Technical Field

The invention relates to a urine collection assembly, a urine guide collector and a short pipe guide piece for the collector, in particular to an easily-worn urine guide collector and a urine collection assembly with the collector.

Background

There is a need for urination in bedridden patients or elderly people who have difficulty in controlling their discharge even when they are not easily able to find a toilet such as a highway truck for a long time. For men, a special urine collector is available on the market at present to meet the needs of toileting, but the existing urine collector still has many inconveniences in use, on one hand, the common urine collector adopts a closed structure, the interior is difficult to clean thoroughly, and pathogenic bacteria and peculiar smell are easy to propagate; furthermore, the urine collector is in contact with the genital organ, the skin of the contact part feels uncomfortable due to the hard material, especially, a testicle is arranged below the male genital organ, once the genital organ extends into the urine collector, the shell of the urine collector is tightly attached to the lower abdomen of a user, the testicle is extruded to be uncomfortable, especially, for the male user who cannot get up and go to the toilet for a long time, the urine often flows back to the genital organ of the user from the urine collector due to the lying relationship of the user, even if the contact part cannot be tightly attached to the skin around the genital organ, the urine can seep back to the body, clothes and bedding of the user.

As shown in fig. 9, US5,478,334 discloses a urine collecting assembly, which comprises a urine collecting bag 10 formed with an inlet 11, a rim 12 formed at the inlet 11, and a small-sized condom 23, wherein the base 22 is expanded and fixed at the rim, and the genitals of the patient are tightly restrained by the condom, which is obviously too small, thereby ensuring a water-tight combination between the condom and the genitals. However, no matter where the skin of the human body is tightly covered by the air-impermeable and water-impermeable material for a long time, the tight fit is achieved, and the serious consequences of slight itching and swelling, gradual swelling through the action of the immune system, and even inflammation and ulceration are inevitably caused.

As shown in fig. 10, US4,020,843 discloses a urine guiding collector, although the urine collecting body has no tight fitting structure, and a sheet 12 of hydrophobic material is disposed in the urine collecting body to block the urine dripping downward from seeping back; however, on one hand, the structure can not allow the patient to adopt a lying position for use, the use elasticity is limited, and on the other hand, because the hydrophobic sheet only slightly inclines forwards and downwards, even if the patient is used in a sitting position, once the urine collecting body is interfered by any foreign object, the height direction of the sheet is changed to be higher forwards and lower backwards, the main urine is likely to flow backwards to the patient, and clothes and bedding are likely to be wetted by the urine.

US5300052 is a soft bag waterproof urine guide collector, in which a plurality of water-transporting beads are stacked to form a one-way flow-guiding flow channel, but the structure is complex, so that the manufacturing cost is high, and the device cannot be cleaned and reused many times, which causes a large amount of waste disposal problems and does not meet the environmental protection requirements. In the chinese patent CN102784025A, the urethral catheterization tube and the condom of fig. 9 also need to be tightly fitted, and have the same adverse effects.

The medical level is improved, the elderly population is increasing day by day, and the long-term care requirement is continuously improved. Therefore, how to make the special urine collector for men have simple structure can reduce the cost; the operation is convenient, and the urine overflow and seepage can be avoided when the urine collecting bag is used in cooperation with different posture requirements such as standing, sitting or lying, so that good use elasticity is achieved; moreover, the product is easy to clean, so that the repeated use is possible, and the environmental protection requirement is met; especially, the comfort of the user can be considered, the close fit is not needed to injure the genital skin, and the serious side effect is reduced, which is the urgent issue of the present efforts.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art, it would be desirable to provide a urine collection assembly according to embodiments of the present invention that is simple in construction and easy to operate, and that is intended to be worn around the user and out of the home, and that can be hidden, providing sufficient privacy and dignity.

In addition, the invention also provides a urine guide collector which has a simple structure and can be matched with various posture requirements of patients, and aims to realize the following purposes: (1) greatly reducing the manufacturing cost, being not easy to cause the problems of urine overflow and seepage and increasing the use elasticity; (2) the detachable structure is provided, so that the inside of the urine guide collector can be completely cleaned and disinfected, and peculiar smell generated by breeding bacteria is avoided, so that the urine guide collector can be repeatedly used and accords with the trend of environmental protection; (3) by means of the design of the buffer section of the short pipe guiding piece, the testicle of the male user is not squeezed, and the wearing comfort is improved.

