To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.

The embodiment of the application provides a quick disassembling tool for a connector of a logging instrument, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the quick disassembling tool comprises a T-shaped rod 1, a sleeve 2, a snap ring extractor 3 and a quick adapter 4, wherein the sleeve 2 is slidably sleeved on a vertical rod 12 of the T-shaped rod, the tail end of the vertical rod 12 of the T-shaped rod is detachably connected with the quick adapter 4, and the snap ring extractor 3 is arranged on the sleeve 2; the minimum diameter of quick adapter 4 is greater than 7 breach sizes of snap ring, and the one end that quick adapter 4 kept away from T type pole 1 (keeping away from the one end of the horizontal pole 11 of T type pole promptly) is provided with the connecting portion with the well logging instrument connects 8 complex. Two first through holes 511 are formed in the U-shaped arm 51, the second through hole 32 is formed in the snap ring extractor 3, the fixing pin 6 penetrates through one first through hole 511, then penetrates through the second through hole 32, and finally penetrates through the other first through hole 511, so that the snap ring extractor 3 can be rotatably mounted on the fixing base 5 in a small-amplitude manner. Under the condition that the snap ring extractor 3 (together with the sleeve 2 and the T-shaped rod 1) is fixed on the logging instrument connector 8, the snap ring extractor 3 is convenient to operate, an operator does not need to separately prop against a screwdriver by hands to operate, the screw is prevented from damaging the hands of the operator for propping against the connector, and the operation safety is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first threaded hole 21 is provided in one third of the end of the sleeve 2 near the quick coupling 4.
The first through hole 511 may be provided at one third of the snap ring extractor 3, and the first screw hole 21 and the first through hole 511 are provided in such a manner that the extracting operation of the snap ring 7 can be easily performed (lever principle).
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the snap ring extractor 3 is provided with a grip portion 31 at one end and a hook 33 at the other end for engaging with the snap ring 7.
The grip 31 is convenient for the operator to hold and operate, and the hook 33 is used for abutting against the snap ring 7 and pulling out the snap ring 7.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the quick coupling 4 further includes a truncated cone 42 connected to the connecting portion, and a cylinder 43 connected to the truncated cone 42, wherein a diameter of an end of the truncated cone 42 connected to the connecting portion is larger than a gap size of the snap ring 7. Specifically, the diameter of the end of the truncated cone 42 connected to the connecting portion may be 1.5 cm. Wherein the diameter of the truncated cone 42 may be the same as the outer diameter of the sleeve 2.
Snap ring 7 is pulled down from logging instrument connects 8 and is popped out, is restricted between logging instrument connects 8 and quick adapter 4, because quick adapter 4's minimum diameter is greater than 7 breach sizes of snap ring, consequently, under the condition of extracting tool is not pulled down, snap ring 7 can not pop out and hinder people or lose etc.. Specifically, the minimum diameter position (excluding the connection portion) of the quick coupling 4 is located at the end of the truncated cone 42 to which the connection portion is connected.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the quick release tool is used for disassembly (when the quick release tool is completely assembled), the second threaded stud 41 of the quick coupling 4 is first screwed into the hole of the tool joint 8 (the second threaded stud 41 is fully screwed into the hole), and the quick release tool is connected to the logging tool. Claims (9)
1. A quick disassembling tool for a logging instrument connector is characterized by comprising a T-shaped rod, a sleeve, a snap ring extractor and a quick adapter,
the sleeve is slidably sleeved on the vertical rod of the T-shaped rod, the tail end of the vertical rod of the T-shaped rod is detachably connected with the quick adapter, and the sleeve is provided with a snap ring extractor;
the minimum diameter of the quick adapter is larger than the size of a notch of the clamping ring, and a connecting part matched with a logging instrument connector is arranged at one end of the quick adapter, which is far away from the T-shaped rod;
and one end of the snap ring extractor is provided with a gripper part, and the other end of the snap ring extractor is provided with a clamping hook matched with the snap ring.
2. The tool of claim 1, further comprising a fixed base by which the collar extractor is mounted on the sleeve.
3. The tool for quickly disassembling a joint of a logging instrument as claimed in claim 2, wherein a U-shaped arm is disposed at one end of the fixing base, the U-shaped arm is provided with a first through hole,
the clamping ring extractor is provided with a second through hole and is installed on the U-shaped arm, and a fixing pin penetrates through the first through hole and the second through hole and fixes the clamping ring extractor on the fixing base.
4. The tool as claimed in claim 3, wherein the other end of the fixing base is provided with a first threaded post, the sleeve is provided with a first threaded hole, and the first threaded post is screwed into the first threaded hole to fix the fixing base on the sleeve.
5. The tool of claim 4, wherein the threaded first bore is disposed in a third of an end of the sleeve proximate the quick-change adapter.
6. The tool of claim 1, wherein the coupling portion comprises a second threaded post.
7. The tool of claim 6, wherein the quick-disconnect coupling further comprises a cone connected to the connecting portion, a cylinder connected to the cone,
the diameter of the end, connected with the connecting part, of the circular truncated cone is larger than the size of the notch of the clamping ring.
8. The tool of claim 7, wherein the end of the cone connected to the connector has a diameter of 1.5 cm.
9. The tool as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a third threaded post is provided at the end of the vertical rod of the T-bar, and a third threaded hole is provided at a corresponding position of the quick-change adapter, and the third threaded post is screwed into the third threaded hole.
