一种多种类干细胞培养皿,包括培养皿体1,如图1、图2、图3所示,培养皿体1内设有培养槽11,培养皿体1内壁设有轴向阵列分布的第一卡槽12,培养槽11中心位置设有中心柱2,中心柱2上设有轴向阵列分布的棱条21,棱条21之间形成轴向阵列分布的第二卡槽22,培养槽11内设有分隔器3,分隔器3下端设有轴向阵列分布的第一分隔板32,第一分隔板32顶端形成中心柱槽33,中心柱槽33形状与中心柱2相同,中心柱槽33四周还形成轴向阵列分布的棱条槽34,分隔器3上端设有环形提手31,培养槽11内还设有轴向阵列分布的若干第二分隔板4,第二分隔板4上端设有把手41。
一种多种类干细胞培养基,包括以下成分组成:
重组转铁蛋白1~5份、纤维连接蛋白5~10份、胎球蛋白1~5份、基础培养基15~20份、人血白蛋白5份、腺苷10份、胞苷10份、鸟苷10份、尿苷10份、胸腺嘧啶10份、氢化可的松10份、维生素C10份、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子0.02份、表皮生长因子0.02份、、促红素0.2份与褪黑素0.005份。
实施例1
使用分隔器3将培养皿体1分隔为等大小的间隔,将每格放入重组转铁蛋白1份、纤维连接蛋白5份、胎球蛋白1份、基础培养基15份、人血白蛋白5份、腺苷10份、胞苷10份、鸟苷10份、尿苷10份、胸腺嘧啶10份、氢化可的松10份、维生素C10份、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子0.02份、表皮生长因子0.02份、促红素0.2份与褪黑素0.005份调配的培养基。
实施例2
使用分隔器3将培养皿体1分隔为等大小的间隔,将每格放入重组转铁蛋白3份、纤维连接蛋白8份、胎球蛋白3份、基础培养基18份、人血白蛋白5份、腺苷10份、胞苷10份、鸟苷10份、尿苷10份、胸腺嘧啶10份、氢化可的松10份、维生素C10份、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子0.02份、表皮生长因子0.02份、、促红素0.2份与褪黑素0.005份。
实施例3
使用第二分隔板4,将培养皿体1分成需要的份数,将每格放入重组转铁蛋白3份、纤维连接蛋白8份、胎球蛋白3份、基础培养基18份、人血白蛋白5份、腺苷10份、胞苷10份、鸟苷10份、尿苷10份、胸腺嘧啶10份、氢化可的松10份、维生素C10份、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子0.02份、表皮生长因子0.02份、、促红素0.2份与褪黑素0.005份。
实施例4
使用第二分隔板4,将培养皿体1分成需要的份数,将每格放入重组转铁蛋白1份、纤维连接蛋白5份、胎球蛋白1份、基础培养基15份、人血白蛋白5份、腺苷10份、胞苷10份、鸟苷10份、尿苷10份、胸腺嘧啶10份、氢化可的松10份、维生素C10份、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子0.02份、表皮生长因子0.02份、促红素0.2份与褪黑素0.005份调配的培养基。

1.一种多种类干细胞培养皿,包括培养皿体(1),其特征在于,所述培养皿体(1)内设有培养槽(11),培养皿体(1)内壁设有轴向阵列分布的第一卡槽(12),培养槽(11)中心位置设有中心柱(2),中心柱(2)上设有轴向阵列分布的棱条(21),棱条(21)之间形成轴向阵列分布的第二卡槽(22),培养槽(11)内设有分隔器(3),中心柱槽(33)四周还形成轴向阵列分布的棱条槽(34),分隔器(3)上端设有环形提手(31)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多种类干细胞培养皿,其特征在于,所述分隔器(3)下端设有轴向阵列分布的第一分隔板(32),第一分隔板(32)顶端形成中心柱槽(33)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多种类干细胞培养皿,其特征在于,所述中心柱槽(33)形状与中心柱(2)相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多种类干细胞培养皿,其特征在于,所述培养槽(11)内还设有轴向阵列分布的若干第二分隔板(4),第二分隔板(4)上端设有把手(41)。
5.一种多种类干细胞培养基,其特征在于,包括以下成分组成:重组转铁蛋白1~5份、纤维连接蛋白5~10份、胎球蛋白1~5份、基础培养基15~20份、人血白蛋白5份、腺苷10份、胞苷10份、鸟苷10份、尿苷10份、胸腺嘧啶10份、氢化可的松10份、维生素C10份、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子0.02份、表皮生长因子0.02份、、促红素0.2份与褪黑素0.005份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种多种类干细胞培养基,其特征在于,包括以下成分组成:重组转铁蛋白1份、纤维连接蛋白5份、胎球蛋白1份、基础培养基15份、人血白蛋白5份、腺苷10份、胞苷10份、鸟苷10份、尿苷10份、胸腺嘧啶10份、氢化可的松10份、维生素C10份、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子0.02份、表皮生长因子0.02份、促红素0.2份与褪黑素0.005份。
