Description

Paper diaper with high utilization rate of absorption core layer
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of paper diapers, in particular to a paper diaper with a high utilization rate of an absorption core layer.
Background
The paper diaper mainly comprises a surface coating layer, an absorption core layer and a base fabric. The surface coating layer is usually made of non-woven fabric or cotton-like non-woven fabric, the base fabric is made of PE film or air-permeable PE film, and the absorption core layer is mostly made of water-absorbing materials such as wood pulp, fluff pulp and paper pulp or the mixture of the water-absorbing materials such as wood pulp, fluff pulp and paper pulp and high polymer water-absorbing resin. In the paper diaper, the absorption core layer is flatly laid between the surface coating layer and the base fabric, and urine is absorbed by the absorption core layer after penetrating through the surface coating layer, so the liquid absorption amount of the paper diaper is determined by the absorption core layer.
Although the absorbent core layer is laid between the surface covering layer and the base fabric from front to back, when the diaper is used, the urine of a baby enters the absorbent core layer from the front side, so that the absorbent core layer on the front side can absorb a great deal of urine, the absorbent core layer on the back side hardly contacts the urine, the absorbent core layer on the back side is not used basically and can not absorb the urine, and therefore, when the diaper is changed, the front side of the diaper usually contains a great deal of urine, and the back side of the diaper is still dry. This leads to the utilization ratio of absorbing the sandwich layer on the one hand to be lower, and only the front side is utilized, and the rear side is then extravagant, and on the other hand, if the urine that the front side absorbing the sandwich layer absorbed is too much, then probably because of absorbing the supersaturation, cause the urine can't hold and take place the side leakage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to improve the utilization rate of the absorption core layer of the paper diaper, so that the absorption core layer at the rear side can be utilized.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a paper diaper with high utilization rate of an absorption core layer comprises a surface coating layer, the absorption core layer and a base fabric which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom;
the surface coating layer is arranged on the front side of the paper diaper, and a plurality of swelling materials which can swell when meeting heat or water are arranged on one side of the surface coating layer facing the absorption core layer;
the base fabric is also arranged at the front side of the paper diaper, and a plurality of dilatants which can expand when being heated or being heated are also arranged at one side of the base fabric facing the absorption core layer;
be located among the absorption sandwich layer, from top to bottom has arranged two rows of drain pipe belts at least along panty-shape diapers's fore-and-aft direction, the drain pipe belt include a plurality of arrange side by side and be connected into banded hollow tube by the cotton, the one end of hollow tube is buried in the absorption sandwich layer of panty-shape diapers front side, the other end is buried in the absorption sandwich layer of panty-shape diapers rear side.
The principle of the technical scheme is as follows: when the baby urinates, the urine can permeate through the surface coating layer and enter into the absorption core layer of front side, and meanwhile, the inflation thing also can contact the urine, and because the inflation thing meets heat or meets water and just can expand, consequently the inboard inflation thing of surface coating layer and backer can expand rapidly, and then causes the extrusion to the absorption core layer from both sides to make the intraformational some urine of absorption core extrude the entering hollow tube, then by the leading-in absorption core layer to the rear side of hollow tube in.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: (1) urine can be guided from the front side to the rear side of the absorption core layer through the hollow pipe under the extrusion action of the expansion material, so that the waste situation of the rear absorption core layer caused by no need of sending on the spot is avoided, and the utilization rate of the absorption core layer is greatly improved; (2) the absorption sandwich layer of rear side can share the "work burden" of front side absorption sandwich layer to can avoid as far as possible because of the front side absorption sandwich layer absorbs the unable armful of urine that causes the oversaturation, take place the condition of edge leakage or sepage.
Furthermore, three rows of liquid guide pipe belts are arranged from top to bottom along the front and back directions of the paper diaper; the end surfaces of the three rows of liquid guide pipe belts are arranged in a ladder shape from top to bottom in the absorption core layer positioned on the front side of the paper diaper; the end surfaces of the three rows of liquid guide pipe belts are arranged in a ladder shape from bottom to top in the absorption core layer positioned at the rear side of the paper diaper.
The purpose that the terminal surface ladder of three rows of drain pipes areas was arranged lies in: the layered flow guide nocturia can be realized, if the uppermost drainage tube belt can guide urine close to the rear side, the lowermost drainage tube belt can guide urine far away from the rear side, and the middle drainage tube belt can guide urine in a middle area.
Further, one end of the hollow pipe embedded in the absorption core layer at the front side of the paper diaper is defined as a starting end, and one end of the hollow pipe embedded in the absorption core layer at the rear side of the paper diaper is defined as a tail end; the front and back symmetrical axes of the absorption core layer are arranged until the tail end of the hollow pipe, and the wall surface of the hollow pipe is provided with a plurality of holes for discharging liquid.
