as shown in fig. 4: the outer wall of the distribution box main body 1 is provided with the anticorrosive coating 101, the anticorrosive coating 101 has an anticorrosive effect and can avoid the distribution box main body 1 to corrode, thereby ensuring the stability of the distribution box main body 1 and prolonging the service life of the distribution box main body 1, and the anticorrosive coating 101 is a polyamide epoxy resin layer or a high-density polyethylene layer, certainly, is not limited to the materials, and is specifically made of any material and can be determined according to actual needs.
A distribution box protection structure and a use method of a distribution box are disclosed:
s1: when the distribution box main body 1 is transported, the protection mechanism 4 is adjusted to the state shown in the attached drawing 1, when the distribution box is transported, the anti-collision rod 42 and the anti-collision roller 43 which are arranged in the protection mechanism 4 are used for protecting, so that the impact force caused by external impact on the distribution box main body 1 during transportation is reduced, the impact caused by impact can be buffered, and meanwhile, the direction of impact force can be changed and the impact force can be removed by the arranged anti-collision roller 43;

s3: when the distribution box main body 1 is in normal use, data is adjusted and set through the PLC 64, when the temperature sensor 65 senses that the temperature in the distribution box main body 1 is high, a heat dissipation instruction is sent to the central processing unit 69, at the moment, the central processing unit 69 transmits a signal to the circuit control module 691, the circuit control module 691 opens the circulating water pump 63 and the refrigerator 62, the circulating water pump 63 injects cooling liquid in the cooling liquid box 61 into the left water cooling block 66, the left water cooling block 66 is injected into the bottom water cooling block 66 through the L-shaped water pipe 68, the right water cooling block 66 is injected through the L-shaped water pipe 68, the cooling liquid is injected into the top water cooling block 66 through the L-shaped water pipe 68, then the cooling liquid is circulated into the cooling liquid box 61 for cooling circulation, the heat in the distribution box main body 1 is absorbed through the water cooling block 66 and the heat conducting silica gel layer 67, the heat in the distribution box main body 1 is taken away when the cooling liquid flows in the water cooling, realize the cooling, and refrigerator 62 cools off the coolant liquid in coolant liquid case 61 all the time, guarantees that coolant liquid circulation uses and carries out water-cooled efficiency, realizes inside protection to block terminal main part 1.
