Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of road traffic violation real-time reporting service, in particular to a system and a method for rapidly reporting traffic violation during driving.
Background
Traffic police departments in various regions are in order to attract masses to jointly participate in the treatment of road traffic environment and improve the traffic civilization degree of the whole society, so that a video reporting platform (generally named as 'take-along') for road traffic illegal behaviors is continuously opened. an identification module: the device is used for identifying the license plate number of the illegal vehicle and the type of illegal action;
a communication module: the system is used for being in communication connection with the traffic alarm reporting platform;
the system comprises a login module, a camera module, a temporary storage module, an interception module, an identification module and a communication module which are sequentially connected, wherein a control module is connected with the interception module and a positioning module, the positioning module is connected with the identification module, and the communication module is in communication connection with a traffic alarm reporting platform.
In a preferred embodiment, the personal information filled in the login module comprises a name, an identification card number, a contact address, a family address and a bank card number.
In a preferred embodiment, the duration of the video temporarily stored in the temporary storage module is 30 to 60 seconds.

s5: the identification module uploads each item of identified reporting information to a traffic police reporting platform through a communication module according to the format and content requirements of traffic police acceptance reporting to serve as a punishment basis;
s6: after receiving the reporting material, the traffic police implements follow-up actions of punishing offenders and rewarding reporters according to local relevant regulations.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the problem that the road traffic violation reporter is difficult to report on the spot by the conventional method is solved. The temporary storage module 3: the system is used for temporarily storing the shot pictures; the video temporarily stored in the temporary storage module 3 is 30-60 seconds long, the video is conveniently captured forwards by the capture module 4 along with the real-time capture of the video which is temporarily stored for the first 30-60 seconds, the previous video is automatically deleted, the storage of all the captured pictures is avoided, and the memory of the mobile phone is quickly full.
The control module 8: the function of reporting is started;
the positioning module 9: the system is used for positioning the accident site; the positioning module 9 is a GPS module carried by the mobile phone.
And (4) an intercepting module: the system is used for intercepting the reporting video, tracing forwards for 7-10 seconds from the start of the reporting function, continuing backwards for 8-10 seconds, and intercepting a section of video of 15-20 seconds; according to the time length requirement of traffic polices in various regions.

The communication module 6: the system is used for being in communication connection with a traffic alarm reporting platform 7; the communication module 6 is a communication module carried by the mobile phone.
The login module 1, the camera module 2, the temporary storage module 3, the interception module 4, the identification module 5 and the communication module 6 are sequentially connected, the control module 8 is connected with the interception module 4 and the positioning module 9, the positioning module 9 is connected with the identification module 5, and the communication module 6 is in communication connection with the traffic alarm reporting platform 7. The control mode of the control module 8 is sliding screen or voice control. The sight line does not need to be away from the front view, and the sight line can be operated by other people in the vehicle.
The identification mode of the identification module 5 comprises intelligent identification and artificial auxiliary identification. The intelligent recognition carries out information recognition and screening through an intelligent image recognition technology, videos which obviously do not meet the requirements are filtered and eliminated, the videos which are eliminated through the intelligent recognition are manually screened again through manual auxiliary recognition, information which cannot be identified through the intelligent recognition is manually recognized, and the videos which cannot be identified through the intelligent recognition are also artificially and clearly eliminated. The system helps the traffic police department to prejudge the reported materials, filter and eliminate invalid evidences in advance, greatly improves the working efficiency of both the reporting person and the traffic police department, and enables the chain of the reported whole behavior to run at high speed.

s6: after receiving the reporting material, the traffic police implements follow-up actions of punishing offenders and rewarding reporters according to local relevant regulations.

an intercepting module: the system is used for intercepting the reporting video, tracing forwards for 7-10 seconds from the start of the reporting function, continuing backwards for 8-10 seconds, and intercepting a section of video of 15-20 seconds;
an identification module: the device is used for identifying the license plate number of the illegal vehicle and the type of illegal action;
a communication module: the system is used for being in communication connection with the traffic alarm reporting platform;
