The invention discloses a treatment system and a treatment process for removing polluted bottom mud in lakes, reservoirs and riverways, which comprises water body isolation equipment, slurry stirring equipment, centrifugal dehydration equipment and sludge storage and transportation equipment which are communicated through pipelines; the water body isolation equipment comprises a plurality of isolation cavities which can be spliced with one another and a crane for taking off, landing and adjusting the isolation cavities; the centrifugal dehydration equipment comprises a sludge conditioning and stirring system, a sludge-mud-water separation system, a sludge dehydration system and a sludge cake spiral conveying and unloading system; the sludge storage and transportation equipment comprises a storage and transportation ship body, a positioning pile for supporting the storage and transportation ship body and a sludge cabin positioned in the storage and transportation ship body, wherein a spiral unloader is arranged in the sludge cabin. The invention adopts a movable treatment station, all equipment is arranged on the ship to operate, land resources are not occupied, the treatment method is simple, the direct separation of bottom mud and water body is realized, the mud-water separation is implemented in real time, and the water content of dry mud is as low as 60%.

Background
The pollution of the bottom mud of the water body is an environmental problem in the world, and the pollutants enter the water body through atmospheric sedimentation, wastewater discharge, rainwater leaching and scouring, are finally deposited in the bottom mud and are gradually enriched, so that the bottom mud is seriously polluted. In a river environment, the bed sediment is transported in a pushed and suspended form, largely resulting in the physical interaction of the overlying water and the sediment. Rivers have strong natural environment and tend to be favorable for the desorption of deposited bottom mud in a river system, so that the water quality of the overlying water can be influenced, pollutants can be reserved, accumulated and migrated in organisms through biological metabolism to generate toxicity and teratogenicity hazards, and not only are benthos of the rivers harmed, but also the health of people is seriously threatened. Therefore, in water quality management programs, contaminated sediment sludge is considered as a source of contamination. At present, the treatment method of the bottom mud of the river can be divided into two technologies of in-situ treatment and ex-situ treatment. Most of them are treated by ex-situ treatment, including engineering dredging, solidification and landfill. However, in the process of dredging sludge, the bottom mud is loosened into slurry by using devices such as a reamer and a water gun, but the loose bottom mud is easy to diffuse along with the flow of water, the diffusion of the bottom mud with pollutants in the water can enlarge the pollution range, and the diffusion of the loose bottom mud can increase the turbidity degree of a river channel and increase the difficulty in treating the river and the lake.
