As can be seen from the above description, the annular protrusion 423 is engaged with the annular groove 220 to fix the filter cartridge cover 420, so as to ensure the connection of the filter cartridge cover 420. Because the filter cartridge cover 420 is fixed with the filter cartridge body 410, the filter cartridge 400 can be fixed, the firmness of the filter cartridge 400 in the filtering process is ensured, and the use reliability is improved.
Further, the outer side of the annular protrusion 423 is provided with an external thread, the inner wall of the annular groove 220 is provided with an internal thread, and the annular protrusion 423 is in threaded connection with the annular groove 220.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, in an alternative embodiment, the upper end of the filter cartridge body 410 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 412, the inner wall of the lower end of the filter cartridge cover 420 is provided with a plurality of fixing protrusions 424 facing the axial direction of the filter cartridge cover 420, and when the filter cartridge cover is mounted and connected, the fixing protrusions 424 are disposed in the fixing holes 412 to enable the filter cartridge cover 420 and the filter cartridge body 410 to be clamped and fixed. In order to facilitate the fixing protrusion 424 to be disposed in the fixing hole, a through groove 413 connected to the fixing hole 412 may be disposed on the filter cartridge body 410, one end of the through groove 413 is connected to the upper end of the filter cartridge body 410 to form a gap for the fixing protrusion 424 to enter, the other end of the through groove 413 is connected to the fixing hole 412, and the length of the through groove 413 is smaller than that of the fixing hole 412, so that the through groove and the fixing hole form a substantially L-shaped structure, and the fixing protrusion 424 may be mounted on a horizontal edge of the L-shaped structure, thereby preventing the filter cartridge 400 from rotating during operation, increasing the tightness and sealing performance of the engagement between the filter cartridge body 410 and the filter cartridge cover 420, preventing impurities from entering the filter cartridge body 410, and ensuring the filtering quality.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 5, in this embodiment, a plurality of fixed pipes 310 are disposed on a side of the second baffle 300 facing the filter cartridge 400, a lower end of the filter cartridge 400 is sleeved outside the fixed pipes 310, the fixed pipes 310 are communicated with an inner cavity of the filter cartridge 400, the second baffle 300 and the housing body 110 together define an oil outlet cavity, and the oil outlet pipe 112 is communicated with the oil outlet cavity. The lower end of the filter cartridge 400 can be fixed by the fixing tube 310 provided on the second baffle 300 to ensure safe use. The fixed pipe 310 can also guide the filtered oil into the oil outlet cavity below the second baffle 300, and the oil outlet pipe 112 is communicated with the oil outlet cavity, so that the discharged oil is ensured to be the filtered oil, the unfiltered oil is prevented from being mixed into the oil outlet cavity, and the filtering effect is ensured.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the second baffle 300 is detachably connected to the housing body 110, for example, the second baffle 300 and the housing body 110 may be screwed, so as to be conveniently detached and cleaned when necessary. A handle 320 is provided at a side of the second shutter 300 away from the filter cartridge 400, and the second shutter 300 can be detached by rotating the handle 320.
Further, referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a filter screen 500 is further disposed in the oil outlet cavity, the filter screen 500 is disposed near the oil outlet pipe 112, the specific mesh number and type of the filter screen 500 can be selected according to requirements, which is not further limited in the present embodiment, and the filter screen 500 can perform secondary filtration on the oil to ensure the quality of the oil outlet.
Further, a first inspection opening may be formed in the upper end cover 120, and a diameter of the first inspection opening may be set to be larger than a diameter of an annular structure defined by outer sidewalls of the plurality of filter cartridges 400, and a first inspection cover may be provided in the first inspection opening, and the first inspection cover may be hinged or detachably connected to the upper end cover 120. The first inspection cover is made of transparent materials, so that workers can observe the internal condition of the filtering device through the first inspection cover. When the filter cartridge 400 needs to be removed or replaced, the replacement of the filter cartridge 400 can be completed by opening the first inspection cap without removing the upper end cap 120, which further facilitates the work of the worker.
Further, a second inspection opening may be disposed on the bottom wall of the housing body 110, and a second inspection cover is disposed in the second inspection opening and is hinged or detachably connected to the bottom wall of the housing body 110. The second inspection cover is made of transparent materials, so that workers can observe the inside condition of the oil outlet cavity through the second inspection cover. When needs cleared up the oil outlet cavity, the staff can clear up the impurity of oil outlet cavity through opening second inspection lid, and the clearance is simple, convenient to use.