Further, the present invention also provides a short tube guide for a urine guide collector which is not worn in tight fitting, can be comfortably used, is less likely to cause skin redness, skin breakage, ulceration or bedsore due to squeezing and friction, and is simple to operate, effectively improving the convenience of wearing assistance by caregivers.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a urine guide collector for guiding and collecting urine discharged from a male user's genital organ, the collector comprising: the urine collection body comprises a joint side wall close to the lower abdomen of a user and an outer side wall opposite to the joint side wall, the joint side wall and the outer side wall are jointly coated to form a temporary storage space, a lead-in hole communicated with the temporary storage space is formed in the joint side wall, and a lead-out pipe communicated with the temporary storage space extends from the outer side wall and/or the joint side wall; the short pipe guiding piece penetrates through the leading-in hole and comprises a connecting section and an anti-overflow section, wherein the connecting section is in watertight combination with the joint side wall forming the leading-in hole, the anti-overflow section extends from the connecting section and extends into the temporary storage space, and the anti-overflow section is provided with a downward bent flow guiding anti-overflow end edge which is far away from the connecting section and is higher than the position of the leading-out pipe; therefore, when the user urinates, the urine passes through the downward bent diversion anti-overflow end edge and enters the temporary storage space, and the urine is blocked by the anti-overflow section and cannot overflow back into the short pipe guide piece.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a urine collecting assembly including the above urine guide collector, and further including an underpants including: a pants body for the user to wear, the pants body having a crotch corresponding to the lower abdomen of the user; an auxiliary piece connected with the trouser body, wherein the auxiliary piece and the crotch together form a containing space for containing the urine collecting body and the short pipe guiding piece; wherein, in the auxiliary member and the crotch part, a urination inlet for the genitals of the user to pass through and corresponding to the short pipe guiding member is formed on the part closer to the lower abdomen of the user; and the auxiliary piece and/or the trouser body are/is provided with an outlet which is larger than the outer diameter of the outlet pipe.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the urine collecting body further comprises: an outer sidewall half including the outer sidewall and defining a mating bead; and a conformable sidewall half-piece including the conformable sidewall, the conformable sidewall half-piece defining a sealing rim corresponding to and in watertight engagement with the engagement rim.

In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the short tube guiding member is made of a flexible material, and the short tube guiding member further includes a buffer section extending from the engaging section toward the opposite direction to the spill prevention section for elastically contacting the lower abdomen of the user, thereby forming a space between the fitting sidewall and the lower abdomen of the user for accommodating the testis of the user.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a short tube guide for a urine guide collector, the urine guide collector including a hollow urine collection body which is close to a lower abdomen of a user and collects urine discharged from a genital organ of a male user, the urine collection body having a temporary storage space formed therein, the urine collection body having an introduction hole and a discharge tube formed therein for facing the user, the short tube guide for guiding the urine to the temporary storage space, the short tube guide having an upper side and a lower side opposite to the upper side, the short tube guide comprising:

a water-tight joint section which is combined with the urine collection body to form the leading-in hole, the inner side wall of the joint section is respectively formed with:

a retraction stop portion approaching the user side and having a gradually changing slope, the retraction stop portion including a stop rim having a minimum inner diameter dimension; and

a reverse bending part extending from the retraction stop part, the reverse bending part is formed with a non-return region extending from the stop ring edge and having a reverse bending slope, and a flow guide region extending from the non-return region and having a reverse bending slope is formed at the lower side, and

an anti-overflow section extending from the connecting section and into the temporary storage space, wherein the anti-overflow section is provided with a downward bent top edge on the upper side, and a downward bent flow guiding anti-overflow end edge with a curvature radius smaller than the downward bent top edge is formed on the lower side for preventing urine of a user from flowing back.

Compared with the prior art, the urine collecting component, the urine guiding collector and the short pipe guiding piece for the urine guiding collector disclosed by the invention have the advantages that by means of the special structural design of the short pipe guiding piece, no matter a user is in a standing posture, a sitting posture or a lying posture, urine can be effectively prevented from overflowing back to the short pipe guiding piece, and the urine is ensured not to be easy to seep back; particularly, only loose fit is needed, so that convenience in wearing and comfort of a user can be ensured, and skin allergy, inflammation and even ulceration of a patient after long-term use can be particularly avoided. In addition, the urine collection body is convenient to clean through the urine collection body and the short pipe guiding piece which can be detached from each other, so that the effect of effectively and completely cleaning the urine guiding collector is achieved, and the urine guiding collector can be repeatedly used. Especially, the genitals of the user can be smoothly guided by the bending part of the short pipe guiding piece, so that the discharged urine enters the urine collecting body, and the testis of the user can not be pressed by the urine collecting body and the lower abdomen of the user by the buffer section of the short pipe guiding piece, so that the comfort in use is improved. First preferred embodiment

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a urine guiding collector 1 according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided for guiding and collecting urine discharged from the genital organ of a male user, and the urine guiding collector 1 mainly includes a urine collecting body 2 and a short tube guiding member 3.

