Abstract
本发明属于建筑幕墙技术领域,具体公开了一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,包括自外向内依次设置的外装饰层、防水层、外保温层、防火层、基础墙体、内保温层、导热层和内装饰层,所述外保温层和内保温层内均开设有传热水腔,两传热水腔之间通过水管相连通,且靠近外装饰层一侧的传热水腔内安装有微型温控机构,该微型温控机构电性连接太阳能光伏组件,所述太阳能光伏组件安装在外装饰层远离防水层的一端面;与现有技术相比,本发明提出的一种节能环保型建筑幕墙具备节能环保、保温、防水以及防火的功能,使其实用性强,能够满足现代消费者的需求。

本发明涉及建筑幕墙技术领域,具体为一种节能环保型建筑幕墙。
背景技术
改革开放以来,人口增长迅速,建筑行业发展越来越快,随着人们生活水平越来越好,人们对待建筑物的要求也越来越严格,要求建筑物的外观美观大气,所以建筑幕墙得到了大力的发展。
随着建筑行业的发展,对建筑物的技术要求日益提高,具体到建筑幕墙要具有较好的坚固、保温、隔热、防水等功能。然而传统的建筑幕墙保温、隔热、防水的效果差,不能够满足消费者的需求。
为此,本发明提出一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,以解决上述存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,包括自外向内依次设置的外装饰层、防水层、外保温层、防火层、基础墙体、内保温层、导热层和内装饰层,所述外保温层和内保温层内均开设有传热水腔,两传热水腔之间通过水管相连通,且靠近外装饰层一侧的传热水腔内安装有微型温控机构,该微型温控机构电性连接太阳能光伏组件,所述太阳能光伏组件安装在外装饰层远离防水层的一端面。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述传热水腔与水管之间设置有微型水泵。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述水管的外部固设有保温层。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述导热层为导热硅脂、导热硅胶、石墨垫片或者铝制金属板。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述防水层是由如下重量份的原料组成:水泥30-40份、粘土10-15份、碳酸钙粉末12~16份、纳米氧化镁3-5份、硬脂酸2-4份、防水粉2-4份、苯丙乳液6-8份、抗氧剂2-5份、消泡剂2-8份和去离子水35-45份。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述外保温层和内保温层的组成成分一致,均是由如下重量份的原料组成:膨胀珍珠岩40-60份、改性聚氨酯30-36份、水镁石纤维棉25-35份、金红石型钛白粉11-19份、丙烯酸乳液7-13份、助剂0.6-1份和适量水。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述防火层是由如下重量份的原料组成:环氧树脂35-40份、有机硅改性苯丙乳液20-23份、纳米氧化镁粉体8-10份、三聚氰胺7-8份、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺7-9份、石墨4-7份、功能助剂2~4份和去离子水50-60份。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述防水层的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
S1、水泥30-40份、粘土10-15份加入球磨机中球磨呈粉末,然后加入碳酸钙粉末12~16份、防水粉2-4份和去离子水30-40份,常温下以180~200r/min转速搅拌20~30min,得到混合物A;
S2、取去离子水5份加热到80℃,加入纳米氧化镁3-5份、硬脂酸2-4份、苯丙乳液6-8份进行搅拌,搅拌20-30分钟,补偿收缩和填充上述混合物凝结硬化时产生的缝隙,得到混合物B;
S3、待步骤S2中所得混合物B自然冷却至30-50℃后与步骤S1所得混合物充分搅拌,再将抗氧剂2-5份、消泡剂2-8份置于搅拌机中,搅拌20-30分钟,得到混合物;
S4、将步骤S3中所得混合物依次经过压缩工序、干燥工序、成型固化工序、养护工序得到防水层。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述外保温层和内保温层的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
S1、将膨胀珍珠岩40-60份、改性聚氨酯30-36份、水镁石纤维棉25-35份与水进行混合以制得混合物,膨胀珍珠岩自身具有一定的保温性能,水镁石纤维棉与膨胀珍珠岩、改性聚氨酯的混合,使保温层的结合牢度、抗压强度、隔热保温、防水防潮等各种有益性能得到充分发挥和增强;
S2、将水与金红石型钛白粉11-19份进行混合,接着静置,然后加入丙烯酸乳液7-13份、助剂0.6-1份并搅拌以制得混合物,丙烯酸乳液的添加通过其本身具备的憎水性能,能够避免使用过程中雨水及潮湿空气对保温层的损害,延长保温层的使用寿命;
S3、步骤S1中所得混合物与步骤S2所得混合物充分搅拌,混合以制得所述外保温层和内保温层。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述防火层的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
S1、将去离子水50-60份投入混合容器中,并升温至46-55℃;
S2、依次将环氧树脂35-40份、有机硅改性苯丙乳液20-23份投入步骤S1中盛有去离子水的混合容器中,以搅拌速度150r/min混合搅拌均匀,搅拌时间30-40分钟,得到混合物;
S3、将纳米氧化镁粉体8-10份、三聚氰胺7-8份、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺7-9份和石墨4-7份放入球磨机内研磨呈粉料;
S4、向步骤S2中得到的混合物内加入步骤S3只能够得到的粉料、功能助剂2~4份,以搅拌速度350r/min,充分搅拌60-75分钟,得防火层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,通过设置的太阳能光伏组件,使得该目前具有低能耗的优点,达到节能的目的。
2、本发明一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,以水泥、粘土、碳酸钙粉末为主原料,配合苯丙乳液,在水泥、粘土、碳酸钙粉末凝结硬化时,随着体积膨胀起到补偿收缩和填充水泥、粘土、碳酸钙粉末缝隙的作用,再通过添加的防水粉,与原材料之间发生一些化学性防水反应,即在砂浆凝固时产生一种防水膜,保护砂浆层,防止水分的渗透,防水效果优良。
3、本发明一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,以膨胀珍珠岩为制备保温层的原材料,而膨胀珍珠岩自身具有一定的保温性能,使得保温层具有保温效果,在加上水镁石纤维棉,使保温层的结合牢度、抗压强度、隔热保温、防水防潮等各种有益性能得到充分发挥和增强,此外,丙烯酸乳液的添加通过其本身具备的憎水性能,能够避免使用过程中雨水及潮湿空气对保温层的损害,延长保温层的使用寿命。
4、本发明一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,以环氧树脂为制备防火层的主要原料,使其具有良好的成膜性,赋予该防火层优良的防火性能,而添加的纳米氧化镁粉体进一步提高材料的防火性能,以三聚氰胺为发泡剂,形成了良好的协同效应,耐火性能优,以有机硅改性苯丙乳液为树脂基料制备防火阻燃性能优的防火层。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,包括自外向内依次设置的外装饰层1、防水层2、外保温层3、防火层4、基础墙体5、内保温层6、导热层7和内装饰层8,所述外保温层3和内保温层6内均开设有传热水腔9,两传热水腔9之间通过水管10相连通,且靠近外装饰层1一侧的传热水腔9内安装有微型温控机构11,该微型温控机构11电性连接太阳能光伏组件12,所述太阳能光伏组件12安装在外装饰层1远离防水层2的一端面。
进一步的,所述传热水腔9与水管10之间设置有微型水泵。
进一步的,所述水管10的外部固设有保温层。
进一步的,所述导热层7为导热硅脂、导热硅胶、石墨垫片或者铝制金属板。

