图1示出根据本发明的用于轨道车辆的制动执行器的第一实施例。用于轨道车辆的制动执行器1具有:壳体11;压紧件8,该压紧件配置成,被挤压到制动盘9上;用于使压紧件8运动的器件5、6,该器件配置成,使压紧件8朝向制动盘9运动和背离制动盘9运动;在壳体11中的逻辑单元2,该逻辑单元配置成,控制用于使压紧件8运动的器件5、6;在壳体11上的、用于与轨道车辆的位于壳体外部的上级控制器连接的控制接口3;在壳体11上的、用于为制动执行器1供应能量的供应接口4;以及在壳体11中的、用于检测压紧件8在制动盘9上的实际压紧力F的压紧力检测单元10。此外,制动执行器1具有带有蓄能器的功率电子器件99,该功率电子器件设置在壳体11中并且仅配设给该一个制动执行器1。通过将功率电子器件99和逻辑单元2设置在壳体11中,它们被保护免受外部影响。替代地,功率电子器件99和逻辑单元2可完全设置在壳体11的外部,但是设置在壳体11上。也可设想,功率电子器件99部分地设置在壳体11中并且部分地设置在壳体11的外部。例如,功率电子器件99的蓄能器可设置在壳体11的外部,但是设置在壳体11上,而功率电子器件99的其余部分设置在壳体11中。这尤其在蓄能器是可更换的蓄电池或可更换的电池时是有利的,所述蓄能器应当可从壳体11的外侧接近。在图1中,供应管线作为实线示出,而控制线路作为虚线示出。功率电子器件99具有与供应接口4连接的供应输入部和至少一个第一和第二供应输出部,其中,第一供应输出部与逻辑单元2连接并且第二供应输出部与用于使压紧件8运动的器件5、6连接。此外,功率电子器件99通过控制线路由逻辑单元2来操控。
制动执行器1能以有利的方式在外部电压供应装置失效时自主地实施事先限定的操纵亦或负载曲线。此外,在外部的上级能量供应装置发生故障时确保紧急供应。功率电子器件具有放大器、逆变器和/或整流器电路,其尤其是具有可提供期望的供应电压的开关晶体管。
功率电子器件99的蓄能器还能够以有利的方式实现缓冲功率峰值,其方式为功率需求的一部分可由功率电子器件99的蓄能器供应并且另一部分可由轨道车辆的外部的、上级的能量供应装置供应。由此,可减小供应接口4的电供应管线中的横截面,由此,可一方面降低线缆敷设的成本并且另一方面减小结构尺寸。
逻辑单元2配置成,将功率电子器件99控制为使得制动执行器1中的消耗器的功率流符合需求地被控制。由此,例如可优化能量消耗。
功率电子器件99的蓄能器是蓄电池,然而也可使用电容器、例如超级电容器。
用于使压紧件8运动的器件5、6具有带有自身的逻辑单元(未示出)的主动的线性驱动装置5和杠杆机械装置6,该杠杆机械装置仅示意性地示出。线性驱动装置5利用相应的传感器(未示出)进行力或位置调节。附图标记7标绘制动组件,该制动组件由压紧件8、制动盘9和保持该压紧件8的压紧保持件组成。
替代地,用于使压紧件8运动的机构5、6可以是被动运行的部件,如其在说明书引言中所提及的那样。
图2示出根据本发明的用于轨道车辆的制动执行器的第二实施例。第二实施例类似于第一实施例,并且下文将仅描述第二实施例与第一实施例的不同之处。功率电子器件99具有仅一个供应输出部,该供应输出部不仅与逻辑单元2连接而且与用于使压紧件8运动的器件5、6连接。
图3示出根据本发明的用于轨道车辆的制动执行器的第三实施例。第三实施例类似于第一实施例,并且下文将仅描述第三实施例与第一实施例的不同之处。功率电子器件99具有仅一个供应输出部,该供应输出部不仅与逻辑单元2连接而且与用于使压紧件8运动的器件5、6连接。此外,该供应输出部直接与功率电子器件99的供应输入部连接。
图4示出根据本发明的用于轨道车辆的制动执行器的第四实施例。第四实施例类似于第一实施例,并且下文将仅描述第四实施例与第一实施例的不同之处。功率电子器件99具有仅一个供应输出部,该供应输出部与用于使压紧件8运动的器件5、6连接。此外,功率电子器件99的供应输入部直接与逻辑单元2的供应输入部连接。
功率电子器件99的输入部和输出部的上述配置不是限制性的并且可由本领域技术人员改变。

Claims (9)

1.用于轨道车辆的制动执行器(1),该制动执行器包括:
壳体(11);
压紧件(8),该压紧件配置成,被挤压到制动盘(9)上;
用于使压紧件(8)运动的器件(5、6),该器件配置成,使压紧件(8)朝向制动盘(9)运动和背离制动盘运动;
在该壳体(11)中或上的逻辑单元(2),该逻辑单元配置成,控制用于使压紧件(8)运动的器件(5、6);
在该壳体(11)上的、用于与轨道车辆的位于该壳体外部的上级控制器连接的控制接口(3);以及
在该壳体(11)上的、用于为该制动执行器(1)供应能量的供应接口(4);
其特征在于,该制动执行器包括具有蓄能器的功率电子器件(99),该功率电子器件设置在该壳体(11)中或上并且仅配设给该一个制动执行器(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动执行器(1),其中,所述逻辑单元(2)配置成,将所述功率电子器件(99)控制为使得该制动执行器(1)中的消耗器的功率流符合需求地被控制。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制动执行器(1),其中,所述功率电子器件(99)的蓄能器是蓄电池或电容器。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的制动执行器(1),其中,所述用于使压紧件(8)运动的器件(5、6)是具有自身的逻辑单元的螺杆传动装置或线性驱动装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制动执行器(1),其中,所述螺杆传动装置或线性驱动装置利用相应的传感器进行力或位置调节。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的制动执行器(1),其中,所述用于使压紧件(8)运动的器件(5、6)具有弹簧蓄能器和执行器,所述弹簧蓄能器配置成将压紧件(8)压到制动盘(9)上,所述执行器配置成在制动器松开的情况下将压紧件(8)从制动盘(9)上移开。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的制动执行器(1),该制动执行器还包括在该壳体(1)中的、用于检测压紧件(8)在制动盘(9)上的实际压紧力(F)的压紧力检测单元(10)。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的制动执行器(1),其中,所述功率电子器件(99)具有与供应接口(4)连接的供应输入部和与逻辑单元(2)和/或与用于使压紧件(8)运动的器件(5、6)连接的至少一个供应输出部,并且,所述功率电子器件通过控制线路由逻辑单元(2)来操控。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制动执行器(1),其中,所述供应输入部和所述供应输出部直接相互连接。