The purpose of designing the holes is as follows: the urine can be discharged from the holes while moving in the diversion process, so that the phenomenon that the urine is concentrated and discharged from the tail end of the hollow pipe to cause the local absorption supersaturation of the absorption core layer near the tail end is avoided.
Furthermore, the holes distributed on the wall surface of the hollow tube are more and more dense from the front and back symmetrical axes of the absorption core layer to the tail end of the hollow tube.
The purpose of the above design is: because urine can move in the hollow tube and be discharged from the holes while moving, liquid in the rear tube is less, so that the liquid discharge amount of the front section holes of the hollow tube is balanced at any position of the tube wall, the holes are specially designed by the inventor to be gradually concentrated from front to back, the liquid discharge amount of the front section holes of the hollow tube is suppressed, the liquid discharge amount of the rear section holes is amplified, the liquid discharge amount of any position is consistent as much as possible, and the urine is more uniformly distributed in the absorption core layer.
Further, the expansion object is expansion cotton which can expand when being heated.
The expansion mechanism of the adopted expanded cotton is as follows: because the urine has certain temperature when being discharged from the body, the expandable cotton can be rapidly expanded when being heated when contacting the urine, and once the urine is cooled, the volume of the expandable cotton can be reduced to a certain degree and can be expanded again when being heated next time; thus, the expandable cotton will expand automatically when exposed to heat each time urine is dispensed, and then squeeze the absorbent core layer so that the urine portion entering the absorbent core layer is squeezed into the hollow tube and then directed into the absorbent core layer on the rear side.
Furthermore, the swelling material can swell when meeting water and comprises water-absorbent resin and an elastic film wrapped outside the water-absorbent resin, wherein the elastic film is provided with a plurality of micro holes for water molecules to flow through
The swelling mechanism of the aforementioned dilatant is: when the swelling object meets urine, the urine can penetrate through the tiny holes of the elastic film to be contacted with the water-absorbent resin in the elastic film, the water-absorbent resin can swell rapidly after meeting the water, and the swelling object can extrude the absorption core layer, so that part of the urine in the absorption core layer is extruded into the hollow pipe and is guided into the absorption core layer at the rear side. Wherein, the elastic film is used for wrapping the water-absorbent resin for the purposes of: the loose water-absorbent resin can be wrapped to ensure the integrity of the water-absorbent resin, and the elastic film can expand along with the water-absorbent resin when the water-absorbent resin expands.
Furthermore, a plurality of expansion particles which can expand when meeting heat or water are distributed in the absorption core layer at the front side of the paper diaper.
The purpose of adding expanded particles is: the inflation granule can be met heat or meet water with the inflation thing simultaneously, therefore both can expand simultaneously, and the inflation thing can be extruded from the outside of absorbing the sandwich layer, and the inflation granule then can be extruded from the inboard of absorbing the sandwich layer, and under inside and outside complex effect, the absorption sandwich layer can be by extruded more abundant, more is favorable to the urine to get into the hollow tube.
Furthermore, the expanded particles can expand when encountering water and comprise water-absorbent resin and an elastic film wrapped outside the water-absorbent resin, wherein the elastic film is provided with a plurality of micro pores for water molecules to flow through.
Further, in the absorbent core layer on the front side of the diaper, the distribution density of the expanded particles becomes gradually smaller from front to back.
The purpose of the gradually decreasing density of the expanded particles from front to back is: after the design, the expansion particles are distributed more densely towards the front side and more sparsely towards the rear side, so that after the expansion particles expand, the squeezing action of the front side is larger relative to the rear side, and the liquid can be promoted to move towards the side with smaller squeezing action, thereby being more beneficial to the urine to enter the hollow tube.

The expansion mechanism of the adopted expanded cotton is as follows: because the urine has certain temperature when being discharged from the body, the expandable cotton can be rapidly expanded when being heated when contacting the urine, and once the urine is cooled, the volume of the expandable cotton can be reduced to a certain degree and can be expanded again when being heated next time; thus, the swelling cotton will automatically swell when exposed to heat each time urination is made, and then squeeze the absorbent core layer 2 so that the portion of urine entering the absorbent core layer is squeezed into the hollow tube 51 and then led into the absorbent core layer 2 on the rear side.
In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the swelling material 4 swells when it encounters water, and comprises a water-absorbent resin and an elastic membrane wrapped outside the water-absorbent resin, wherein the elastic membrane has a plurality of tiny holes (not shown) for water molecules to flow through. The expansion mechanism of the dilatant 4 is: when the swelling material 4 encounters urine, the urine passes through the fine holes of the elastic film and contacts the water-absorbent resin in the elastic film, and the water-absorbent resin swells rapidly when it encounters water, and then can press the absorbent core layer 2 after swelling, so that part of the urine in the absorbent core layer 2 is squeezed into the hollow tube 51 and led into the absorbent core layer 2 on the rear side.
