The reason why the oxalic acid solution is selected as the cleaning solution in the invention is that oxalic acid and cement can generate chemical reaction to dissolve the cement, and the oxalic acid solution capable of dissolving the cement is sprayed by the high-pressure water gun 31, so that the cement residue adhered to the stirring head 1 and the oxalic acid solution can generate chemical reaction, and the cement residue can rapidly fall off from the stirring head 1 under the high-pressure action of water.
