in the steel sheet bending process, under the action of the folding air cylinder 401, the pressing rod 405 and the folding plate rod 404 descend, the pressing rod 405 contacts the file plate clamp on the clamp 1 firstly, the file plate clamp is pressed under the action of the spring to fix and limit the file plate clamp, the folding plate rod 404 continues to descend to extrude the front end of the steel sheet, and the steel sheet is supported by the supporting notch 1031 on the clamp 1, so that the front end of the steel sheet is extruded and bent by the folding plate rod 404.

a method of ring-type assembly of a file folder comprising the steps of:

step three: the guide rod 304 moves towards the clamp 1, the sheet pushing block 305 is lifted up under the action of a spring or a mini cylinder, the upper end of the sheet clamping steel sheet of the file board is pushed to the side of a limit stop 3033, and meanwhile, the jacking block fixed at one end of the guide rod 304 synchronously pushes the steel sheet on the material belt into a step notch, so that continuous material taking of the sheet pushing block 305 is realized; the pneumatic clamping jaw 3023 is controlled to descend by the sheet taking cylinder 3022, the pneumatic clamping jaw 3023 clamps the steel sheet and then ascends, the steel sheet moves to the upper part of the clamp 1 under the action of the sheet inserting cylinder 3021, the pneumatic clamping jaw 3023 is controlled to descend to the upper surface of the file folder by the sheet taking cylinder 3022, and the sheet inserting cylinder 3021 advances to insert the steel sheet into the installation position of the file folder, so that the installation and insertion of the steel sheet of the file folder are completed; at the moment, one section of the steel sheet is positioned in the file plate clip, and the other section of the steel sheet is positioned on the inner bottom surface of the support notch 1031 to prepare for the next bending operation;
step four: the mounting seat 403 is controlled to descend by using the flap cylinder 401; the upper surface of the folder is pressed through the compression rod 405, and under the action of the spring, the higher the pressure of the compression rod 405 is along with the descending of the mounting seat 403, the stronger the fixing capacity is; the front end of the file plate clamping steel sheet is bent by pressing down the sheet folding rod 404;
step five: the blanking slider 501 is moved to the upper part of the clamp 1 through the slider air cylinder 5011, the blanking rod 503 is controlled to descend through the blanking air cylinder 504 to clamp a file plate clamp, the lower end of the blanking rod 503 can be provided with a magnet, the file plate clamp is attracted by magnetism, and the blanking rod 503 is controlled to ascend and retreat through the blanking air cylinder 504 and the slider air cylinder 5011 to finish discharging;
preferably, as shown in fig. 18, two blocking rods are installed on the fixing frame of the discharging device 5, and the two blocking rods are oppositely arranged between or outside the two blanking rods 503 and are obliquely arranged, so that the blanking rods 503 take out the file plate clips and then take the file plate clips off from the blanking rods 503 under the action of the blocking rods in the process of backward resetting, thereby improving the discharging efficiency.
According to the folder, the rotatable workbench, the glue corner mounting device 2, the inserting piece device 3, the folding piece device 4 and the discharging device 5 which are arranged on the periphery side of the workbench are arranged, so that the production process is optimized, the automatic production is realized, the glue corner mounting, the inserting piece and the steel sheet bending of the folder can be completed at the same time, and the production efficiency and the assembly precision are effectively improved; the labor input is reduced, and the production cost is effectively saved.

