Some organizations provide local and mobile cloud versions of their applications. In short, the term "APP" refers to both local APPs and mobile cloud APPs.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic checking and releasing system of road freight vehicles based on multi-information fusion is characterized by comprising an entrance guard, a face recognition device, a TIR electronic tag, a recognizer, a license plate recognition device, a central control management device and a cloud platform;
the access control is in communication connection with the central control management device and is used for limiting the passing of the freight car;
the face recognition device is in communication connection with the cloud platform and is used for collecting face image information of a driver in real time;
the identifier is connected with the TIR electronic tag in a communication mode and is used for reading data of the TIR electronic tag;
the TIR electronic tag is used for recording and sending cargo information and TIR check batch information conveyed by the truck;
the license plate recognition device is in communication connection with the central control management device and is used for recognizing the license plate number of the truck;
the central control management device is also in communication connection with the cloud platform and is used for storing, recording and calling data and managing the passing of trucks;
the cloud platform is used for storing data.
2. The road freight vehicle automatic checking and releasing system based on multi-information fusion of claim 1, wherein the access control comprises an access control lever mechanism, an access control driving mechanism and a communication module; the entrance guard driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the entrance guard rod mechanism and is used for driving the entrance guard rod mechanism to open or close; the entrance guard driving mechanism is in communication connection with the central control management device through the communication module and is used for receiving a control instruction of the central control management device so as to open or close the entrance guard lever mechanism.
3. The road freight vehicle automatic checking and releasing system based on multi-information fusion as claimed in claim 2, wherein the face recognition device comprises a camera, a hardware processor, a face recognition interface and a communication module; the face recognition device is arranged in the truck cab and used for collecting face image information of a driver in real time, modeling a face database through the hardware processor and storing the face image information on the hardware processor; meanwhile, the hardware processor transmits the facial image information to the cloud platform for storage through the communication module.

The road freight vehicle automatic checking and releasing system based on multi-information fusion of the claim 3 is characterized in that the TIR electronic tag comprises an information input unit, an information storage unit and an information sending unit; the recognizer comprises an antenna, a decoder and a communication module; the goods information is stored on the information storage unit through the information input unit in a coding mode; simultaneously, the goods information will also be stored on the cloud platform.

The road freight vehicle automatic checking and releasing system based on multi-information fusion of claim 4, wherein the license plate recognition device comprises a camera, an image processing unit and a communication module; the camera is used for collecting the license plate number of the truck; the image processing unit is used for identifying the wagon license plate number and transmitting the wagon license plate number to the central control management device through the communication module.

The road freight vehicle automatic checking and releasing system based on multi-information fusion of claim 5, wherein the central control management device comprises a central controller, a central control management operation interface, a storage and a communication module; the storage is used for storing license plate information, goods information, driver face image information, driver identity information, truck information, passing places and passing time.

The road freight vehicle automatic checking and releasing system based on multi-information fusion of claim 6, wherein the cloud platform comprises a cloud management system, a server and a communication module; the server is used for storing cargo information, truck information, driver face image information, TIR (total internal reflection) batch checking information and driver identity information; the driver identity information comprises a name, an identity card and driver license information; the truck information comprises a truck model, a truck type, a license plate number and a VIN; the cargo information includes cargo start point information, end point information, category information, and weight information.
8. The road freight vehicle automatic checking and releasing system based on multi-information fusion is characterized by further comprising the following steps:
s1: recording cargo information, truck information, driver face image information, TIR (total internal reflection) approval information and driver identity information into a cloud platform; the driver identity information comprises a name, an identity card and driver license information; the truck information comprises a truck model, a truck type, a license plate number and a VIN; the cargo information comprises cargo starting point information, cargo end point information, category information and weight information;
s2: starting a face recognition device to acquire face image information and identity information of a driver, and transmitting the face image information and the identity information of the driver to the cloud platform for storage;
the license plate recognition device starts to acquire license plate information, and transmits the license plate information to the central control management device for storage through the communication module;
the identifier starts to be started to acquire the cargo information of the truck, and the cargo information is transmitted to the central control management device to be stored;
s3: the central control management device calls the driver face image information and the driver identity information of the license plate number through a cloud platform, and checks the driver identity information, the truck information and the cargo information;
s4: when the driver identity information, the truck information and the cargo information are completely matched; the central control management device controls the entrance guard to open so as to release the truck; and when one of the driver identity information, the truck information and the cargo information is not matched, the entrance guard is not opened.
9. The road cargo vehicle automatic check-releasing system based on multi-information fusion according to claim 8, wherein the step S2 specifically comprises:
s21: when the face recognition device starts to be started, a camera of the face recognition device acquires face image information and identity information of a driver, face database modeling is carried out through a hardware processor of the face recognition device, and the face image information is stored on the hardware processor; meanwhile, the hardware processor transmits the facial image information and the driver identity information to the cloud platform through the communication module for storage;
s22: when the license plate recognition device starts to be started, a camera of the license plate recognition device starts to capture a license plate image of a truck, the truck information is recognized through the image processing unit, and the truck information is transmitted to the central control management device for storage through the communication module;
s23: when the recognizer starts, the antenna of the recognizer receives the radio frequency signal sent by the TIR electronic tag information sending unit, the goods information of the truck is obtained through the decoder, and the goods information is transmitted to the central control management device for storage through the communication module.

The road freight vehicle automatic checking and releasing system based on multi-information fusion of claim 8, wherein in the step S3, the central control management device sends license plate information to a communication module of a cloud platform through the communication module to call driver face image information and driver identity information corresponding to the license plate information;
in the step S4, the central control management device sends the permission information to the communication module of the door control, and the door control controls the opening of the door control lever mechanism through the door control driving mechanism to release the truck; and the number of the first and second groups,
when one of the driver identity information, the truck information and the cargo information is not matched; and the customs staff processes the unmatched event and stores the face information of the driver, the identity information of the driver, the information of the truck, the cargo information, the event occurrence place, the event occurrence event, the information unmatched reason and the event processing result information in a storage of the central control management system and a server of the cloud platform.
