A door body assembly 100 of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a door body assembly 100 of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: the door body 10, the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the first bracket assembly 20 may include a first bracket 21 and a rotary connector 22, the rotary connector 22 being connected to the first bracket 21, and the rotary connector 22 being rotatably connected to the laundry treating apparatus. As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the second bracket assembly 30 may include a second bracket 31 and a locking member 32, the locking member 32 is connected to the second bracket 31, and the locking member 32 may lock the door 10 at the closed position, so that the door assembly 100 may close the opening of the clothes containing cavity of the clothes treating apparatus, and the clothes treating apparatus may operate normally.
In the practical use process of the clothes treatment equipment, according to the influence of the placing environment of the clothes treatment equipment, such as a room or surrounding objects, the door cover of the clothes treatment equipment needs to be opened along a certain door opening direction, such as a left door or a right door, so that the door is opened more conveniently, and the clothes are taken and placed more conveniently. However, in some related technologies, the door cover of the clothes treatment device is not detachable, and only a left-hand door or only a right-hand door can be opened, so that the placement of the clothes treatment device in the actual use process is limited, and the furniture placement requirements of users cannot be better met.
In other related arts, the clothes treating apparatus has a reversible door cover, but the door cover has complex components, and requires disassembly and assembly of multiple components during reversing, and the disassembly and assembly process is complex, and requires professional technical personnel to operate, and the user cannot replace the door cover by himself/herself. For example, in the solution disclosed in WO2015144236a1, a first fixing portion and a second fixing portion are provided, which are interchangeable, the first fixing portion is provided with a locking structure, the second fixing portion is provided with a hinge structure, and the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are interchanged to realize the switching of the door opening direction when the door opening direction needs to be changed. However, in this solution, after the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are interchanged, since the handle is disposed on the door housing, it is also necessary to rotate the door housing to completely complete the reversing process, which makes the operation still complicated.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion may be respectively disposed on two sides of the door body 10 in the radial direction, and both the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 may be mounted on any one of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion. Thereby, the positions of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 can be interchanged.
When the laundry treatment apparatus leaves the factory, the first bracket 21 may be mounted to one of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion, and the second bracket 31 may be mounted to the other of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion, so that the door assembly 100 may be rotatably opened in a predetermined direction with respect to the laundry treatment apparatus. When a user places the clothes treating apparatus in a room, according to the influence of the room layout, if the door body assembly 100 needs to be opened in a predetermined direction, the direction change is not needed, and if the door body assembly 100 needs to be opened in a direction opposite to the predetermined direction, the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30 are detached, the first bracket 21 is installed in the other one of the first installation part and the second installation part, and the second bracket 31 is installed in the one of the first installation part and the second installation part, thereby realizing the direction change.
The door assembly 100 has an operation portion 311, and when opening and closing the door 10, a user can apply force through the operation portion 311, so that the door opening operation is more convenient and labor-saving. Since the door assembly 100 is rotated by the rotating connector 22 when being opened and closed, the operation part 311 is more labor-saving when being adjacent to the locking piece 32. After the door opening direction is changed, the attachment position of the lock member 32 is changed, and the position of the operation portion 311 needs to be changed. In the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the operation portion 311 is provided on the second bracket 31, that is, the operation portion 311 is provided integrally with the locking member 32 on the second bracket 31. When the positions of the second bracket assembly 30 and the first bracket assembly 20 are exchanged, the operation part 311 and the locking part 32 can change the installation position at the same time without dismounting many times, the constituent parts of the door body assembly 100 are simple, the number of the dismounting parts required during reversing is small, the dismounting process is reduced, and the operation is simpler and more convenient.