the circular array on the upper surface of the workbench is provided with a plurality of clamps (1); the upper surface of the bottom plate is sequentially provided with a glue corner mounting device (2), an inserting piece device (3), a folding piece device (4) and a discharging device (5) relative to the circumferential direction of the workbench;
the clamp (1) comprises a clamp seat (101); a limiting block (102) is fixedly connected to one side face of the clamp seat (101); the upper surface of the clamp seat (101) is fixedly connected with a supporting block (103) through a connecting block;
the upper surface of the limiting block (102) is of an inclined surface structure; the upper surface of the limiting block (102) is provided with a limiting groove (1021); one side surface of the limiting block (102) is fixedly connected with two oppositely arranged cushion blocks (104); one surface of the supporting block (103) is provided with a through notch; a supporting notch (1031) communicated with the through notch is formed in one side surface of the supporting block (103); the inner bottom surface of the support notch (1031) is parallel to the upper surface of the limiting block (102);
the glue corner mounting device (2) comprises a bracket; the upper surface of the bracket is in sliding fit with a first fixed seat (21) and a second fixed seat (22); the upper surface of the bracket is fixedly connected with two oppositely arranged guide groove seats (23); a guide chute (231) is formed on one surface of the guide chute seat (23);
the first fixed seat (21) is fixedly connected with two rubber angle ejector rods (211) which are arranged oppositely; one side surface of the first fixed seat (21) is fixedly connected with a mandril air cylinder (212);
the second fixed seat (22) is fixedly connected with two rubber corner guide sleeves (221) which are arranged oppositely; one opposite side surface of the second fixed seat (22) is fixedly connected with a guide sleeve cylinder (222);
one end face of the rubber corner guide sleeve (221) is provided with a material pushing channel matched with the rubber corner ejector rod (211); a feeding notch (2211) communicated with the material pushing channel is formed in the upper surface of the rubber corner guide sleeve (221); a positioning notch (2212) communicated with the material pushing channel is formed in the side face of one end of the rubber corner guide sleeve (221);
the inserting piece device (3) comprises a supporting frame; the support frame is in sliding fit with an insert slide block (302) through a guide rail (301); one side surface of the insert slide block (302) is connected with an insert cylinder (3021); the other end of the insert cylinder (3021) is connected with the support frame; the supporting frame is fixedly connected with a guide plate (303);
the upper surface of the insert slide block (302) is fixedly connected with an insert taking cylinder (3022); one side surface of the insert slide block (302) is connected with a pneumatic clamping jaw (3023) in a sliding way; the slice taking cylinder (3022) is connected with the pneumatic clamping jaw (3023) through a connecting seat;
the lower surface of the guide plate (303) is connected with a guide rod (304) in a sliding manner; one end of the guide piece rod (304) is rotatably connected with a push piece block (305); the guide piece rod (304) is connected with the support frame through an air cylinder;
the flap arrangement (4) comprises a mounting frame; a folded piece air cylinder (401) is fixedly connected to one side of the mounting rack; one end of the folded piece air cylinder (401) is fixedly connected with a lower sliding block (402); the lower sliding block (402) is in sliding fit with the mounting frame; the lower surface of the lower sliding block (402) is fixedly connected with a folding piece mounting seat (403); one side surface of the folding piece mounting seat (403) is fixedly connected with a folding piece rod (404);
the discharging device (5) comprises a fixed frame; the fixed frame is matched with a blanking sliding block (501) in a sliding way through a sliding rail; a sliding block air cylinder (5011) is fixedly connected to one side face of the blanking sliding block (501); the other end of the sliding block cylinder (5011) is fixedly connected with the fixed frame; the blanking sliding blocks (501) are fixedly connected with guide sleeves (502) side by side; a blanking rod (503) is in sliding fit with the inner surface of the guide sleeve (502); the two blanking rods (503) are connected with a blanking cylinder (504) through a connecting block; the telescopic rod end of the blanking cylinder (504) is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the blanking sliding block (501).
2. A ring-type mounting device for a file folder according to claim 1 wherein said clamp base (101) has a stop (1011) fixedly attached to each of opposite sides thereof.

Ring-type assembly device for file folders according to claim 1, characterized in that a wedge-shaped pressing block (24) is rotatably connected to one side of said supporting frame; an upper pressing block cylinder (25) is fixedly connected to one side of the support; the lower surface of the wedge-shaped pressing block (24) is connected with a wedge-shaped pressing block cylinder (241); and the telescopic rod end of the upper pressing block cylinder (25) is fixedly connected with an upper pressing block.

The ring-type mounting device for a file folder of claim 1 wherein said guide plate (303) is formed with a guide slot (3031); the upper surface of the guide sheet plate (303) is symmetrically provided with guide sheet pressing blocks (3032) corresponding to the positions of the guide sheet notches (3031); one end of the upper surface of the guide sheet plate (303) opposite to the guide sheet notch (3031) is fixedly connected with a limit stop (3033).

Ring-type mounting device for file folders according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper surface of said flap mounts (403) is provided with blind holes (4031); the lower surface of the flap mounting seat (403) is provided with a rectangular hole communicated with the blind hole (4031); an elastic piece is arranged in the blind hole (4031); a pressure lever (405) is in sliding fit with the inner surface of the rectangular hole; the compression bar (405) is of an L-shaped structure; the lower surface of the folding piece mounting seat (403) is rotatably connected with a roller (406) which is in contact fit with the side surface of the pressure lever (405).
6. A method of ring-type assembly of a file folder, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: placing a folder to be installed on a clamp (1) between a glue corner installation device (2) and a discharging device (5);
step two: the folder is fixed through a wedge-shaped pressing block (24) and an upper pressing block, a glue corner in a guide groove (231) is taken in through a glue corner guide sleeve (221) and moves to the folder side, and then the glue corner in the glue corner guide sleeve (221) is ejected out through a glue corner ejector rod (211) for installation;
step three: the file plate clamping steel sheet is pushed to the side of a limit stop (3033) by a pushing block (305) through the forward and backward movement of a guide sheet rod (304); the front and back movement and the up and down movement of a pneumatic clamping jaw (3023) are respectively controlled by an insert cylinder (3021) and a pick-up cylinder (3022), so that the picking, placing and inserting of the steel sheets of the file plate clamp are completed;
step four: the mounting seat (403) is controlled to descend by using the flap cylinder (401); the file plate clamp is pressed and fixed through a pressure lever (405), and the file plate clamp steel sheet is bent through pressing down of a sheet folding lever (404);
step five: the blanking slide block (501) is moved to the upper part of the clamp (1) through the slide block air cylinder (5011), the blanking rod (503) is controlled to descend through the blanking air cylinder (504) to clamp the file board clamp, and then the blanking rod (503) is controlled to ascend and retreat through the blanking air cylinder (504) and the slide block air cylinder (5011) to finish discharging.
