Therefore, how to reasonably and effectively make a maintenance plan of the substation equipment needs to depend on the understanding degree of various information of the equipment in the substation, including basic parameters, operation parameters, maintenance records, defect records and the like, which puts requirements on daily information management of the substation equipment. The transformer equipment information management is a basic content of transformer station technical management, is a basis for implementing equipment state maintenance, and the level of the management is directly related to the development of transformer operation management, equipment management, safety management and maintenance check management. At present, workers engaged in power transformation professionals can only log in a power transformation equipment ledger management system through a desktop computer inside a unit and look up and know information about power transformation equipment by turning over paper recording materials stored in a power transformation station. The paper recording material is limited by places, and must be inquired in a transformer substation, so that time and labor are wasted, and the labor cost and the working strength are increased; the machine account management system is manually input, so that individual data is inaccurate, and operation and maintenance work is influenced; a computer provided with a pms management system is not arranged near the working environment of the authorized person or the inquirer, so that inquiry cannot be performed, inconvenience is brought to operation and inspection, and limitation is caused to the capability of handling sudden failures and emergency events.
