The exemplary embodiment first provides a method for processing financial data based on a blockchain, which may be applied to a non-mobile terminal such as a mobile terminal or a desktop computer. Referring to fig. 1, the method may include the steps of:
step S101: the block chain node receives claim settlement information sent by a client, and returns indication information to the client in response to the claim settlement information; the indicating information is used for indicating the input of the biometric information of the insured life.
Step S102: receiving the biological characteristic information of the insured sent by the client, and acquiring a corresponding electronic contract according to the biological characteristic information of the insured; wherein the electronic contract is pre-stored in a blockchain network.
Step S103: and determining a claim settlement result according to the claim settlement information and the electronic contract, and triggering the intelligent contract to automatically execute corresponding claim settlement operation according to the determined claim settlement result.
By the block chain-based financial data processing method, the insurance service can be automatically settled through the block chain technology, manual processing is reduced, the data processing efficiency of the insurance service can be improved, and then the settlement efficiency is improved.
Hereinafter, the respective steps of the above-described method in the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
In step S101, the block link node receives claim settlement information sent by a client, and returns an indication message to the client in response to the claim settlement information; the indicating information is used for indicating the input of the biometric information of the insured life.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the block link point may be a server or a computer in the insurance company, and the client may be a mobile terminal located at the client, such as a smart phone, or a computer. The biometric information includes at least, but is not limited to, one or more of fingerprint information, iris information, and facial feature information. In embodiments of the present disclosure, the claim information includes at least, but is not limited to, incident information and certification information. The accident information may be accident information such as car accident, medical treatment, etc., such as occurrence time, degree of accident, etc. The certification information may be related certification and data files provided by the insured or beneficiary for insurance audit, and may specifically be some certification data such as text, pictures or audio, though not limited thereto.
For example, when insurance claims are settled, a user can input claim settlement information through the client and send the claim settlement information to the block chain nodes, and the block chain nodes can return indication information such as input indication information 'please input the fingerprint information of the insured' to the client in response to the claim settlement information sent by the client, so as to indicate the user to input the fingerprint information of the insured, thereby facilitating the subsequent verification of the identity validity of the insured and improving the security.
In step S102, receiving the biometric information of the insured sent by the client, and acquiring a corresponding electronic contract according to the biometric information of the insured; wherein the electronic contract is pre-stored in the blockchain network.
Specifically, the electronic contract is an electronic contract which is signed by the insured life and is stored in the blockchain network after being signed. The blockchain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism and an encryption algorithm. In a narrow sense, the blockchain is a distributed account book which is a chain data structure formed by combining data blocks in a sequential connection mode according to a time sequence and is guaranteed in a cryptographic mode and cannot be tampered and forged. Broadly, the blockchain technique is a completely new distributed infrastructure and computing approach that utilizes blockchain data structures to verify and store data, utilizes distributed node consensus algorithms to generate and update data, utilizes cryptography to secure data transmission and access, and utilizes intelligent contracts composed of automated script code to program and manipulate data. In the embodiment, the electronic contract is stored in the block chain, so that data tampering is prevented, and the data security and authenticity are improved.
The electronic contract includes the insured's identity information such as name, identification number, fingerprint, etc. For example, in the embodiment of the disclosure, at least one insured biometric information can be mapped and associated with the identity information of the corresponding insured, for example, the fingerprint information and the identity number are associated in advance to form a lookup table, and the lookup table can be stored in association with the electronic contract.
For example, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the acquiring the corresponding electronic contract according to the biometric information of the insured may specifically include:
i) and determining the identity information of the corresponding insured according to the biometric information of the insured. For example, the corresponding identification number of the insured is inquired and obtained from the lookup table through the fingerprint information of the insured.
ii) acquiring the electronic contract corresponding to the insured according to the determined identity information of the insured. For example, the electronic contract is identified according to the found identification number of the insured, and when one electronic contract contains the identification number, the electronic contract corresponding to the insured can be obtained.
In step S103, a claim settlement result is determined according to the claim settlement information and the electronic contract, and an intelligent contract is triggered to automatically execute a corresponding claim settlement operation according to the determined claim settlement result.
In particular, the intelligent contract involved in the blockchain technology is based on the trusted and non-tampered data, and can automatically execute some predefined rules and terms. Taking insurance as an example, if the claim information of each person is verified to be authentic, automatic claim settlement can be easily carried out in some standardized insurance products, and the service data processing efficiency is improved. In this embodiment, the claim settlement result is determined according to the claim settlement information and the electronic contract, that is, whether the claim settlement condition specified by the contract, the insurance responsibility and the corresponding claim amount are satisfied is determined according to the claim settlement information.
Illustratively, determining the claim settlement result according to the claim settlement information and the electronic contract may specifically include: extracting related claim settlement content in the electronic contract, and determining a claim settlement result corresponding to the accident information and the certification information according to the related claim settlement content; wherein the claim result at least comprises a claim amount.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the related claim content in the electronic contract at least includes an insurance period, an insurance coverage, an insurance responsibility and a claim amount corresponding to the insurance responsibility. The method comprises the steps of automatically auditing and comparing relevant certification data in claim information provided by an insured person or a beneficiary to determine whether an insurance contract is valid or not, whether an insurance deadline expires or not, whether a lost property is an insurance property or not, whether a claimant has the right to claim a claim or not, whether a place where an accident occurs is within an insurance coverage or not and the like, and determining insurance responsibility and a claim amount corresponding to the insurance responsibility according to the certification data after the situation that the accident does not occur is confirmed. Finally, the intelligent contract can be triggered to automatically execute corresponding claim settlement operation according to the determined claim settlement result, for example, a payment operation is triggered to pay insurance benefits to the insured account, and the like.
In the above embodiment of the disclosure, the electronic contract applied by the insured is pre-stored in the blockchain network, the blockchain node receives the claim settlement information sent by a client, returns an indication letter in response to the claim settlement information to indicate to input the biometric information of the insured, acquires the electronic contract corresponding to the insured according to the biometric information of the insured, determines the claim settlement result according to the claim settlement information and the electronic contract, and finally triggers the intelligent contract to automatically execute the corresponding claim settlement operation according to the determined claim settlement result. Therefore, the insurance service of claim settlement can be automatically carried out through the block chain technology, manual processing is reduced, the data processing efficiency of the insurance service can be improved, and the claim settlement efficiency is further improved.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, on the basis of the above-mentioned embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the method may further include the following steps:
step S201: and when the intelligent contract is triggered to automatically execute corresponding claim settlement operation, recording related claim settlement execution information. For example, account information of the payment operation, result information such as successful payment receipt or payment failure, etc. are recorded.
Step S202: and sending the recorded claim execution information to the blockchain nodes to be stored in the blockchain network. That is, the claim execution information is stored in the block chain for safe storage, so that data is prevented from being tampered, proving information is provided for claim disputes, and some disputes of claim settlement are avoided.
It should be noted that although the various steps of the methods of the present disclosure are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that these steps must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the depicted steps must be performed, to achieve desirable results.
