The invention discloses a human body movement energy consumption measuring system which comprises an intelligent sensing module, a movement memory module, a data transmission module, an intelligent calculating module and an extreme value alarm module, wherein the intelligent sensing module comprises a temperature detecting unit, a wind power detecting unit and a humidity detecting unit, the intelligent calculating module comprises a system calculating unit, a data comparing unit and a data storing unit, and the movement memory module comprises a GPS positioning unit and a displacement metering unit. The method has simple and understandable flow, calculates the human body motion critical value according to different motion environments, improves the accuracy of motion consumption measurement, displays the motion amount of the user in real time, facilitates the user to check the motion amount at any time, has the function of automatic warning, reminds the user of the motion condition, is beneficial to helping the user obtain regular motion, improves the physical quality, and is suitable for popularization.
