Description

Waste paper scrap denitrification carbon source filler block and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a paper scrap denitrification carbon source filler block and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
According to data of a national town sewage treatment information system of the Ministry of construction, the low carbon-nitrogen (C/N) ratio of the sewage is a common problem of the urban sewage treatment plants in China, the C/N value of the sewage in most towns is only 3-4, and the carbon-nitrogen ratio is seriously insufficient. The biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency is generally low, and the external carbon source is one of the main measures for upgrading the standards and improving the biological nitrogen removal of a sewage plant. The cost of the sewage plant on the carbon source accounts for more than 50 percent of the daily operation and management cost, even can reach 70 percent, and the demand of the additional carbon source is huge. When biological treatment is carried out, the conventional use of methanol, sodium acetate and the like and the addition of easily degradable liquid organic carbon sources has the advantages of easy reduction, high reaction speed and the like, but the defects are obvious, the corresponding duration is short, frequent supplement is needed, the cost is high, and the long-term treatment of polluted water bodies is not facilitated. In addition, the liquid-phase organic carbon which is not completely reacted can cause secondary pollution of water, so that the search for a high-efficiency, stable and low-cost carbon source becomes an important task of a plurality of sewage treatment plants.
The solid slow-release carbon source prepared from natural cellulose such as straw, cork, wheat straw and the like has the advantages that the solid slow-release carbon source can be used as a carrier of a biological membrane, the reducing power can be provided for the biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal process, the system is easy to regulate and control, the risk that the effluent quality is influenced because the carbon source is easily excessively added in the traditional process is avoided, and the stable operation of a water treatment system is facilitated. The cellulose substance has loose structure and large specific surface area, is favorable for microorganism attachment, can obviously improve the removal efficiency of nitrate nitrogen in sewage by taking the cellulose substance as an external carbon source, and has the advantages of wide source, convenient material acquisition and low cost in terms of the material.
The waste paper scraps are used as common garbage in life, are rich in cellulose, can be used as a denitrification carbon source and a carrier for bacterial growth, are easy for bacterial growth and attachment, and are beneficial to enhancing the performance of cellulose degrading bacteria for degrading cellulose in newspaper.
Disclosure of Invention

(2) Putting the cellulose acid-producing bacteria group culture medium into an anaerobic tank, adding 5g of wet rotten wood and rotten leaf powder, uniformly mixing, adjusting the pH to 6.5-7.0, stirring at the temperature of 35 ℃ and the rotating speed of 120 r/min, and adding NaHCO every 12 hours 3 Adjusting pH to 6.5-7.0, and continuously culturing for 3 days to obtain flora suspension;
(3) Adding 500g of wastepaper scraps into the flora suspension, stirring for 7 days at a speed of 20 revolutions per minute, standing for 3 hours, removing supernatant, filling the rest materials into a plastic hemp bag, filtering out excessive water to obtain solid materials, and putting the solid materials into a rectangular mold to prepare a wastepaper scrap denitrification carbon source filler block.
Further, in the step (3), the size of the waste paper scrap is 2-3cm multiplied by 2-3cm.
The invention also provides a carbon source filler block for waste paper scrap denitrification, which is prepared by the preparation method of any one of the technical schemes.
The invention also provides an application method of the paper scrap denitrification carbon source filler block, one end of the paper scrap denitrification carbon source filler block is tied by a rope and is sunk into a denitrification tank, and 1/30-60 of the paper scrap denitrification carbon source filler block can be replaced every day according to requirements, so that the aim of continuously and stably supplementing a denitrification carbon source is fulfilled.
The waste paper scraps contain some cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, so that the waste paper scraps have rich carbon sources and are excellent culture media for attachment growth of cellulose acid-producing flora. The waste paper scraps are utilized to prepare the denitrification carbon source, so that the concept of circular economy is met, the waste is recycled, and the problem of environmental pollution is solved. The invention prepares the waste paper scraps into the filler attached with cellulose acid-producing flora and used for denitrifying sustained-release carbon source. The carbon source filler block for waste paper scrap denitrification prepared by the invention has the advantages of low cost, excellent denitrification performance and the like.
