A cement ball mill according to claim 8, characterized in that: the machine tool main body (1) is provided with a discharge port (12) and a discharge grate plate (13) used for shielding the discharge port (12), the discharge port (12) is communicated with the bottom of the grinding cavity (26), and a material pile formed by grinding steel balls (27) and cement powder is higher than the discharge port (12).
