The modular fresh air pretreatment device of claim 1, wherein: the device also comprises a differential pressure measurer (8), wherein the differential pressure measurer (8) is connected with the main controller (10); be equipped with first pressure sensor (6) between fan subassembly (4), surface cooler subassembly (5), be equipped with second pressure sensor (7) between surface cooler subassembly (5) and air-out humiture sensor group (9), first pressure sensor (6), second pressure sensor (7) all link to each other with differential pressure caliber (8).

The modular fresh air pretreatment device of claim 1, wherein: the surface cooler assembly (5) comprises a refrigerant water inlet header pipe (20), a refrigerant water inlet pipeline (21), a refrigerant water outlet pipeline (22) and at least 2 surface cooling units (11), one end of each surface cooling unit (11) is connected with the refrigerant water inlet pipeline (21), the other end of each surface cooling unit is connected with the refrigerant water outlet pipeline (22), and each refrigerant water inlet pipeline (21) is connected with the refrigerant water inlet header pipe (20).
4. The modular fresh air pretreatment device of claim 3, wherein: the refrigerant water inlet pipeline (21) and the refrigerant water outlet pipeline (22) of each surface cooling unit (11) are connected in parallel.
5. The modular fresh air pretreatment device of claim 3, wherein: an electric branch valve (14) is arranged on a refrigerant water inlet pipeline (21) of each surface cooling unit (11), and the electric branch valves (14) are connected with a main controller (10).
6. The modular fresh air pretreatment device of claim 3, wherein: an electric main valve (13) is arranged on the refrigerant water inlet main pipe (20), and the electric main valve (13) is connected with the main controller (10).
7. The modular fresh air pretreatment device of claim 3, wherein: a unit partition plate (12) is arranged between each surface cooling unit (11).
8. The modular fresh air pretreatment device of claim 3, wherein: each surface cooling unit (11) comprises at least 2 refrigerant water coil pipes (19), and fins are arranged on the refrigerant water coil pipes (19).
9. The modular fresh air pretreatment device of claim 1, wherein: the fan assembly (4) comprises at least 2 fan units (15); at least 2 fans (16) are arranged in each fan unit (15).
10. The modular fresh air pretreatment device of claim 9, wherein: each fan unit (15) is provided with a fan unit controller (17), and the fan unit controllers (17) are connected with the main controller (10).