进一步的,所述防水层2的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:

S1、将去离子水50-60份投入混合容器中,并升温至46-55℃;

工作原理:
太阳能光伏组件12吸收太阳能,并将太阳能转换为电能,供微型温控机构11制冷或制热使用,将传热水腔9内的水加热或者制冷,通过水泵实现循环流动的目的;
当冷水或者热水循环流动时,导热层7感应其温度,并传递到幕墙内侧,达到温控的目的,在此过程中,幕墙内的电力设备均使用的是太阳能光伏组件12制造的电能,具备节能环保的优势;
此外,通过设置的防水层2、外保温层3、防火层4、内保温层6,能够增强该幕墙具备防水、保温极易防火的性能,从而满足消费者的需求。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,其特征在于,包括自外向内依次设置的外装饰层(1)、防水层(2)、外保温层(3)、防火层(4)、基础墙体(5)、内保温层(6)、导热层(7)和内装饰层(8),所述外保温层(3)和内保温层(6)内均开设有传热水腔(9),两传热水腔(9)之间通过水管(10)相连通,且靠近外装饰层(1)一侧的传热水腔(9)内安装有微型温控机构(11),该微型温控机构(11)电性连接太阳能光伏组件(12),所述太阳能光伏组件(12)安装在外装饰层(1)远离防水层(2)的一端面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,其特征在于,所述传热水腔(9)与水管(10)之间设置有微型水泵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,其特征在于,所述水管(10)的外部固设有保温层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,其特征在于,所述导热层(7)为导热硅脂、导热硅胶、石墨垫片或者铝制金属板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,其特征在于,所述防水层(2)是由如下重量份的原料组成:水泥30-40份、粘土10-15份、碳酸钙粉末12~16份、纳米氧化镁3-5份、硬脂酸2-4份、防水粉2-4份、苯丙乳液6-8份、抗氧剂2-5份、消泡剂2-8份和去离子水35-45份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,其特征在于,所述外保温层(3)和内保温层(6)的组成成分一致,均是由如下重量份的原料组成:膨胀珍珠岩40-60份、改性聚氨酯30-36份、水镁石纤维棉25-35份、金红石型钛白粉11-19份、丙烯酸乳液7-13份、助剂0.6-1份和适量水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,其特征在于,所述防火层(4)是由如下重量份的原料组成:环氧树脂35-40份、有机硅改性苯丙乳液20-23份、纳米氧化镁粉体8-10份、三聚氰胺7-8份、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺7-9份、石墨4-7份、功能助剂2~4份和去离子水50-60份。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种节能环保型建筑幕墙,其特征在于,所述防水层(2)的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
S1、水泥30-40份、粘土10-15份加入球磨机中球磨呈粉末,然后加入碳酸钙粉末12~16份、防水粉2-4份和去离子水30-40份,常温下以180~200r/min转速搅拌20~30min,得到混合物A;
S2、取去离子水5份加热到80℃,加入纳米氧化镁3-5份、硬脂酸2-4份、苯丙乳液6-8份进行搅拌,搅拌20-30分钟,补偿收缩和填充上述混合物凝结硬化时产生的缝隙,得到混合物B;

S1、将膨胀珍珠岩40-60份、改性聚氨酯30-36份、水镁石纤维棉25-35份与水进行混合以制得混合物,膨胀珍珠岩自身具有一定的保温性能,水镁石纤维棉与膨胀珍珠岩、改性聚氨酯的混合,使保温层的结合牢度、抗压强度、隔热保温、防水防潮等各种有益性能得到充分发挥和增强;

S1、将去离子水50-60份投入混合容器中,并升温至46-55℃;
S2、依次将环氧树脂35-40份、有机硅改性苯丙乳液20-23份投入步骤S1中盛有去离子水的混合容器中,以搅拌速度150r/min混合搅拌均匀,搅拌时间30-40分钟,得到混合物;
