a: manufacturing wood board raw materials: carrying out hot-pressing combination by adopting a hot press for a plurality of layers of solid wood veneers and adhesives, and drying after hot pressing, so as to ensure that the water content of the dried solid wood plate is controlled below 8%;
b: cutting treatment: cutting the frame and the corner of the template by cutting equipment;
c: grinding for many times: polishing and grinding the upper and lower surfaces of the formed solid wood board, firstly sanding by using 80-mesh sand, and then sanding and grinding by using 200-mesh and 360-mesh sand to remove spot impurities such as burrs and wood thorns on the solid wood, thereby improving the glossiness of the solid wood;
d: putty scraping: scraping and polishing the solid wood board by putty such as putty, wherein the scraping and polishing are carried out for two to three layers;
e: painting: coating the putty-scraped solid wood board with an epoxy resin layer in a roller way, and brushing asphalt paint on the surface of the solid wood board for more than three times as a sealing primer layer;
f: polishing the paint surface: further polishing the painted surface, and repairing the defect part of the painted surface by putty;
g: painting finish: coating finish paint on the polished solid wood surface;
the cutting equipment comprises a seat frame (1), a pressing mechanism (2) and a variable-speed cutting mechanism (3), wherein the seat frame (1) comprises a frame box (11), a fixed frame plate (12) and a lifting mechanism (13), the fixed frame plate (12) is vertically arranged at the head of the frame box (11), the fixed frame plate (12) and the frame box (11) are integrally formed, the lifting mechanism (13) is fixedly arranged at the head of the fixed frame plate (12), the pressing mechanism (2) comprises a supporting angle frame (21), a pressure foot (22) and a clamping block (23), the supporting angle frame (21) is arranged right above the frame box (11), the pressure foot (22) is symmetrically arranged at the lower end of the supporting angle frame (21), the pressure foot (22) is rotatably connected with the supporting angle frame (21), the clamping block (23) is arranged at the head of the supporting angle frame (21), and the clamping block (23) is longitudinally and slidably connected with the fixed frame plate (12), the variable-speed cutting mechanism (3) is installed inside the frame box (11), and the variable-speed cutting mechanism (3) is horizontally connected with the frame box (11) in a sliding mode.

The solid wood panel production and processing technology of claim 1, wherein the frame box (11) is provided with a driving threaded rod (111), a limiting rod (112) and a rotating motor (113), the driving threaded rod (111) is rotatably arranged inside the frame box (11), the limiting rod (112) is arranged on two sides of the driving threaded rod (111), the limiting rod (112) is fixedly connected with the frame box (11), the rotating motor (113) is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the frame box (11), and the output end of the rotating motor (113) is connected with the driving threaded rod (111).
