Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the industrial air filtering and silencing equipment of the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the circular baffle 30 adopts an automatic opening and closing technology, and the difference between the scheme and embodiment 1 is: a moving mechanism 31 is arranged on the side surface of the first silencing chamber 1, and the moving mechanism 31 is positioned on the same side of the second silencing chamber 2; the moving mechanism 31 comprises a moving motor 32, two seat bodies 33, a screw rod 34, a guide rod 35, a moving block 36, a guide block 37 and an L-shaped rod 38, wherein the moving motor 32 is in transmission connection with the screw rod 34, two ends of the screw rod 34 are arranged in bearings of the seat bodies 33 in a penetrating manner, the guide rod 35 is arranged between the two seat bodies 33, the moving block 36 is provided with a guide hole and a screw hole, the guide rod 35 penetrates through the guide hole, the screw rod 34 penetrates through the screw hole, and the thread of the screw rod 34 is matched with the screw hole of the screw hole; the L-shaped rod 38 is connected with the circular baffle 30 at the end part in the horizontal direction and connected with the moving block 36 at the end part in the vertical direction; the guide block 37 is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the anechoic chamber II 2, and the transverse part of the L-shaped rod 38 penetrates through the guide block 37; the circular stopper 30 is moved in from the side to seal the tube 27 and seal the tube outlet.
The work of the moving motor 32 in the moving mechanism 31 can drive the lead screw 34 to rotate, the lead screw 34 rotates, and then the moving block 36 moves due to the matching effect of the threads, and the L-shaped rod 38 is connected with the moving block 36, so that the L-shaped rod 38 also moves along with the lead screw, and the circular baffle 30 at the end part of the L-shaped rod 38 is driven to move into the sealed pipe body or open from the side. In the case of more dust, the automatic scheme of the embodiment is more advantageous.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 10, the difference between the industrial air filtering and silencing equipment of this embodiment and embodiment 2 is that the circular baffle 30 can be moved into the pipe body instead of being sealed at the outlet of the pipe body, and its solution is different from embodiment 2 in that: the side wall of the tube body 27 is provided with a semicircular gap 39 for the circular baffle 30 to move into. Thus, the circular baffle 30 can be firmly limited in the tube body after being moved in.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 11, the industrial air filtering and silencing equipment of the present embodiment is different from embodiments 1, 2 and 3 in that the silencing effect can be further improved, that is, the silencing chamber two 2 is additionally provided with a plurality of silencing pipes 40, and the silencing pipes 40 can further improve the silencing effect.

Claims (10)

1. An industrial air filtering and silencing device comprises a silencing chamber I (1), a silencing chamber II (2), a filtering device (3), a fan (4) and a dust removal bag (5); the silencing chamber II (2) is positioned on the side surface of the silencing chamber I (1) and communicated with the silencing chamber I; the inner walls of the first silencing chamber (1) and the second silencing chamber (2) are provided with silencing plates (6) which are fully distributed with silencing holes, and the fan (4) is positioned in the first silencing chamber (1); an inlet pipe (7) is arranged at the front end of the first silencing chamber (1), and an outlet pipe (8) is arranged on the second silencing chamber (2); an opening (9) is formed in the side wall, close to the inlet pipe (7), of the first silencing chamber (1), and the opening (9) is located in the area covered by the inlet pipe (7); the method is characterized in that: the inner wall of the inlet pipe (7) is provided with an upper convex and a lower convex (10);
the filtering device (3) comprises a ring body (11), and a filter screen (12) is arranged on the rear side surface of the ring body (11); a bearing seat (13) is arranged at the center in the ring body (11), the bearing seat (13) is connected to the inner wall of the ring body (11) through a connecting rod (14), a bearing is arranged in the bearing seat (13), and a short rod (15) penetrating through the filter screen (12) is arranged on the bearing; a brush (16) for removing dust from the filter screen (12) is arranged on the short rod (15); an upper extending strip and a lower extending strip (17) are arranged at the rear part of the ring body (11), a first sliding groove (18) for accommodating the corresponding protrusion (10) is arranged at the top and the bottom of the ring body (11), a second sliding groove (19) for accommodating the corresponding protrusion (10) is arranged on the extension strip (17), the first sliding groove (18) is communicated with the second sliding groove (19) at the rear part, the caliber of the ring body (11) is larger than that of the opening (9), when the ring body (11) is leant against the side wall of the opening (9), the extension strip (17) is embedded in the side wall of the first anechoic chamber (1), a motor base (20) is arranged at the position of the open hole (9), a cleaning motor (21) is arranged on the motor base (20), a transmission block (22) is arranged on a motor shaft of the cleaning motor (21), the short rod (15) and the transmission block (22) are separable, when the ring body (11) leans against the side wall of the opening (9), the end part of the short rod (15) is inserted into the transmission block (22) and forms transmission; a driving seat (23) is arranged in front of the fan (4) in the first muffling chamber (1), a driver (24) is arranged on the driving seat (23), a telescopic rod of the driver (24) is connected with a straight rod (25), the upper end and the lower end of the straight rod (25) are respectively connected with a cross rod (26), the cross rod (26) penetrates through the side wall of the first muffling chamber (1) and then is connected with a corresponding extending strip (17), and the cross rod (26) is not in contact with the protrusion (10) when moving;
the front end of the inlet pipe (7) is provided with a section of pipe body (27), the caliber of the pipe body (27) is larger than that of the ring body (11), the front end of the protrusion (10) extends to the pipe body (27), the inlet pipe (7) is provided with a dust outlet pipe (28), the dust outlet pipe (28) is provided with a valve (29), the dust outlet pipe (28) is connected with a dust removal bag (5), and the dust removal bag (5) is positioned above the first anechoic chamber (1);
the industrial air filtering and silencing equipment also comprises a circular baffle (30) which can seal the pipe body (27).

