Claims (10)

1. An intellectual property protection management system is characterized by comprising an intellectual property management server, a data storage server, a purchase management system server, a research and development management system server, a production management system server, a sales management system server and an enterprise user terminal, wherein the purchase management system server, the research and development management system server, the production management system server and the sales management system server are all connected with the intellectual property management server and the enterprise user terminal, and the purchase management system server, the research and development management system server, the production management system server and the sales management system server are all connected with the data storage server; the purchase management system server comprises a purchase management system stored and operated on the purchase management system server, the research and development management system server comprises a research and development management system stored and operated on the research and development management system server, the production management system server comprises a production management system stored and operated on the production management system server, and the sales management system server comprises a sales management system stored and operated on the sales management system server; the procurement management system comprises a first intellectual property management unit, the research and development management system comprises a second intellectual property management unit, the production management system comprises a third intellectual property management unit, and the sales management system comprises a fourth intellectual property management unit.
2. The system for protecting and managing intellectual property of enterprises as claimed in claim 1, wherein said procurement management system comprises:
a request receiving unit for receiving material request information from different buyers;
the demand summarizing unit is used for summarizing the material demand information received by the demand receiving unit to obtain the total demand of each material;
a price inquiry unit for receiving price inquiry information of different suppliers and generating a quotation;
an information collecting unit for collecting supplier information and generating an information sheet;
the examination and approval unit is used for transmitting the quotation and the information sheet to an auditor, and generating a purchase table after examination and approval processing;
and the purchasing unit is used for sending purchasing information to the corresponding supplier based on the purchasing table.

The system of claim 2, wherein the information collection unit comprises an intellectual property information collection module, the approval unit comprises an intellectual property approval module, and the first intellectual property management unit comprises the intellectual property information collection module and the intellectual property approval module.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the second intellectual property management unit comprises:
the investigation module is used for searching related contents of the project by a research and development team, collecting related technical development trend information, industry information, market environment information, related policy and regulation, competitor information and intellectual property conditions of the project, and analyzing the information to form a feasibility analysis report;
the tracking module is used for researching and developing relevant technologies of team tracking projects, collecting market information fed back by a sales team, updating technical information in time, adjusting research and development strategies and contents, and avoiding resource waste and infringement risks;
the research and development result evaluation module is used for carrying out final document retrieval by a research and development team after the research and development result is produced, and organizing evaluation and confirmation by an intellectual property management department to form an intellectual property evaluation report;
and the research and development result approval module is used for evaluating the possibility of obtaining intellectual property rights, intellectual property right types, protection suggestions and other content approval of the report.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the third intellectual property management unit comprises:
the reporting module is used for submitting a proposal of technical transformation, technical innovation, invention creation or rationalization proposal for the production product, retrieving the proposal and carrying out patent reporting on the novel proposal;
the supervision module is used for investigating enterprises meeting the processing conditions, and examining the intellectual property management condition of the collaborative production enterprises, intellectual property risks and credit worthiness of candidate collaborative production enterprises;
and the processing module is used for auditing the intellectual property terms of the processing contract, including intellectual property right ownership, intellectual property right obligation of both suppliers and suppliers, infringing legal obligation, confidentiality and other terms.
6. The system for protecting and managing intellectual property of an enterprise as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sales management system comprises:
the goods feeding module is used for feeding goods for bargaining and checking goods;
the inventory module is used for replenishing and discharging goods;
the sales module is used for selling pricing and returning goods;
an after-sales module for recording customer questions and providing customer support;
and the fourth intellectual property management unit comprises an intellectual property state investigation module, an intellectual property information monitoring module and an intellectual property information feedback module.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the intellectual property investigation module is connected to the stocking module, and the intellectual property investigation module comprises a patent investigation module, a trademark investigation module and a registration management module.

The system for protecting and managing intellectual property of enterprises as claimed in claim 7, wherein the patent investigation module is connected with a patent database in the product industry, the trademark investigation module is connected with a trademark database, and the registration management module is connected with a procurement management system.
9. The system of claim 6, wherein the intellectual property information monitoring module is connected to the selling module, and the intellectual property information monitoring module comprises a monitoring terminal and monitoring data.
10. The system of claim 6, wherein the intellectual property information feedback module is connected to the intellectual property information monitoring module, and the intellectual property information feedback module comprises an information transmission module and a processing module.
