FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a machine used for manufacturing the elastic woven tape with a tissue perspective function according to the present embodiment; FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a double weft hook and weft hook seat used for manufacturing the elastic webbing with the tissue perspective function according to the embodiment; fig. 5 is a schematic view of a needle holder and a knitting needle used for manufacturing the elastic webbing with the tissue perspective function according to the embodiment.
According to the elastic mesh belt with the tissue perspective function, all warps are divided into the openings with clear upper and lower layers through the flower chain and the computer palm tissue structure. The mesh belt of the surface layer adopts relatively fine denier yarns, thin transparent silk threads are adopted as warp threads, and the upper layer mesh belt with the perspective gauze is formed by vertically and horizontally interweaving the upper layer mesh belt, the middle layer mesh belt and the lower layer structure with weft threads. The bottom layer meshbelt of lower floor adopts comfortable soft spandex and the elastic nylon of high F number, and the metal wire plays the LOGO pattern and carries in the decorative action, adopts the straight nylon of softer as warp to walk under and the organizational structure in under with and the woof is interweaved with great ease and is formed the elastic meshbelt bottom band that has exquisite LOGO pattern jacquard weave. The surface layer woven belt and the bottom layer woven belt are connected into a whole by adopting a fine denier nylon up-down connecting structure on two sides of the woven belt, and the woven belt with the thin yarn perspective function is integrally manufactured. In addition, the elastic woven belt is supported by spandex with better resilience as elastic force. The nylon with the higher F number is used as the suede, so that the comfortable and body-shaping effects are better achieved, the surface is smooth and fine, the high-standard requirements of consumers on the comfort and the attractiveness of the clothing products can be better met, and the quality of the clothing products is improved.
The main body of the elastic woven belt product with the tissue perspective function can use chinlon, spandex, terylene, acrylon, polypropylene, cotton yarn or other raw materials. The specification of the material of the webbing main body is not limited to that described in the present embodiment, and is determined according to the requirements of parameters such as the thickness of the webbing, the draft length, the tensile strength, the shrinkage and the recovery rate.
The elastic woven belt product with the gauze perspective function is an elastic woven belt with a light and thin perspective function, the woven belt main body can be a plain weave structure, a twill structure, a satin weave structure and other fabric weave structures, can be a common small jacquard weave structure, can also be a large jacquard weave structure of a computer LOGO, and meanwhile, decorative edges can be added according to the needs; adding lantern bud decorative edge as shown in FIG. 8; adding wave bud decorative edge as figure 9; as shown in figure 10, rice grain bud decorative edges and the like are added, so that the underwear and the sports wear of the new product are more beautiful and bright in appearance and have agile and changeable functionality.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