Claims (10)

1. The petroleum filtering device is characterized by comprising a shell, wherein the shell comprises a shell body and an upper end cover, and the upper end cover is detachably connected with the shell body;
a containing cavity is formed in the shell body, a first baffle and a second baffle which are oppositely arranged are arranged in the containing cavity, the first baffle and the second baffle are parallel to the upper end cover, the first baffle and the second baffle are connected with the inner wall of the shell body, the first baffle, the second baffle and the shell body jointly enclose a petroleum filter cavity, an oil inlet pipe and an oil outlet pipe are arranged on the shell body, and the oil inlet pipe is communicated with the petroleum filter cavity;
the oil filter is characterized in that a plurality of filter cylinders are arranged in the oil filter cavity, a plurality of through holes corresponding to the filter cylinders are formed in the first baffle, the filter cylinders are detachably arranged in the oil filter cavity through the through holes, and after the filter cylinders are installed and fixed, the upper ends of the filter cylinders are located between the first baffle and the upper end cover.

The oil filter device of claim 1, wherein the filter cartridge comprises a filter cartridge body and a filter cartridge cover, the filter cartridge body and the filter cartridge cover are detachably connected, a plurality of filter holes are uniformly distributed in the filter cartridge body, and after the filter cartridge cover is fixedly installed, at least one part of the filter cartridge cover is positioned between the first baffle plate and the upper end cover.

The oil filtering device according to claim 2, wherein the cartridge cover comprises a cartridge cover body and a horizontal flange arranged on the outer periphery of the cartridge cover body, and an annular protrusion axially parallel to the cartridge cover is arranged on the flange; an annular groove is formed in the first baffle plate and is located on the outer side of the through hole; the fixing of the filter cartridge is realized through the matching of the annular protrusion and the annular groove.
4. The oil filter device according to claim 3, wherein the outer side of the annular protrusion is provided with an external thread, the inner wall of the annular groove is provided with an internal thread, and the annular protrusion is in threaded connection with the annular groove.

The petroleum filtering device as defined in claim 2, wherein the upper end of the filter cylinder body is provided with a plurality of fixing holes, the inner wall of the lower end of the filter cylinder cover is provided with a plurality of fixing protrusions facing the axial direction of the filter cylinder cover, and the fixing protrusions are arranged in the fixing holes to clamp and fix the filter cylinder cover and the filter cylinder body.

The oil filter device of claim 1, wherein the second baffle is provided with a plurality of fixed pipes on a side facing the filter cartridge, the lower end of the filter cartridge is sleeved outside the fixed pipes, the fixed pipes are communicated with the inner cavity of the filter cartridge, the second baffle and the housing body together define an oil outlet cavity, and the oil outlet pipe is communicated with the oil outlet cavity.
7. The oil filter of claim 6 wherein the second baffle is removably attached to the housing body and a handle is provided on a side of the second baffle remote from the filter cartridge.
8. The oil filtering device of claim 6 wherein a screen is disposed within the oil outlet chamber, the screen being disposed proximate the oil outlet pipe.
9. The oil filtering device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the upper end cap is provided with a first inspection port, the diameter of the first inspection port is larger than the diameter of the annular structure defined by the outer side walls of the plurality of filter cartridges, a first inspection cap is provided in the first inspection port, and the first inspection cap is detachably connected with the upper end cap.
10. The oil filtering device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a second inspection opening is formed in the bottom wall of the housing body, a second inspection cover is arranged in the second inspection opening, and the second inspection cover is detachably connected with the bottom wall of the housing body.
