The breathable outer layer 110 is provided with an ultraviolet-resistant coating to reduce the irradiation of ultraviolet rays to the skin of the face of a human body to a certain extent.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the novel filter mask 100 may also be folded, and the novel filter mask 100 may be manually folded according to the actual use requirement of the user and then fixed by a number 10 staple 230 (9 mm). The 10 gauge staple 230 is smaller and lighter, which enables the user to have a better use experience. Adopt novel filter mask 100 of folding design to compare with plane gauze mask, the structure is more three-dimensional, and the user wears the gauze mask, when breathing in the gauze mask, can avoid the gauze mask to hug closely the mouth nose to make user's breathing space bigger, improve user's experience and feel.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the novel filtering mask 100 may further include a decorative hanger 210 detachably mounted on the air-permeable outer layer 110 (for example, the decorative hanger 210 may be detachably mounted on the air-permeable outer layer 110 by referring to the manner that the brooch is worn on clothes). The provision of the ornamental hanger 210 helps to improve the appearance of the new filter mask 100 so that the new filter mask 100 can be accepted by more users.
The working principle of the novel filtering respirator 100 is as follows:
the breathable outer layer 110, the filter layer 130 and the breathable inner layer 150 are assembled in a paraffin bonding mode, and the method has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, low requirement on machine equipment and short production period. The paraffin wax is heated and melted, so that the installation and the replacement of the melt-blown cloth are convenient. The novel filtering mask 100 can be produced by individuals or enterprises, which is significant for improving the production capacity of the mask and relieving the problem of mask resource shortage.
A production process of a novel filtering mask 100 comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: and packaging the melt-blown fabric after processing by a winder or a paper extractor. The meltblown webs processed by the winder or tissue extractor can be easily obtained as a consumable by people like paper towels.
The second step is that: the breathable outer layer 110, the filter layer 130, and the breathable inner layer 150 are manufactured separately (the breathable outer layer 110, the filter layer 130, and the breathable inner layer 150 may be purchased directly by a user as needed).
The third step: the air-permeable outer layer 110, the filter layer 130 and the air-permeable inner layer 150 are sequentially aligned and then stacked, so that the three layers can be connected with each other conveniently. The air-permeable outer layer 110, the filter layer 130 and the air-permeable inner layer 150 stacked in an aligned manner are connected, so that the novel filter mask 100 is tidier in appearance and better in protection effect.
The fourth step: after being melted, the paraffin is smeared at the joint of any two adjacent layers of edges (the sealing process is carried out by using the paraffin) so as to achieve the purpose of sealing. The paraffin is then solidified. The paraffin wax is used as the adhesive member 170, which has the advantages of no toxicity and no odor. After paraffin is solidified, the air-permeable outer layer 110, the filter layer 130 and the air-permeable inner layer 150 can be stably connected together, and the novel filter mask 100 can be used more reliably. The thickness of the paraffin coated at the joint of any two adjacent layers of edges is 1mm-3mm, and the width is 0.5cm-2 cm. The thickness of the paraffin is 1mm-3mm (for example, 1.5mm, 2mm or 2.5 mm), and the applied paraffin has a reasonable thickness, so that the connection effect of the paraffin after solidification is more reliable. The width of paraffin coating is 0.5cm-2cm (for example, 1mm or 1.5 mm), and the paraffin coating has a reasonable width, so that the influence of paraffin coating on the air permeability of the novel filter mask 100 is small, and smooth breathing of a user is ensured.
When paraffin is solidified, the holder 300 is used to hold the paraffin-coated portion of the edge of the novel filter mask 100, so that the outer air-permeable layer 110, the filter layer 130 and the inner air-permeable layer 150 are not easily separated during the paraffin solidification process.
The fifth step: after folding novel filter mask 100 manually, reuse 10 number staples 230 (9 mm) are fixed to make the user when wearing novel filter mask 100, breathe more smoothly, have better experience and feel.
And a sixth step: the ear strings 190 are then bonded to the surface of the breathable outer layer 110 with paraffin wax to facilitate the user's wearing of the novel filter mask 100.