In the present embodiment, the urine collecting body 2 is composed of a fitting sidewall half 21 and an outer sidewall half 22, the fitting sidewall half 21 includes a fitting sidewall 211 and a sealing rim 222, the outer sidewall half 22 has a joint rim 223 at the position of the outer sidewall 221 corresponding to the sealing rim 222, and an air hole 224 is formed at the upper part. When the joint rim 223 and the sealing rim 222 are tightly combined with each other, they form a temporary storage space 23, and urine will not flow out or seep out from the combination. When in use, one side of the attaching side wall 211 is close to the skin of the lower abdomen of the male user near the genital organ, and in order to avoid the skin allergy of the user, the attaching side wall half part 21 is made of a material with biocompatibility, so that the user can comfortably wear the attaching side wall for a long time. In the present embodiment, the short-tube guiding element 3 includes a connection section 31 and an anti-overflow section 32, for convenience of illustration, the short-tube guiding element 3 is defined to have an upper side 36 and a lower side 37 opposite to the upper side, and when the short-tube guiding element 3 is combined with the urine collecting body 2, the connection section 31 and the fitting sidewall 211 forming the introducing hole 24 are combined in a watertight state, so that urine or moisture can be prevented from leaking from the short-tube guiding element 3, and discomfort caused by wetting of skin or clothes can be avoided.

The inner side wall 311 of the connecting section 31 is formed with a gradually gradient inner-contracting stop portion 312 at a position close to the lower abdomen of the user, the inner-contracting stop portion 312 includes a stop ring 3121 having a minimum inner diameter for the user's genitals to extend into, and the user's genitals are loosely fitted with the connecting section 31, so as to improve the comfort of use and avoid allergic inflammation and ulceration caused by long-term tightening. The inner sidewall 311 extends from the inward-contracting stop portion 312 to form a reverse-curved portion 313, which forms a reverse-curved check region 314 extending from the stop rim 3121 to form a first height difference, so that even if the genitals of the user shrink, the user can prevent the urine from flowing back by gravity as long as the length of the reverse-curved check region exceeds the stop rim 3121.

The overflow-preventing section 32 is a part extending from the connecting section 31 to the temporary storage space 23, and the overflow-preventing section 32 is formed with a downward-bent top edge 321 on the upper side, and a downward-bent flow-guiding overflow-preventing end edge 33 with a curvature radius smaller than that of the downward-bent top edge is formed on the lower side, so that when a user urinates, the urine will cross the downward-bent flow-guiding overflow-preventing end edge 33 and enter the temporary storage space, and no matter the user stands, sits or lies, the height of the downward-bent flow-guiding overflow-preventing end edge 33 is higher than the delivery pipe 25, and when the urine is blocked by the overflow-preventing section 32, the urine can be prevented from overflowing back to the short pipe guide piece 3 from the temporary storage space 23.

In this embodiment, the short tube guiding member 3 is made of flexible silicone, and the anti-overflow section 32 is formed with a bending portion 34 bending toward the delivery tube 25, so as to conform to the angle of the male genital organ, so as to increase the comfort of the user, and then is matched with the downward bending flow-guiding anti-overflow end edge 33 extending toward the attaching side wall 211, so as to avoid excessive friction between the edge of the short tube guiding member 3 and the genital organ. The underpants 4 comprises a pants body 5 and an auxiliary member 6, the pants body 5 has a crotch 51 corresponding to the lower abdomen of the user 11, the auxiliary member 6 is connected to the inside of the pants body 5 in this embodiment, the auxiliary member 6 and the pants body 5 together form an accommodating space for accommodating the urine guide collector 1, and an inlet is formed at the right side of the drawing for taking and placing the urine guide collector 1. 1. A urine collection assembly for directing and collecting urine discharged from the genital organs of a male user, the urine collection assembly comprising:

a urine guide collector comprising:

the urine collection body comprises a joint side wall close to the lower abdomen of a user and an outer side wall opposite to the joint side wall, the joint side wall and the outer side wall are jointly coated to form a temporary storage space, a lead-in hole communicated with the temporary storage space is formed in the joint side wall, and a lead-out pipe communicated with the temporary storage space extends from the outer side wall and/or the joint side wall; and a spool guide coupled to the urine collection body, the spool guide having an upper side and a lower side opposite to the upper side, the spool guide comprising:

a connecting section which is combined with the attaching side wall in a watertight manner to form the lead-in hole, wherein the inner side walls of the connecting section respectively form an inward-shrinkage stopping part which is close to the user side and has gradually changed slope, and the inward-shrinkage stopping part comprises a stopping ring edge with the minimum inner diameter size; and a reverse bending part extending from the retraction stop part, wherein the reverse bending part is provided with a non-return area extending from the stop ring edge and having a reverse bending slope for a small amount of urine to stay in, and a flow guide area extending from the non-return area and having a reverse bending slope is formed at the lower side; and

