The invention relates to the technical field of scraper equipment for paper production, in particular to a ceramic scraper with a self-cleaning function.
Background
China is a large paper-making country, the yield of the household paper is high, and the household paper is required to have the characteristics of softness, good liquid absorption, high tensile strength and the like. In terms of softness, creping is achieved by the creping doctor of the dryer cylinder of the paper machine, i.e., the creping doctor is disposed in the machine frame of the paper machine with the blade edge of the creping doctor in uniform contact with the surface of the dryer cylinder, and the paper sheet adhering to the surface of the dryer cylinder is peeled off by the doctor blade to produce a creped paper sheet.
However, after the scraper blade edge rubs with the surface of the drying cylinder, part of residues are left on the scraper blade edge, so that thick paper lines are easily drawn on paper sheets in the subsequent production process, the flexibility of the paper sheets is poor, and even local paper breaking caused by failure of wrinkling appears. This requires that the blade be cleaned on-line.
