Detailed Description
A table as an interior member according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the table 10 includes a top plate 20, four legs 30 assembled to the top plate 20, and moving members 40 attached to the legs 30, respectively.
The top plate 20 is hollow and serves as a unit housing portion 60 for housing the power supply/electronic control system unit 50. That is, the top plate 20, which is an internal component, includes a power supply and electronic control system unit 50.
The power source/electronic control system unit 50 includes a battery 52, and preferably a primary battery, which is a dry cell battery, or a non-contact type secondary battery that is charged in a non-contact manner is used as the battery. In this case, the power source/electronic control system unit 50 preferably includes a power conditioner 54 that performs charging control such as overcharge prevention of the battery.
When the solar photovoltaic power generation system described above is used, it is preferable that the solar photovoltaic power generation system be incorporated into the cover plate 70 disposed on the top plate 20 of the table 10. Further, a solar power generation panel of a solar power generation system is shown by reference numeral 72.
The power supply/electronic control system unit 50 preferably further includes an operation circuit 56, and the operation circuit 56 operates wirelessly from the outside to operate on/off and operation of the moving member 40 as an electric device.
As shown in fig. 2, the moving member 40 includes casters 42 as wheels, and a control mechanism 44, wherein the control mechanism 44 controls the direction, which is the turning direction of the casters 42, by operating the direction, to determine the direction in which the table 10 moves, and controls the driving of the rotation driving of the casters 42. The direction control means 44 and the drive means 46 are provided with motors (not shown) respectively, and the motors are driven by the battery 52 and the drive is controlled by the control means 44.
The table 10 as an internal component according to the embodiment of the present invention includes, as components, a top plate 20 having a power supply and electronic control system unit 50; and an electrical connector assembly 80 shown in fig. 4 is provided at a connection portion between the legs 30 mounted (assembled) on the top plate 20 and a connection portion between the legs 30 and the moving member 40 (see fig. 5).
As shown in fig. 4 (a), the electrical connector assembly 80 includes a socket portion 100 disposed on one of the top plate 20 and the leg 30, and a plug portion 200 disposed on the other. Here, a case where the socket portion 100 is disposed on the top of the leg 30 and the plug portion 200 is disposed on the bottom surface of the top plate 20 will be described. Fig. 4 (a) shows a state in which the socket portion and the plug portion are separated from each other. And (b) shows the state in which they are joined.
The socket portion 100 includes a plastic housing 110 that is embedded in the top (top) of the leg 30. The socket portion 100 has a front surface 111 into which the plug portion can be fitted. The socket portion further includes a movable support 112 to which the two first electrical contacts 120 and 121 are fixed. The two first electrical contacts 120, 121 are connected to the moving member 40 via wires (not shown). The socket portion 100 further includes a first movable magnetic member 113, and the first movable magnetic member 113 is disposed so as to move integrally with the movable support 112 and moves between the first position and the second position by a magnetic effect.
A spring 114 is also disposed inside the housing 110 of the socket portion. The spring 114 has, for example, one end fixed to the socket housing 110 and the other end fixed to the movable support 112, and acts to return the first magnetic member 113 to its first position when the magnetic attraction force required for the removal is insufficient. In a first position of the first magnetic member 113, the first electrical contacts 120, 121 are received within the socket portion 100, and in a second position of the first magnetic member 113, the first electrical contacts 120, 121 protrude from the socket portion 100 through the front surface 111. At this second position, the movable assembly formed by the support 112 and the magnetic member 113 abuts against a part of the housing 110, for example, to restrict the movement upward thereof.
On the other hand, the plug portion 200 includes a plastic housing 210, and the plastic housing 210 has a front surface 211 abutting on the front surface 111 of the socket portion 100 at a joint surface P between the socket portion 100 and the plug portion 200 (see fig. 6 (b)). The plug portion 200 further comprises two second electrical contacts 220, 221, the two second electrical contacts 220, 221 being two electrical conductors in electrical contact with the two first electrical contacts 120, 121 of the socket portion 100 and coplanar with the front surface 211. Further, the second magnetic member 213 is included, and when the plug portion 200 is brought close to the socket portion 100 and the first electrical contacts 120, 121 are pulled out, the second magnetic member 213 attracts the first magnetic member 113. Preferably, the two electric conductors are circular and arranged concentrically.
The second magnetic member 213 includes a fan-shaped permanent magnet 215, and the fan-shaped ferromagnetic member 150 included in the first magnetic member 113 is attracted by the permanent magnet 215, and the second electrical contacts 220 and 221 are electrically contacted with the first electrical contacts 120 and 121 while the top plate and the legs are positioned and connected, so that power can be supplied from the top plate to the legs.
The magnetic member also functions as a positioning means when the leg 30 is joined to the top plate 20. When the magnetic force of the above-described magnetic member is sufficiently large, it also serves as a means for achieving the joining strength, but the joining strength is generally weak, so that an auxiliary joining means is used.
The top plate 20 (or the table legs) may further include a connection terminal for supplying power to an external electrical device. Examples of the connection terminal include an AC or DC socket 22 and a USB port 24. The connection terminal is electrically connected to the battery 52 of the power source/electronic control system unit 50 through a wiring 58 shown in fig. 3, and power is supplied from the battery 52 to the connection terminal.
In the above-described embodiment, the battery is provided on the top board of the table, but as shown in fig. 5, the power supply/electronic control system unit 50 may be provided on one (or two or more) of the table legs 30, and the battery may be mounted thereon. In this case, electric power is supplied from the battery of the power supply/electronic control system unit 50 to the top board and the other three legs. Fig. 6 shows an electric system in a case where two table legs are provided with a power supply and electronic control system unit.
As described above, the component for internal parts according to the embodiment of the present invention does not require a conventional power supply that is supplied by a wire, and can supply power necessary for itself or in the vicinity thereof by using the power supply provided for itself. Therefore, when the interior member includes the electrically-operated movable member, the interior member becomes a self-moving type interior member which can be driven by the electrically-operated movable member using a power supply provided in the interior member.
