Background
With the rapid development of synthetic fibers, the requirements for various properties of dyes are continuously increasing. In the aspect of dyeing and finishing processing technology, synthetic fibers face some problems, which are marked by poor lifting force, poor compatibility, low color fastness and the like. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a dye suitable for synthetic fibers, which has good lifting power, excellent fastness, good compatibility, and the like.
Patent applications CN105585876A and JPS63152669 respectively give out several dye compounds, but in practical application, there is still a certain deficiency in performance.

Problems to be solved by the invention
In order to meet the performance requirements of the new-generation fabric, the invention provides the blue-light red disperse dye composition and the disperse dye, which have the advantages of high environmental protection grade, good lifting power, excellent fastness, good compatibility, especially outstanding advantages in the aspects of friction fastness and light fastness, and can better meet the requirements of the new fabric.

Specifically, the dispersant may include one or a combination of two or more of an alkylnaphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (e.g., a methylnaphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant MF)), a benzylnaphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (dispersant CNF), and the like.
In the present invention, the specific type of the diffusing agent is not particularly limited, and may be a diffusing agent commonly used in the art. Specifically, the diffusing agent includes one or a combination of two or more of lignosulfonate and naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate (diffusing agent NNO). Further, the lignosulfonate is preferably sodium lignosulfonate, which may be lignin 85A, lignin 83A, or the like.
In the present invention, specific kinds of the dyeing auxiliary are not particularly limited, and the dyeing auxiliary may be those commonly used in the art. In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the dye assistant may include anhydrous sodium sulphate (sodium carbonate).
In the present invention, the specific kind of the surfactant is not particularly limited, and may be a surfactant commonly used in the art. In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the surfactant may include an anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant, and the like. Preferably, the surfactant is selected from at least one of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (peregal), polyol and sulfated castor oil.
The specific composition of the bactericide of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be any bactericide commonly used in the art.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent comprises one or more of alkyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, benzyl naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, lignosulfonate and anhydrous sodium sulphate.
The disperse dye composition comprises an auxiliary agent and a disperse dye composition, wherein the mass ratio of the auxiliary agent to the disperse dye composition is 0.2-4.5: 1. In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the respective dye compound components of the disperse dye composition are mixed according to a ratio, and subjected to a granulation treatment with a pulverizer such as a sand mill or a grinder in the presence of an auxiliary and water; the individual components of the disperse dye composition may be granulated in a pulverizer such as a sand mill or a grinder in the presence of an auxiliary agent and water, and the granulated components may be mixed in a certain proportion.
In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the disperse dye is in a liquid state after being treated by a pulverizer such as a sand mill or a grinder, and the liquid dye may be dried, for example, spray-dried, and then made into a dry powder or a granule. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.

The rubbing fastness and the light fastness of the disperse dyes of examples 1-6 and comparative example 1 were measured respectively by GB/T3920-2008 and GB/T8427-2008, and the specific results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, compared with comparative example 1, examples 1 to 6 have obvious advantages in light fastness, and examples 1 to 6 have rubbing fastness of more than 4 grades and light fastness of more than 6 grades.
The compatibility was measured by the method described in Chinese patent application CN 106928750B. Specifically, the method for determining the compatibility comprises the following steps: the dyeing was carried out according to GB/T2394-2003, the dyeing was carried out from 60 ℃ and one sample was taken immediately when the temperature was raised to 80 ℃ and one sample was taken every 10 ℃ until 130 ℃ and 10 cloth samples were taken after incubation at 130 ℃ for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes and 50 minutes, respectively.