In the present invention, the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion are disposed at two sides of the door body 10 in the radial direction, and the positions where the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion are disposed include, but are not limited to, being symmetrically disposed along the radial direction of the door body 10. Therefore, when the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30 are mounted on the door body 10, the rotation axes of the door body assembly 100 before and after reversing can be parallel or not parallel, for example, the rotation axis of the door body assembly 100 before reversing can extend along the vertical direction, and the rotation axis of the door body assembly 100 after reversing can extend obliquely relative to the vertical direction.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the first mounting portion is located on the right side of the door body 10 in the radial direction extending in the up-down direction, and the second mounting portion is located on the left side of the door body 10 in the radial direction extending in the up-down direction. The first bracket assembly 20 is installed at the first installation part, and the second bracket assembly 30 is installed at the second installation part, at this time, the door body assembly 100 is beneficial to realizing the left-hand opening of the door relative to the clothes treatment equipment. When reversing is needed, as shown in fig. 2, the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30 are detached, and rotate 180 degrees around the door body 10 along the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 2, so that the first bracket assembly 20 is installed in the second installation part, and the second bracket assembly 30 is installed in the first installation part, at this time, the door body assembly 100 is beneficial to realizing right-opening door relative to the clothes treatment equipment.
The door body assembly 100 of the clothes treatment equipment according to the embodiment of the invention is detachably mounted in any one of the first mounting part and the second mounting part through the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30, which is beneficial to realizing the replacement of the door opening direction, effectively reduces the limitation of the placement of the clothes treatment equipment by surrounding objects, and the locking piece 32 and the operation part 311 are integrally arranged on the second bracket 31, so that the door body assembly 100 has few parts, simple structure, simplified dismounting process and simple and convenient operation.
In the present invention, the number and structure of the operation portions 311 can be flexibly set according to actual needs. For example, in some embodiments, the operation portion 311 may be an operation handle, and the operation handle may include one, and the operation handle may be disposed on the outer side of the locking member 32 in the radial direction of the door 10, and after the direction change is performed forward and backward, the force application position for a user to open the door assembly 100 may not be changed, which is convenient for the user to operate, and is beneficial to improving the use experience.
In other embodiments, the operation portions 311 may also include two or more, and the plurality of operation portions 311 may be distributed along the circumferential direction of the door body 10, so that a user may apply force from a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction of the door body 10, and the door opening operation of the user is convenient and fast after the direction change is performed forward and backward.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion may be respectively disposed at left and right sides of the door body 10, and when the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30 are interchangeably mounted to the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion, the door body assembly 100 may implement a left-side door opening or a right-side door opening. The two operating portions 311 may be provided, and when the second bracket assembly 30 is disposed in any one of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion, the two operating portions 311 may be respectively located at the upper half portion and the lower half portion of the door body 10.
Therefore, before and after the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30 are exchanged, the user can apply force to the upper half part or the lower half part of the door body 10, the force application position of the user for opening the door body assembly 100 can be unchanged, the user operation is facilitated, and the use feeling is improved. For example, when the position of the door assembly 100 is low during actual use, one operation portion 311 is ensured to be located at the upper half portion of the door 10 before and after the exchange, so that a user can open the door assembly 100 by applying force to the operation portion 311 located at the upper half portion of the door 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 may be respectively arc-shaped extending along the circumferential direction of the door body 10, and the extending lengths of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 are respectively less than half of the circumferential length of the door body 10. That is, the sum of the lengths of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 extending in the circumferential direction of the door body 10 is not a complete circle, the mechanical strength of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 having a smaller size is higher, and the connection with the door body 10 is more robust, and the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 are less likely to be deformed, preventing the door body assembly 100 from sagging.
As shown in fig. 2, when the positions of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 are interchanged, the upper end and the lower end of the first bracket 21 are interchanged with each other, the upper end and the lower end of the second bracket 31 are interchanged with each other, and the positions of the two operating portions 311 are interchanged with each other. In other words, the operating portion 311 located at the lower half of the door 10 before the exchange moves to the upper half of the door 10 after the exchange, and the operating portion 311 located at the upper half of the door 10 before the exchange moves to the lower half of the door 10 after the exchange. The upper half of the door body 10 before and after the interchange has an operating portion 311 for the user to apply force.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the locking member 32 may be located between the two operation portions 311 in the circumferential direction of the door body 10, the structure between the locking member 32 and the operation portions 311 does not interfere, and the size of the second bracket 31 in the radial direction of the door body 10 may be smaller, so that the size of the first installation portion and the size of the second installation portion in the radial direction of the door body 10 may also be smaller, which is beneficial to improving the structural strength of the door body 10, and the structural design is more reasonable.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the operating portion 311 may be provided at an inner side surface of the second bracket 31, and the operating portion 311 is configured as an operating slot having an opening facing inward and an outer side wall of the operating slot remote from a middle portion of the door body 10 is open. Here, the inner side surface of the second bracket 31 may be understood as a side surface of the second bracket 31 facing the clothes receiving chamber of the clothes treating apparatus when the door body assembly 100 is mounted to the clothes treating apparatus. The opening of the operation slot facing inwards refers to the direction towards the clothes containing cavity of the clothes treatment equipment.
