the addition amount of the benzoyl chloride is 0.12 percent of the total weight of the polyether diol and the polyether triol;
3. pre-polymerization
Introducing nitrogen for 20 minutes at normal pressure, removing air in the reaction kettle, adding MDI under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere, raising the temperature to 82 ℃ and carrying out prepolymerization reaction for 4 hours to obtain a prepolymer;
the adding amount of MDI is controlled to be 5.4wt% of-NCO group content in the reaction liquid;
4. chain extension
Adding 25 parts of plasticizer in total mass into the prepolymer, uniformly stirring at high speed, raising the reaction temperature to 55 ℃, adding 3 parts of dihydric alcohol, and continuing stirring for 1 hour;
the plasticizer is polyethylene glycol PEG 400;
the dihydric alcohol is ethylene glycol;
5. film formation
Adding a flame retardant, a filler, a catalyst, a defoaming agent and a pigment into the polyurethane waterproof coating, and uniformly mixing to obtain a polyurethane waterproof coating product;
the polyurethane waterproof coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
18 parts of prepolymer, 25 parts of plasticizer, 3 parts of dihydric alcohol, 30 parts of flame retardant, 23 parts of filler, 0.4 part of catalyst, 0.3 part of defoaming agent and 0.3 part of pigment;
the flame retardant is dimethyl methyl phosphate DMMP;
the filler comprises talcum powder, kaolin, light calcium carbonate and light calcium oxide, wherein the mass ratio of the talcum powder to the kaolin to the light calcium carbonate to the light calcium oxide is 3:1:2: 1;
the pigment is carbon black;
the catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate;
the defoaming agent is polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether.
The performance of the one-component water-curable polyurethane waterproof coating prepared by the preparation process examples 1 to 4 of the present invention was examined and analyzed, the tensile strength, elongation at break, low-temperature bending property, water impermeability, and the like were examined by using the national standard, and the tear strength, adhesive strength, thermal conductivity, aging resistance, and the like were examined, and the results are shown in the following table:

Claims (1)

1. A preparation method of a single-component water-curing polyurethane waterproof coating is characterized by comprising the steps of drying, mixing, prepolymerization, chain extension and film forming;
and (3) drying: respectively carrying out vacuum dehydration treatment on polyether dihydric alcohol and polyether trihydric alcohol until the water content is 0.11%;
mixing: mixing polyether diol and polyether triol according to the mass ratio of 15:2, stirring, and adding benzoyl chloride into a reaction kettle;
the addition amount of the benzoyl chloride is 0.1 percent of the total weight of the polyether diol and the polyether triol;
and (3) prepolymerization: introducing nitrogen for 20 minutes at normal pressure, removing air in the reaction kettle, adding MDI under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere, raising the temperature to 80 ℃ and carrying out prepolymerization reaction for 4 hours to obtain a prepolymer;
the adding amount of MDI is controlled to be 5.5wt% of-NCO group content in the reaction liquid;
and (3) chain extension: adding 20 parts of plasticizer in total mass into the prepolymer, uniformly stirring at a high speed, raising the reaction temperature to 50 ℃, adding 3 parts of dihydric alcohol, and continuing stirring for 1 hour;
the plasticizer is anhydrous chlorinated paraffin;
the dihydric alcohol is ethylene glycol;
and (3) film forming: adding a flame retardant, a filler, a catalyst, a defoaming agent and a pigment into the polyurethane waterproof coating, and uniformly mixing to obtain a polyurethane waterproof coating product;
the polyurethane waterproof coating prepared by film forming comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 36.5 parts of prepolymer, 20 parts of plasticizer, 3 parts of dihydric alcohol, 20 parts of flame retardant, 20 parts of filler, 0.3 part of catalyst, 0.1 part of defoaming agent and 0.1 part of pigment;
the flame retardant is dimethyl methyl phosphate DMMP;
the filler comprises talcum powder, kaolin, light calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide, and the mass ratio of the talcum powder to the kaolin to the light calcium carbonate to the calcium hydroxide is 2:1:2: 2;
the pigment is carbon black;
the catalyst is dibutyltin dilaurate;
the defoaming agent is polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether.