the anti-overflow section extends from the connecting section and extends into the temporary storage space, a lower bent top edge is formed on the upper side of the anti-overflow section, a lower bent flow guide anti-overflow end edge with the curvature radius smaller than that of the lower bent top edge is formed on the lower side of the anti-overflow section, and the lower bent flow guide anti-overflow end edge is higher than the position of the delivery pipe; therefore, when the user urinates, urine passes through the anti-overflow end edge and enters the temporary storage space, and is blocked by the anti-overflow section and cannot overflow back into the short pipe guide piece; and

an undergarment, comprising:

a pants body for the user to wear, the pants body having a crotch corresponding to the lower abdomen of the user; and

an auxiliary piece connected with the trouser body, wherein the auxiliary piece and the crotch together form a containing space for containing the urine collecting body and the short pipe guiding piece;

wherein, in the auxiliary member and the crotch part, a urination inlet for the genitals of the user to pass through and corresponding to the short pipe guiding member is formed on the part closer to the lower abdomen of the user; and the auxiliary piece and/or the trouser body are/is provided with an outlet which is larger than the outer diameter of the outlet pipe.

2. A urine collection set according to claim 1, further comprising a catheter tube leading to said delivery tube and a urine storage bag leading to said catheter tube.

3. A urine guide collector for guiding and collecting urine discharged from the genital organs of a male user, the collector comprising:

the urine collection body comprises a joint side wall close to the lower abdomen of a user and an outer side wall opposite to the joint side wall, the joint side wall and the outer side wall are jointly coated to form a temporary storage space, a lead-in hole communicated with the temporary storage space is formed in the joint side wall, and a lead-out pipe communicated with the temporary storage space extends from the outer side wall and/or the joint side wall; and

a short pipe guide part combined with the urine collecting body and having an upper side and a lower side opposite to the upper side, the short pipe guide part comprising

A connecting section which is combined with the attaching side wall in a watertight manner to form the lead-in hole, wherein the inner side walls of the connecting section respectively form an inward-shrinkage stopping part which is close to the user side and has gradually changed slope, and the inward-shrinkage stopping part comprises a stopping ring edge with the minimum inner diameter size; and a reverse bending part extending from the retraction stop part, wherein the reverse bending part is provided with a non-return area which extends from the stop ring edge and has a reverse bending slope for a small amount of urine to stay, and a flow guide area which extends from the non-return area and has a reverse bending slope is formed on the lower side; and

the anti-overflow section extends from the connecting section and extends into the temporary storage space, a lower bent top edge is formed on the upper side of the anti-overflow section, a lower bent flow guide anti-overflow end edge with the curvature radius smaller than that of the lower bent top edge is formed on the lower side of the anti-overflow section, and the lower bent flow guide anti-overflow end edge is higher than the position of the delivery pipe; therefore, when the user urinates, the urine passes through the anti-overflow end edge and enters the temporary storage space, and the urine is blocked by the anti-overflow section and cannot overflow back into the short pipe guiding piece.

4. The urine guide collector as defined in claim 3, wherein said urine collecting body includes:

an outer sidewall half including the outer sidewall and defining a mating bead; and

a conformable sidewall half-piece including the conformable sidewall, the conformable sidewall half-piece defining a sealing rim corresponding to and in watertight engagement with the engagement rim.

5. The urine guide collector as defined in claim 3, wherein said fitting sidewall halves of said urine collecting body and said short pipe guide are of an integral structure.

6. The urine guide collector as defined in claim 3, wherein said outer sidewall has at least one air hole formed therein at a position higher than said delivery pipe.

7. The urine guide collector as claimed in claim 3, 4, 5 or 6, wherein said short tube guide member further includes a buffer section extending from said engaging section toward the opposite side of said spill prevention section for resiliently contacting the lower abdomen of the user, whereby a space is formed between said fitting sidewall and the lower abdomen of the user for receiving the testis of the user.

8. A short pipe guide for a urine guide collector, said urine guide collector comprising a hollow urine collecting body which is close to the lower abdomen of a user for collecting urine discharged from the genital organs of a male user, a temporary storage space being formed in the urine collecting body, and a guide hole and a guide pipe being formed in the urine collecting body for facing the user, said short pipe guide for guiding the urine to the temporary storage space, and having an upper side and a lower side opposite to the upper side, characterized in that the short pipe guide comprises:

a reverse bending part extending from the retraction stop part, the reverse bending part forms a non-return area extending from the stop ring edge and having a reverse bending slope for a small amount of urine to stay on, and forms a flow guide area extending from the non-return area and having a reverse bending slope on the lower side, and

9. A spool guide as claimed in claim 8, wherein said spool guide is of flexible material.

10. A spool guide as claimed in claim 8 wherein said spill guard defines a flexing portion that flexes in a direction toward said outlet tube.