Therefore, the outer side surface of the second bracket 31 can be matched with the first mounting part or the second mounting part, the matching area is larger, the connection reliability of the second bracket 31 and the door body 10 is improved, and the second bracket 31 is not easy to deform. When the user opens the door through the operation slot, the user can stretch into the operation slot from the open opening of the outer side wall of the operation slot, which is far away from the middle part of the door body 10, so as to apply force to the door body assembly 100, and the operation is convenient.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first mounting portion may be a first mounting groove 101 opened inward, and the second mounting portion may be a second mounting groove 102 opened inward. Here, "inside" refers to a side of the door assembly 100 facing the laundry loading chamber of the laundry treating apparatus when the door assembly 100 is mounted to the laundry treating apparatus.
As shown in fig. 1, both the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 can be embedded in any one of the first installation groove 101 and the second installation groove 102, so that the door body assembly 100 has a smoother appearance and a more beautiful structure. And the door body 10 can protect the structures of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31, and the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30 are not easily damaged.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first mounting groove 101 and the second mounting groove 102 may be arc-shaped grooves extending along the circumferential direction of the door body 10, and the outer side wall surface of the arc-shaped grooves in the radial direction of the door body 10 may be opened, so that the opening area of the arc-shaped grooves is larger, and the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30 are more easily embedded into the arc-shaped grooves, and the installation is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 6 and fig. 7, in the embodiment that the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30 respectively extend into an arc shape along the circumferential direction of the door body 10, the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30 are more adaptive to the structure of the arc-shaped groove, the outer wall surfaces of the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 can be attached to the inner wall surface of the arc-shaped groove, and the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 are not easily deformed, thereby being beneficial to improving the structural stability.
Still further, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 5, the first mounting groove 101 and the second mounting groove 102 may be provided with a limiting groove 103 at a middle portion of an inner side wall surface in a radial direction of the door body 10, the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 may be provided with a limiting protrusion 40, respectively, and the limiting protrusion 40 may be inserted into the limiting groove 103 when the first bracket assembly 20 and the second bracket assembly 30 are mounted in any one of the first mounting groove 101 and the second mounting groove 102.
Spacing convex part 40 and spacing groove 103 cooperation can restrict first bracket component 20 and second bracket component 30 for the circumferential position of door body 10, spacing convex part 40 pushes down the middle part of first mounting groove 101 or the radial inside wall face of door body 10 at second mounting groove 103, can restrict the radial distance that first bracket component 20 and second bracket component 30 inserted the arc wall, both can realize first bracket component 20 and second bracket component 30 spacing, can reduce the deformation of first support 21 and second support 31 again, effectively improve the easily flagging phenomenon of door body component 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the first mounting groove 101 and the second mounting groove 102 may be respectively provided with a stopping portion 104 therein, the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 may respectively have an insertion portion 41, and the insertion portion 41 may be inserted between the stopping portion 104 and an inner side wall surface of the first mounting groove 101 or the second mounting groove 102 in the radial direction of the door body 10.
Therefore, the inner side wall surfaces of the stopping portion 104 and the first mounting groove 101 or the second mounting groove 102 in the radial direction of the door body 10 can further limit the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31, the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 are prevented from being overturned under stress, the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 are not easy to deform, the connection bonding strength between the first bracket 21 and the second bracket 31 and the door body 10 is ensured, and the phenomenon of poor gap end difference is improved.
In the present invention, the number of the stopping portions 104 can be flexibly set according to actual conditions.
