The invention discloses a stone curved surface polishing machine which comprises a base, a workpiece processing platform fixedly arranged on the base, a workpiece positioning tool arranged on the workpiece processing platform and used for positioning a workpiece, an upright vertically and fixedly arranged on one side of the workpiece processing platform, a cross beam arranged on the upright in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, and a polishing assembly arranged on the cross beam, wherein the workpiece positioning tool is fixedly arranged on the workpiece processing platform; the polishing assembly comprises two mounting seats fixedly arranged at the bottom of the cross beam and a guide beam fixedly connected between the two mounting seats, the guide beam is arc-shaped, a sliding block is arranged on the guide beam in a sliding manner along the length direction of the guide beam, a polishing wheel is arranged on the sliding block in a rotating manner, and the curvature of the guide beam is the same as that of the curved surface of the workpiece; a first driving mechanism for driving the cross beam to slide is arranged between the cross beam and the upright column, and a second driving mechanism for driving the sliding block to reciprocate along the guide beam is arranged between the sliding block and the mounting seat.

Background
Polishing refers to a process of reducing the roughness of a workpiece surface by mechanical, chemical, or electrochemical actions to obtain a bright, flat surface. The method is to carry out modification processing on the surface of a workpiece by using a polishing tool and abrasive particles or other polishing media. Under the prior art, simple profiles such as planes can be processed by a common polishing machine, curved surfaces cannot be processed, polishing traces are easy to generate, polishing is not uniform, and the polishing effect is reduced.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and aims to provide a stone curved surface polishing machine which can automatically polish curved surfaces and has good polishing uniformity.

the polishing assembly comprises two mounting seats 6 fixedly arranged at the bottom of the cross beam 5 and a guide beam 7 fixedly connected between the two mounting seats 6, the guide beam 7 is arc-shaped, a sliding block 8 is arranged on the guide beam 7 in a sliding manner along the length direction of the guide beam, a polishing wheel is arranged on the sliding block 8 in a rotating manner, and the curvature of the guide beam 7 is the same as that of the curved surface of the workpiece;
a first driving mechanism for driving the cross beam 5 to slide is arranged between the cross beam 5 and the upright post 4, and a second driving mechanism for driving the sliding block 8 to reciprocate along the guide beam 7 is arranged between the sliding block 8 and the mounting seat 6.

In this embodiment, a preferable implementation manner is that the second driving mechanism includes winches 9 fixedly disposed on the two sides of the mounting seat 6, and a traction rope 10 connected between the winches 9 on the two sides, and the sliding block 8 is fixedly connected with the traction rope 10.