The industrial air filtration noise abatement apparatus of claim 1, wherein: a moving mechanism (31) is arranged on the side surface of the first silencing chamber (1), and the moving mechanism (31) is positioned on the same side of the second silencing chamber (2); the moving mechanism (31) comprises a moving motor (32), two base bodies (33), a lead screw (34), a guide rod (35), a moving block (36), a guide block (37) and an L-shaped rod (38), the moving motor (32) is in transmission connection with the lead screw (34), two ends of the lead screw (34) are arranged in bearings of the base bodies (33) in a penetrating mode, the guide rod (35) is arranged between the two base bodies (33), the moving block (36) is provided with a guide hole and a screw hole, the guide rod (35) penetrates through the guide hole, the lead screw (34) penetrates through the screw hole, and threads of the lead screw (34) are matched with the screw hole of the screw hole; the L-shaped rod (38) is connected with the circular baffle plate (30) at the end part in the horizontal direction and is connected with the moving block (36) at the end part in the vertical direction; the guide block (37) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the anechoic chamber II (2), and the transverse part of the L-shaped rod (38) penetrates through the guide block (37); the round baffle plate (30) moves in from the side to seal the tube body (27).
3. The industrial air filtration noise abatement apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the side wall of the pipe body (27) is provided with a semicircular gap (39) for the circular baffle sheet (30) to move in.
4. The industrial air filtration noise abatement apparatus of claim 1, wherein: a plurality of silencing tubes (40) are arranged in the silencing chamber II (2).
5. The industrial air filtration noise abatement apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the driver (24) is an air cylinder or an electric push rod.
6. The industrial air filtration noise abatement apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the part of the short rod (15) positioned at the rear side of the filter screen (12) is provided with a sealing ring piece (41).
7. The industrial air filtration noise abatement apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the end part of the short rod (15) is provided with a non-circular insertion section (42), and an inner hole matched with the insertion section (42) in shape is arranged in the transmission block (22).
8. The industrial air filtration noise abatement apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the insertion section (42) is hexagonal, and the inner hole is a hexagon socket.
9. The industrial air filtration noise abatement apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the outside of the first silencing chamber (1) and the outside of the second silencing chamber (2) are both wrapped by sound insulation materials.
10. A method of operating the industrial air filtering and silencing equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising a filtering and silencing method and a dust removing method, wherein:
the filtering and silencing method comprises the following steps: the fan (4) draws air inwards, the airflow with noise outside enters the inlet pipe (7), the filtering device (3) filters dust in the airflow, and after the airflow passes through the filtering device (3), the noise in the airflow is silenced by the silencing chamber I (1) and the silencing chamber II (2), and finally the airflow is discharged from the outlet pipe (8);
the dust removal method comprises the following steps: the circular blocking piece (30) is sealed and positioned on the pipe body (27), the valve (29) is opened, the fan (4) blows air outwards, the cleaning motor (21) drives the brush (16) to rotate to clean dust attached to the filter screen (12), the fan (4) blows out the dust after being cleaned from the dust outlet pipe (28), the air with the dust is purified by the dust removing bag (5), the dust is filtered in the dust removing bag (5), and the air blows out from the dust removing bag (5).
