Abstract
The invention provides a bonding resin for a polyethylene casting co-extrusion film, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-60 parts of linear low-density polyethylene, 30-50 parts of thermoplastic elastomer, 2-5 parts of maleic anhydride, 0.2-1 part of peroxide, 1-10 parts of plasticizer and 1-3 parts of filler. The invention also provides a preparation method of the adhesive resin for the polyethylene casting co-extrusion film. The adhesive resin for the polyethylene casting co-extrusion film, which is prepared by mixing the linear low-density polyethylene, the thermoplastic elastomer, the maleic anhydride, the peroxide, the plasticizer and the filler according to the specified weight parts and then processing, has good adhesive property and processing property, can meet the adhesive requirement of the polyethylene casting co-extrusion film, can also improve the processing property of the casting co-extrusion film, and well solves the problem in the production process of the casting co-extrusion film.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bonding resin, in particular to bonding resin for a polyethylene casting co-extrusion film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The casting process is a common film production process, and the film produced by the process has the characteristics of no stretching and no orientation, and is commonly used for composite base material films and winding films. The polyethylene casting co-extrusion film is a film produced by using polyethylene as a raw material and a material with a functional type as an auxiliary material and by means of bonding resin co-extrusion casting, has the characteristics of softness, high flatness, good moisture resistance, good transparency and excellent heat sealing performance, and is widely used for manufacturing inner layer base materials of composite films and the like.
However, the problems of nonuniform transverse thickness, more crystal points of the film, violent ribs on the film roll, more white spots on the film surface, poor smoothness of the film, stripes, folds and the like of the film often occur in the production process of the casting co-extrusion film. The adhesive resin is used as a material for connecting different layers in the casting co-extrusion film, plays a good role in adhesion, is more important, and can be adjusted and solve the problems of the casting co-extrusion film through the performance of the adhesive resin. Therefore, the development of the adhesive resin for the polyethylene casting co-extrusion film has an important effect on the production of the polyethylene casting co-extrusion film.

Further, the peroxide is benzoyl peroxide, cumene hydroperoxide, tert-butyl peroxybenzoate or di-tert-butyl peroxide.
Further, the plasticizer is one or more of dioctyl phthalate, di-n-octyl phthalate, butyl benzyl phthalate, di-sec-octyl phthalate, dicyclohexyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate.
Further, the filler is one or more of calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, barium sulfate and talcum powder.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the adhesive resin for the polyethylene cast co-extrusion film, which comprises the following steps:
weighing linear low-density polyethylene, a thermoplastic elastomer, maleic anhydride, peroxide, a plasticizer and a filler in specified weight parts, adding the components into a high-speed mixing roll, and uniformly mixing;
and step two, adding the uniformly mixed material obtained in the step one into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, cooling the extruded material strips to room temperature through a circulating water tank, and feeding the cooled material strips into a granulator for granulation after air drying through a blower.
Further, the temperature of each temperature zone of the twin-screw extruder in the step two is 150-180 ℃.

Example 4
The present embodiment provides a method for preparing a bonding resin for a polyethylene cast co-extrusion film in the above embodiments 1 to 3, which includes the following steps:
weighing linear low-density polyethylene, a thermoplastic elastomer, maleic anhydride, peroxide, a plasticizer and a filler in specified weight parts, adding the components into a high-speed mixing roll, and uniformly mixing;
and step two, adding the uniformly mixed material obtained in the step one into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, cooling the extruded material strips to room temperature through a circulating water tank, and feeding the cooled material strips into a granulator for granulation after air drying through a blower.
Wherein the temperature range of each temperature zone of the extruder is 150-180 ℃.
Verification examples
The performance test of the adhesive resin for the polyethylene casting co-extrusion film in the embodiment 1-3 is carried out, and the test results are as follows:

5. The tie resin for cast co-extruded polyethylene films according to claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is one or more of dioctyl phthalate, di-n-octyl phthalate, butyl benzyl phthalate, di-sec-octyl phthalate, dicyclohexyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate.
6. The adhesive resin for the cast and co-extruded polyethylene film as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filler is one or more of calcium carbonate, silica, barium sulfate and talcum powder.
7. A method for preparing the bonding resin for the polyethylene casting co-extrusion film according to any one of the claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing the linear low-density polyethylene, the thermoplastic elastomer, the maleic anhydride, the peroxide, the plasticizer and the filler in specified weight parts, adding the components into a high-speed mixing roll, and uniformly mixing;
and step two, adding the uniformly mixed material obtained in the step one into a double-screw extruder for extrusion, cooling the extruded material strips to room temperature through a circulating water tank, and feeding the cooled material strips into a granulator for granulation after air drying through a blower.
8. The method for preparing the adhesive resin for the cast and co-extruded polyethylene film as claimed in claim 7, wherein the temperature of each temperature zone of the twin-screw extruder in the second step is 150-180 ℃.
