Example 1
The embodiment provides a forced exhaust device for extruding high-filling biomass material, aiming at the problems that the high-filling biomass material is poor in flowability, and the natural exhaust port is easy to cause material overflow and block the exhaust port in extrusion granulation.
As shown in fig. 1, the forced air discharging device for extrusion in this embodiment includes a cylinder 1, an air discharging hole 2, an air discharging cylinder 3, a material passing pipe 4, a crushing fan 5, and an air outlet pipe 6. The crushing fan 5 is composed of a crusher and a fan.
One end of the exhaust funnel 3 is arranged on the machine barrel 1, the other end of the exhaust funnel is connected to an inlet of a crushing fan 5 through a material 4 pipe, and the crushing fan 5 is provided with an air outlet pipe 6.
The machine barrel 1 is provided with an exhaust hole 2, and the exhaust cylinder 3 is arranged on the exhaust hole 2 of the machine barrel 1 and sealed with the machine barrel 1.

The embodiment discloses the working principle of a forced exhaust device for extruding high-filling biomass materials:
when the high-filling biomass material is melted and passes through the vent holes 2, the pressure in the melt is released, water vapor and volatile components are rapidly discharged through the vent holes 2, and meanwhile, because the moisture content is too high, the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the melt is too large, the material can enter the exhaust funnel 3 along with the discharge of the water vapor and the volatile components.
After the crushing fan 5 is started, the crushing fan 5 discharges air from the exhaust funnel 3 to the outside through the air outlet pipe 6, so that negative pressure is generated in the exhaust funnel 3, and sporadic material particles, water vapor and volatile components entering the exhaust funnel 3 are sucked into an inlet of the crushing fan 5 through the material passing pipe 4.
The gas is directly discharged after passing through the crushing fan 5, and the material particles are crushed and discharged through the discharge hole after passing through the crushing fan 5, so that the whole exhaust channel is prevented from being blocked.
This embodiment adopts broken fan 5 to clear up fast the fuse-element material that overflows from exhaust hole 2 among the high packing biomass material granulation process, and the negative pressure that broken fan 5 produced simultaneously more is favorable to the discharge of vapor and volatile components, and whole device convenient operation is efficient, has effectively guaranteed the stable of high packing biomass material and has extruded.
