Abstract

The invention discloses a foundation pit supporting structure for suspension protection of a large-diameter and heavy-weight pipeline and a construction method thereof, wherein the foundation pit supporting structure comprises a foundation pit support structure, a concrete cross brace, a pipeline and a suspension protection system; the suspension protection system comprises a concrete tie beam, a steel truss and a steel wire rope; the concrete tie beam is arranged along the direction of the pipeline, and the concrete tie beam, the foundation pit support structure and the concrete cross brace are combined to form a concrete support truss system; the steel truss and the steel wire rope are arranged between the pipeline and the concrete cross brace to suspend and protect the pipeline; the steel truss comprises a plurality of vertical rods and a plurality of transverse rods, and the vertical rods and the transverse rods are fixed in a bolt connection or welding mode. During construction, a concrete tie beam is arranged along the direction of a pipeline to form a concrete support truss system; and then the steel truss and the steel wire rope are used for carrying out suspension protection on the pipeline. The existing protection methods such as steel truss, section steel beam and the like are only suitable for pipelines (such as power supply, communication and the like) with low requirements on deformation control, but cannot meet the requirements of pipelines with large diameter and heavy weight, such as water pressing pipes or rain and sewage pipes with the diameter larger than D800mm and the weight larger than 1 t/m.
Therefore, preventing the deformation of the large-diameter and heavy-weight pipeline under the urban road is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a foundation pit supporting structure for suspension protection of large-diameter and heavy-weight pipelines and a construction method, and aims to strictly control deformation and ensure normal use of pipelines when large-diameter and heavy-weight pipelines are encountered in the excavation process of an underground engineering foundation pit.

the steel truss 5 is welded by a steel structure 12 or connected by bolts 13 to form a suspension system, so that the lateral stability and the vertical bearing effect are ensured; for narrow space where the steel truss 5 cannot be constructed, the steel wire ropes 6 are adopted at two ends of the pipeline 1 to play a vertical bearing role, the steel wire ropes 6 apply prestress to tighten up, and deformation of the pipeline is adjusted.
In some embodiments, a steel truss 5 is provided in the middle of the pipe 1 and steel cables 6 are provided at both ends of the pipe 1.
The steel wire rope 6 is adopted to suspend the pipeline in the end part area where the steel truss cannot be installed on the pipeline 1, and construction can be facilitated.
In some embodiments, the pipe 1 is provided with anchor ears 8 at the pipe joints 7, and the density of the steel trusses 5 at the pipe joints 7 is increased.
The pipe joint 7 is reinforced by the anchor ear 8 with a large diameter, and the support of the steel truss 5 is reinforced and fixed at the anchor ear 8, so that the important protection effect is achieved.
In some embodiments, each vertical rod 9 is H-section steel or i-section steel; each cross bar 10 is a channel steel.
