The invention discloses a production process of a medicament for sludge filter pressing, which comprises the following steps: a1, crushing 75-100 parts of zeolite to the particle size of 20-100 mu m for later use; b1, adding 10-15 parts of fly ash, 5-10 parts of sawdust, 20-30 parts of calcium perchlorate, 5-10 parts of polymeric aluminum ferric silicate and 30-40 parts of ferric sulfate into 80 parts of water, heating to boil, continuously stirring until the water content is reduced to 20wt%, standing and cooling for later use; c1, mixing the substances obtained in the step A1 and the step B2 to obtain a component I; a2, adding 2-3 parts of polyacrylamide, 6-10 parts of sodium hexadecylbenzene sulfonate, 1-2 parts of ethylenediamine, 5-10 parts of disodium hydrogen phosphate and 5-7 parts of agar into 15 parts of ethanol, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component II. The invention can solve the defects of the prior art and reduce the usage amount of the sludge dewatering agent.

Background
Sludge press filtration is a process for dehydrating sludge by means of mechanical pressurization. In order to increase the dewatering rate of the filter-pressing dewatering, it is generally necessary to add a dewatering agent to the sludge before the filter-pressing. The prior sludge dewatering agent has more general use amount, which influences the later-stage reuse of the sludge.

The plant ash not only has the function of water absorption, but also can adjust the pH value of the sludge more importantly, so that the acrylic resin can effectively wrap and protect the water absorption core taking the zeolite as the core, and the water absorption effect of the water absorption core is further improved.
