In this embodiment, it is preferable that the secondary circulation pump 133, the main circulation pump 131, and the standby circulation pump 132 are respectively connected to the vertical polishing sub-tank 11 at the same horizontal plane.

Because the vertical polishing auxiliary groove 12 does not need to participate in the reaction process of chemical polishing, the vertical polishing auxiliary groove 12 is equivalent to enlarging the volume of the vertical polishing main groove 11, the depth of the vertical polishing auxiliary groove 12 is shallower than that of the vertical polishing main groove 11, the cost is saved, and meanwhile, the connecting pipeline 13 is arranged below the vertical polishing auxiliary groove 12.
The heating device 14 comprises an energy supply part and an action part which are connected in sequence, wherein the energy supply part is arranged outside the vertical polishing tank 1, and the action part is arranged in the vertical polishing main tank 11 and is configured for heating the tank liquid in the vertical polishing main tank 11; specifically, the heating device 14 includes an electric heating device and a water heating device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

Simultaneously, this embodiment still provides the oxidation system including this vertical polishing groove, as shown in fig. 6, the oxidation system still includes the driving that drives the aluminum product and accomplish one by one along this oxidation system's manufacturing procedure flow direction, be connected with clamping means on the driving to through clamping means centre gripping aluminum product, the driving with clamping means is not the key of this application, and prior art's driving and aluminum product clamping means can be referred to its concrete structure, so no longer repeated here.
The vertical chemical polishing process further comprises water washing of the polished product, so that the vertical oxidation system further comprises a recovery tank 2 arranged at a lower station of the vertical polishing tank 1 along the flow direction of the processing procedure, and the recovery tank 2 is configured for static water washing of the polished product; specifically, the recovery tank 2 comprises a first recovery tank 21 and a second recovery tank 22 which are sequentially arranged along the flow direction of the processing procedure, the polished aluminum material is sequentially immersed in the first recovery tank 21 and the second recovery tank 22, and the tank liquor remained on the polished product is basically cleaned through two times of static water washing.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a recycling device 4 is connected between the recycling tank 2 and the vertical polishing main tank 1, the recycling device 4 is configured to recycle a residual liquid remaining in the recycling tank 2 after washing the polished product, the residual liquid is rich in polishing liquid, and the residual liquid is recycled by the recycling device 4, and the recycling device 4 includes a recycling storage tank connected to the first recycling tank 21 and the second recycling tank 22 through pipes, and an evaporation device connected to the recycling storage tank and the vertical polishing main tank through pipes at two ends thereof is used to recycle the residual distilled water drained from each recycling tank 2 to the recycling storage tank.
In order to more fully wash the polished product, the vertical oxidation system further comprises a flowing washing tank 3 which is arranged at a lower station of the recovery tank 2 along the flow direction of the processing procedure; the flowing water washing tank 3 is configured to perform flowing water washing on the polished product; the general structure of the flowing water washing tank 3 is consistent with that of the recovery tank 2, meanwhile, two pipe orifices are arranged on the flowing water washing tank, pipelines are connected to the two pipe orifices in a sealing mode and are arranged in a flowing mode, namely, water is injected into one pipe orifice ceaselessly, and water is discharged from the other pipe orifice ceaselessly.
In conclusion, the invention provides a vertical aluminum product polishing tank, the chemical polishing process of the aluminum product realizes the conversion from small-scale production of manual operation to large-scale and large-scale continuous production mode of automatic operation by using the vertical two-acid smokeless polishing tank, the capacity is greatly increased, meanwhile, the vertical polishing auxiliary tank is arranged on the edge of the vertical polishing main tank, and the tank liquid in the vertical polishing auxiliary tank is used for circulation, so that the obvious temperature difference and concentration difference of the tank liquid at different depths of the large vertical two-acid polishing tank body are solved, the reaction degree of different points of the vertical upper-arranged aluminum product with the length of more than 6m and the polishing tank liquid is basically consistent, the problem of the brightness difference of the upper end and the lower end of the aluminum product in the large vertical two-acid smokeless polishing process is solved, the defects of obvious brightness difference, quality and the like of different batches of finished products in the traditional process production are overcome, and the aluminum product in the large vertical polishing production, acid liquor is difficult to hide in the vertical pipe cavity, less acid liquor is brought into the rinsing bath, the corresponding wasted and consumed acid liquor is obviously reduced, the treatment cost of the generated waste acid water is low, and finally, the energy conservation and emission reduction are realized by using the two-acid smokeless polishing process.

Claims (8)

1. A vertical aluminum polishing tank is characterized by comprising a connecting pipeline, a vertical polishing main tank, a vertical polishing auxiliary tank, a heating device and a stirring device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the connecting pipeline is configured to connect the bottom ends of the vertical polishing main tank and the vertical polishing auxiliary tank, so that tank liquids in the vertical polishing main tank and the vertical polishing auxiliary tank are communicated with each other;
the vertical polishing main tank is used for containing tank liquid and polishing a product to be polished vertically immersed in the tank liquid, and an overflow port is formed in one side, close to the top end of the vertical polishing auxiliary tank, of the vertical polishing main tank;
the vertical polishing auxiliary tank is configured to contain tank liquid flowing out of an overflow port of the vertical polishing main tank and circularly return the tank liquid to the vertical polishing main tank through the connecting pipeline;
the heating device is provided with an acting part in the vertical polishing main tank and is configured to heat the tank liquid in the vertical polishing main tank;
the stirring device is provided with an action part arranged in the vertical polishing main tank and is configured to stir tank liquid in the vertical polishing main tank.
2. The vertical aluminum polishing trough of claim 1, wherein the vertical polishing main trough and the vertical polishing auxiliary trough are both of a split structure and comprise trough bodies and trough body installation seats for placing the trough bodies.
3. The vertical aluminum polishing tank as recited in claim 1, wherein said heating means comprises an electric heating means and a water heating means; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the water heating device is configured to be used for carrying out primary heating on the tank liquid in the vertical polishing main tank;
the electric heating device is configured to heat the vertical polishing main tank until the process requirement is met.
4. The vertical aluminum polishing trough according to claim 1, wherein the depth of the vertical polishing main trough is longer than the length of the product to be polished, and the depth of the vertical polishing auxiliary trough is shallower than the depth of the vertical polishing main trough.
5. The vertical aluminum material polishing tank as recited in claim 1, wherein the connection piping comprises a main circulation pump, a backup circulation pump, and a secondary circulation pump, and the main circulation pump, the backup circulation pump, and the secondary circulation pump are connected between the vertical polishing main tank and the vertical polishing sub-tank through piping; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the main circulating pump is configured to pump the tank liquid in the vertical polishing auxiliary tank back to the vertical polishing main tank;
the standby circulating pump is configured to be used for replacing the main circulating pump in emergency;
the secondary circulating pump is configured to be used together with the main circulating pump to pump the tank liquid in the vertical polishing auxiliary tank back to the vertical polishing main tank.
6. The vertical aluminum polishing tank as recited in claim 5, wherein the junction of said secondary circulation pump and said main vertical polishing tank is higher than the junction of said primary circulation pump and said main vertical polishing tank.
7. The vertical aluminum material polishing tank as recited in claim 5, wherein the secondary circulation pump, the primary circulation pump, and the backup circulation pump are connected to the vertical polishing sub-tank at the same level.
8. The vertical aluminum material polishing tank as recited in claim 1, wherein the action parts of the stirring means are respectively provided on both inner sides of the vertical polishing main tank and project into the tank liquid.
