As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the present invention provides a sealing device of a sewn product folding machine, which comprises a glue tearing conveying mechanism 1, a sealing conveying mechanism 2 adjacent to the glue tearing conveying mechanism 1, a turning mechanism 3 mounted on one end of the sealing conveying mechanism 2 close to the glue tearing conveying mechanism 1, and a pressing mechanism 4 arranged on the upper end of the sealing conveying mechanism; the top turning mechanism 3 comprises a top turning frame 33 arranged on the sealing and conveying mechanism 2, an upper jacking component arranged on the top turning frame 33 and a turning and pressing component arranged on the upper jacking component; the glue tearing and conveying mechanism 1 is used for conveying glue bags which are required to be subjected to glue tearing and are provided with sewing products, and the sealing and conveying mechanism 2 is used for conveying the glue bags which are required to be sealed and provided with the sewing products and are subjected to glue tearing; the top-turning mechanism 3 is used for sealing the plastic bag.

In a specific embodiment, the glue tearing and conveying mechanism 1 comprises a glue tearing frame 11, a power shaft 12 and a driven shaft 13 which are arranged at two ends of the glue tearing frame 11, a conveyor belt group of which two ends are respectively connected with the power shaft 12 and the driven shaft 13, and a motor 15 which is used for driving the power shaft 12 to operate so as to drive the conveyor belt group to move in the same direction; the conveying belt group comprises a plurality of conveying belts 14, two ends of each conveying belt are respectively arranged on the power shaft 12 and the driven shaft 13.

In one embodiment, the sealing conveying mechanism 2 includes a sealing frame 21, a sealing driving shaft 22 and a sealing driven shaft 23 installed at two ends of the sealing frame 21, a sealing conveyer belt 24 with two ends connected to the sealing driving shaft 22 and the sealing driven shaft 23, respectively, and a sealing driving power member for driving the sealing driving shaft 22 to operate; in this embodiment, under the driving of the sealing driving power component, the sealing driving shaft 22 operates to further drive the sealing driven shaft 23 to operate, so as to drive the sealing conveying belt 24 to operate, thereby achieving the purpose of transporting the plastic bags filled with the sewing products, specifically, the sealing conveying belt 24 forms an upper layer and a lower layer of circulating rings in the length extending direction, and the sealing driving power component drives the sealing conveying belt 24 and the sealing driven shaft 23 to operate by driving the sealing driving shaft 22, so that the sealing conveying belt 24 operates circularly in the upper and lower rings, thereby achieving the effect of transporting the plastic bags filled with the sewing products.
The specific working principle of the invention is as follows: the glue bag provided with the sewing product moves on the glue tearing and conveying mechanism 1, the glue tearing and conveying mechanism 1 on the glue tearing and conveying mechanism 1 conveys the glue bag to the sealing and conveying mechanism 2 after glue is torn off, and after the glue bag provided with the sewing product reaches the sealing and conveying mechanism, the upward pushing power part 322 drives the upward pushing base 323 to drive the upward pushing mechanism to push up, so that the glue strip at the bag opening is pushed up by the glue sealing plate 315 of the upward pushing mechanism, and then under the drive of the upward pushing power part 311, the connecting rod 313 drives the rotating shaft 314 to rotate 90 degrees towards the direction of the bag opening, and further drives the glue sealing plate 315 to rotate 90 degrees towards the direction of the bag opening, so that the glue strip on the bag opening is stably pasted on the bag; and tear and glue conveying mechanism 1 and seal conveying mechanism 2 mutually independent for when a gluey bag that is equipped with the sewing product seals, it can independently tear gluey the transport to another gluey bag that is equipped with the sewing product to tear to glue conveying mechanism 1, improves and tears gluey sealing efficiency.