In the production of the aforementioned dilatant 4 comprising an absorbent resin and an elastic film, the following processes may be employed: a template 8 is prepared, the structure of the template 8 is shown in fig. 6, a plurality of round holes 81 are arranged on the template 8, a plurality of open grooves 82 (four open grooves 82 in the figure, or more open grooves 82 can be arranged) which are communicated with the upper surface and the lower surface are arranged on the periphery of the round holes 81, when in manufacturing, the water-absorbent resin is sprinkled in each circular hole 81, and then the lower surface and the upper surface of the template 8 are respectively coated with the elastic rubber films after hot melting, wherein, a part of the elastic rubber film coated on the upper surface can penetrate downwards along the slots 82 on the periphery of the round hole 81, and is fused together after contacting with the elastic rubber film on the lower surface, then the water-absorbent resin is wrapped in the elastic rubber film after the elastic rubber film is cooled, the tiny holes are left at the positions where the elastic rubber membrane does not permeate downwards, and finally the prepared expansion object is blown down from the template 8 by adopting high-pressure gas; then, the obtained swollen product is bonded to the inside of the surface covering layer 1 and the absorbent core layer 2.
Preferably, a plurality of expansion particles 6 which can be expanded when being heated or when being heated are distributed in the absorption core layer 2 at the front side of the paper diaper, as shown in fig. 5. The purpose of adding expanded particles 6 is: the expansion particles 6 and the expansion objects 4 can be simultaneously heated or meet water, so that the expansion particles and the expansion objects 4 can be simultaneously expanded, the expansion objects 4 can be extruded from the outer side of the absorption core layer 2, the expansion particles 6 can be extruded from the inner side of the absorption core layer 2, and under the action of the inside and outside cooperation, the absorption core layer 2 can be extruded more fully, thereby being more beneficial to the urine entering the hollow tube 51.
Further, the expanded particles 6 have a structure which swells in the presence of water, and similarly include a water-absorbent resin and an elastic film covering the water-absorbent resin, in conformity with the water-swellable expanded material 4, and the elastic film also has a plurality of minute holes (not shown) through which water molecules flow.
Further, in the absorbent core layer 2 on the front side of the diaper, the distribution density of the expanded particles 6 becomes gradually smaller from front to back, see fig. 5. The purpose of the gradually decreasing density of the expanded particles 6 from front to back is: after the design, the expansion particles 6 are distributed more densely closer to the front side, and the expansion particles are distributed more sparsely closer to the rear side, so that when the expansion particles expand, the compression action on the absorption core layer 2 is stronger at the place where the expansion particles 6 are more densely distributed, namely, the compression action on the front side is larger relative to the rear side, thereby promoting the liquid to move to the side with smaller compression action, namely, playing the role of guiding the flow, and facilitating the urine to move to the rear side and enter the hollow pipe 51.
The present invention is designed with not only the hollow tube 51 for guiding the liquid, but also the expansion material 4 for providing power for the liquid flowing in the hollow tube 51.
When a baby urinates, the urine penetrates through the surface coating layer 1 and enters the front absorbent core layer 2, the swelling material 4 contacts with the urine, and the swelling material 4 swells when heated or contacted with water, so that the swelling material 4 inside the surface coating layer 1 and the base fabric 3 rapidly swells (as shown in fig. 3 and 4), and the absorbent core layer 2 can be squeezed from the upper and lower sides, so that part of the urine in the absorbent core layer 2 can be squeezed into the hollow tube 51 and then guided into the rear absorbent core layer 2 through the hollow tube 51. If the absorbent core layer 2 is further provided with the expandable particles 6, the expandable particles 6 will expand after contacting with urine (as shown in fig. 5), so that the absorbent core layer 2 can be squeezed by the force generated from the inside of the absorbent core layer 2 in cooperation with the expandable material 4, and the urine in the absorbent core layer 2 can more easily enter the hollow tube 51 under the action of the internal and external squeezing.
Therefore, in the invention, urine can be guided from the front side to the rear side of the absorption core layer 2 through the hollow pipe 51 under the extrusion action of the expansion object 4, so that the waste of the rear absorption core layer caused by 'no use of the urine' can be avoided, and the utilization rate of the absorption core layer is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the 'workload' of the front absorbent core layer can be shared by the rear absorbent core layer, so that the situation of lateral leakage or liquid seepage caused by the fact that urine cannot be held due to supersaturation of the front absorbent core layer during absorption can be avoided as much as possible.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
