioned in the positioning groove to tightly press the plug-in sheet.
3. The warehouse sealing door of claim 1, wherein the stop lever is rotatably disposed at an outer side of the door panel by a positioning buckle, and a circular boss is disposed on the stop lever at a position above the positioning buckle.
4. The warehouse sealing door of claim 1, wherein the slot comprises an ⺁ -shaped clip and a stop corresponding thereto, and a distance between the clip and the stop is larger than a diameter of the stop.
5. The warehouse sealing door of claim 1, wherein a guide piece is arranged in the slot, the guide piece is arranged in an arc shape, and the height of the guide piece at one end of the stopper is greater than that at the other end of the stopper.
6. The warehouse sealing door of claim 1, wherein the insertion piece is rotatably connected to the blocking bar by a connecting member, the connecting member is a U-shaped member with an opening facing outward, and the blocking bar is positioned in the U-shaped member and connected by a pin.

The warehouse sealing door as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clip head comprises an upper clip, a lower clip and a connecting rod between the upper clip and the lower clip, so that a first limiting groove and a second limiting groove are formed on the left and right sides of the connecting rod, respectively, an arc-shaped guide plate is provided in the vertical direction at the middle of the first limiting groove, the arc-shaped guide plate is adapted to cooperate with the clip, and the second limiting groove is adapted to cooperate with the stopper.

The warehouse sealing door of claim 1, wherein the insertion piece comprises a positioning section, and a mounting section and a hand-holding section which are respectively connected with two ends of the positioning section through transition sections, the positioning section is positioned at the inner sides of the mounting section and the hand-holding section, the mounting section is connected with the U-shaped piece, and the positioning section is used for being clamped in the positioning groove when the sealing door is closed.
9. The warehouse sealing door of claim 1, wherein the door panel has a five-layer structure comprising a color steel plate, a foaming agent layer, a polyurethane layer, a foaming agent layer and a color steel plate in sequence.
10. The warehouse sealing door according to claim 1, wherein a gasket is respectively provided at the inner periphery of the installation groove; and a sealing gasket is arranged on the inner side of one end, far away from the mounting groove, of the second baffle.