The seventh step: after the ear strings 190 are adhered to the surface of the breathable outer layer 110 with paraffin wax, a flexible attachment is provided for the novel filter mask 100. The flexible attachment member may be assembled with the outer gas permeable layer 110, the filter layer 130, or the inner gas permeable layer 150 during manufacture, or may be distributed to purchasers for self-installation by the users, so as to reduce the manufacturing cycle of the novel filter mask 100.
Eighth step: when the filter layer 130 needs to be replaced, the new filter mask 100 is heated to melt the paraffin so as to facilitate replacement of the filter layer 130. The new filter mask 100 was heated to above 47 c to melt the paraffin. When the novel filter mask 100 is heated to melt the paraffin, a 1000W-2000W electric hair drier can be used for heating. The 1000W-2000W electric hair drier is a daily living article for people, and the mode of melting paraffin by using the electric hair drier is simple and convenient, and has a certain sterilization effect.
Before the novel filter mask 100 is heated, the part of the novel filter mask 100 coated with paraffin can be put into solvents such as gasoline to dissolve the paraffin, so that the paraffin can be conveniently cleaned. Then the air is blown and heated to achieve the purpose of sterilization. The sterilization method is not limited to the blowing and boiling heating method, and may be performed by ultraviolet irradiation or the like to achieve the purpose of sterilization.
The ninth step: after the new filter mask 100 is dried, the filter layer 130 is replaced. The new filter mask 100 with the filter layer 130 replaced can be used continuously to reduce the consumption of the new filter mask 100 and alleviate the problem of resource shortage of the existing mask.
The tenth step: and then the sealing process using paraffin is repeated. The air-permeable outer layer 110, the filter layer 130 and the air-permeable inner layer 150 are sequentially bonded to realize the installation of the filter layer 130, thereby facilitating the repeated use of the novel filter mask 100.

Claims (10)

1. A production process of a novel filter mask is characterized in that a breathable outer layer, a filter layer and a breathable inner layer are sequentially aligned and then stacked; smearing the melted paraffin on the joint of any two adjacent layers of edges to achieve the purpose of sealing; solidifying the paraffin wax; and then the ear ropes are adhered to the surface of the breathable outer layer by using molten paraffin.
2. The process for manufacturing a novel filter mask according to claim 1, wherein the novel filter mask is heated to melt the paraffin when the filter layer needs to be replaced; replacing the filter layer; and the sealing process by using the paraffin is repeated.
3. The novel filtering mask production process according to claim 1, wherein after the ear strings are bonded to the surface of the air-permeable outer layer by paraffin, a flexible attachment member is provided for the novel filtering mask, the flexible attachment member can penetrate through the air-permeable outer layer, the filter layer and the air-permeable inner layer, and one end of the flexible attachment member sequentially penetrates through the air-permeable outer layer, the filter layer and the air-permeable inner layer along the length direction of the novel filtering mask and then sequentially penetrates through the air-permeable inner layer, the filter layer and the air-permeable outer layer.
4. The production process of the novel filtering mask according to claim 1, wherein the paraffin is coated on the joint of any two adjacent layers of edges, the thickness of the paraffin is 1mm-3mm, and the width of the paraffin is 0.5cm-2 cm.
5. The process of claim 2 wherein the novel filtration mask is heated to a temperature above 47 ℃ to melt the paraffin wax when the filter layer needs to be replaced.
6. The process for manufacturing a novel filtration mask according to claim 5, wherein a 1000W to 2000W hair dryer is used for heating when the novel filtration mask is heated to melt the paraffin.
7. The process for producing a novel filtration mask according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a holder is used to hold a portion of the edge of the novel filtration mask coated with paraffin while the paraffin is solidified.
8. The production process of the novel filtering mask as claimed in claim 7, wherein the holder comprises a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate which are detachably connected, and hooks are arranged at both ends of the first clamping plate.
9. A novel filter mask is manufactured by adopting the production process of the novel filter mask according to any one of claims 1 to 8, and is characterized by comprising an air-permeable outer layer, a filter layer and an air-permeable inner layer which are sequentially stacked, wherein a bonding piece is arranged between any two adjacent layers, and an ear rope is bonded on one side of the air-permeable outer layer, which is far away from the air-permeable inner layer.
10. The novel filtration mask of claim 9 wherein said bonding element comprises paraffin wax.
