The invention discloses an automatic control system for treating Zhuangyan sewage, which belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment and comprises a server platform, a plurality of field terminals and an upper computer, wherein the server platform is interconnected with the upper computer through a local area network configured by a switch, and is connected with the field terminals through a multi-channel analog-to-digital converter; the field terminal is arranged on a sewage treatment field and comprises an equipment interface and a control module, wherein the equipment interface is connected with field equipment, the control module is used for controlling the field equipment to work, the field terminal also comprises a central processing unit, a signal acquisition module and a transmission module, and the signal acquisition module acquires data of the field equipment and sends the data to the transmission module; the transmission module comprises a wireless network module and a wired network module. The field terminal has two transmission modes of wireless and wired, and can send data to the server platform, so that the field terminal can be conveniently expanded and installed.

Because required equipment is more and more when sewage treatment, consequently, need the PLC controller to control every treatment facility, carry out holistic control to the PLC controller by operating personnel again, form automatic sewage treatment system, and the PLC controller among the control system need with the host computer between the networking, just can guarantee the normal transmission of data, but when needing newly-increased treatment facility, also need to increase the PLC controller, some inconvenient PLC controller's of environment networking is walked the line, it is more troublesome when arranging the scene, and whole host computer needs operating personnel to pay attention to constantly and controls, the work load has been increased, also the error appears easily, influence entire system's normal work.

The invention aims to provide the automatic control system for the Zhuangyan sewage treatment, which has two data transmission modes of a wireless network and a wired network, is convenient for the expansion and wiring of the field terminal and is also convenient for the remote management of the field equipment by an operator, and aims to solve the problems that the automatic control system for the sewage treatment is inconvenient to expand and arrange the field terminal by adopting the wired network and the operator needs to be positioned in front of an upper computer to control the field sewage treatment equipment all the time.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the automatic control system for treating the effluent from the jack-up rock comprises a server platform 1, a plurality of field terminals 3 and an upper computer 5, wherein the server platform 1 is interconnected with the upper computer 5 through a local area network configured by a switch 4, and the server platform 1 is connected with the field terminals 3 through a multi-channel analog-to-digital converter 2; the field terminal is arranged on a sewage treatment field and comprises a device interface and a control module, wherein the device interface is connected with the field device, the control module is used for controlling the field device to work, the field terminal also comprises a central processing unit, a signal acquisition module and a transmission module, the signal acquisition module acquires data of the field device and sends the data to the transmission module, and the central processing unit is used for sending the data received by the transmission module to the server platform 1; the transmission module comprises a wireless network module and a wired network module, the field terminals 3 are installed on a sewage treatment field to acquire the working condition of the sewage treatment equipment and facilitate operators to operate the field terminals 3 through the server platform 1 so as to achieve the effect of operating the sewage treatment equipment, as the sewage treatment equipment needs to be operated in each sewage pool, more field terminals 3 are needed to be distributed dispersedly, each field terminal 3 controls one group of sewage treatment equipment, the field terminals 3 all send data to the server platform 1 through the multi-channel analog-to-digital converter 2, the server platform 1 is networked with the upper computer 5 through a local area network arranged by the switch 4, so the operators can enter the server platform 1 through the upper computer 5 to set the field terminals 3, and the transmission module of the field terminals 3 is divided into wired network transmission and wireless network transmission, the wired network needs to be connected with a network cable, and the wireless network can send data through 4/5G network or WIFI, so that when the number of the field terminals 3 is increased, if the field terminals meet a terrain with inconvenient wiring, the wiring cost can be saved in normal use by adopting a wireless network mode.
The field device comprises sewage treatment equipment, a monitor and sensors for collecting working parameters of the sewage treatment equipment, a control module controls the sewage treatment equipment to work, an operation panel is arranged on a field terminal 3 and is electrically connected with the control module, the operation panel comprises two modes of manual control and automatic control, the manual mode used by the operation panel can control the sewage treatment equipment to work, the field staff can conveniently operate the sewage treatment equipment, the sensors are used for collecting the parameter condition of each equipment when working, the monitor is used for monitoring the picture when in sewage treatment, an alarm module and a power module are further integrated in the field terminal 3, the alarm module is an audible and visual alarm, the power module provides the voltage of 324V of the whole field terminal, the alarm module plays the role of alarming, the server platform comprises a user layer, an application layer and a system layer, the user layer is a web interface which can be logged in by an upper computer 5 or a mobile phone terminal, the system layer is a server hardware platform which mainly comprises a database consisting of a data storage hard disk and an industrial control processor, the application layer comprises an equipment management center and a user management center, the equipment management center receives equipment monitoring data from the system layer, the user management center receives user operation data from the system layer, the equipment management center manages and records the operation condition of equipment, the user management center manages and records the data of user operation equipment, the system layer of the server platform is used as a support of the whole service system and comprises a database which stores working data of a sewage treatment system, the later-stage report statistics is convenient, the application layer is convenient for a user to control the field terminal 3, the equipment management center can manage the use condition of each equipment, the user management center manages the registration of a user, the system layer is a server hardware platform, Login and authority management are carried out, data of each user management and control device are recorded, a web interface of a user layer provides a visual interface for a user, the web interface can be used for login through the upper computer 5 or a mobile phone terminal, and the user can conveniently enter the server platform 1.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: through installing field terminal 3 management sewage treatment device at sewage treatment scene, field terminal 3 is connected with server platform 1, and operating personnel logs in server platform 1's web page through host computer 5, controls each field terminal 3 to realize the effect of user remote management field sewage treatment device, the user can also log in web page through the cell-phone end in addition, is convenient for not use before host computer 5, and it is more convenient to operate.

the transmission module comprises a wireless network module and a wired network module.
