Description

Laparoscope cyst puncture anti-overflow positioning device
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of medical tools, in particular to a laparoscope cyst puncture anti-overflow positioning device.
Background
The progress of laparoscopic surgery has made possible the removal of most benign celiac cysts over the last 30 years. Laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of less trauma, shorter hospital stay and recovery time than traditional laparotomy, and is favored by patients due to its better aesthetic appeal.
However, in terms of the oncological safety of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery, whether tumor resection satisfies the "tumor-free principle" has been controversial, mainly because rupture of the medical cyst and spillage of the contents of the malignant mass in laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery escalate the disease, resulting in the need for adjuvant chemotherapy and possibly compromising the overall survival of the patient.
The researchers think that serous cystadenoma and skin-like cyst rupture do not affect postoperative disease rate at present, because repeatedly washing the pelvic cavity in the operation generally does not affect causing the residue of the content of the skin-like cyst, and the ovarian mucinous cyst and the peritoneal mucinous cyst are tumors with different biological behaviors, so even if a little overflow occurs in the operation, the repeated washing does not affect the prognosis, but in fact, patients with ruptured and overflowed tumors exist in the operation, the follow-up requirements are tighter, and the patients and the operators face greater psychological pressure. While the poor outcome resulting from failed surgery is irreparable for unidentified individuals with early malignancy.
The iatrogenic cyst rupture and malignant mass content overflow risk of laparoscopic cyst resection is selected to be related to factors such as cyst size, nature, operation mode, operator operation capacity, laparoscopic equipment development and the like. The cyst has certain limit with the normal tissue, is the basic principle of cyst stripping, and through continuously improving the technical operation capability, the normal tissue and the function are continuously pursued in the development of medical treatment under certain conditions.
Some researchers indicate that the puncture and the liquid suction are not suitable for the mucous cyst, closed laparoscopic surgery should be performed, the tumor is firstly cut off and put into a plastic bag, the mouth of the bag is clamped under the incision, the bag mouth is opened, the liquid in the bag is completely sucked and the bag wall is taken out, and the laparoscopic surgery is not suitable for the patient who is too large to put the bag mouth. Serous, single-room and skin-like cysts can be punctured to draw liquid and contract the cysts, specifically, a small pouch is sewn on the cyst wall at the exposed part of the incision by using No. 4 silk threads, a tumor puncture needle is used for puncturing the pouch, the cyst content is sucked out while the suture is drawn tightly to shrink the cyst, the cyst liquid rarely overflows to expose the tumor and cut off the tumor, but the method for drawing the cyst liquid has the defects of inconvenient operation and easy leakage of the cyst liquid.

10) for the atrial cysts and the multi-part cysts, the positioner can be rotated to puncture and decompress a plurality of puncture fixing devices.
The laparoscopic cyst puncture anti-overflow positioning device in the embodiment of the application has at least one or more of the following technical effects:
1. the device of the embodiment is provided with a locator for assisting the location of the puncture needle, the locator 10 is placed on the part of the cyst needing puncture and incision by holding the handle 20, and the locating ring 11 on the locator 10 is aligned with the puncture part; the control force of the control rope 14 on the blade 12 is controlled to enable the blade 12 to be tightly attached to the outer surface of the cyst, and the adhesive layer on the blade 14 can be firmly adhered to the outer surface of the cyst, so that the positioner 10 is stably positioned; the puncture needle penetrates through the puncture elastic pad 13 in the middle of the positioning ring 11 to suck out the content (cyst fluid) of the cyst, the blade 14 is tightly adhered to the surface of the cyst to prevent the cyst fluid from overflowing, the needle hole in the puncture elastic pad 13 can be automatically restored to prevent the cyst fluid from overflowing, so that the cyst fluid cannot overflow in the whole puncture process and after the puncture is finished, and finally the cyst is cut along the outer edge of the blade 12 and is peeled off, thereby solving the technical problems of inconvenient operation and easy cyst fluid leakage of cyst fluid extraction in minimally invasive surgeries such as laparoscopic, single-hole laparoscopic, laparoscopic and laparoscopic Davinci robot surgeries and the like in the prior art, and having the technical effects of simple operation, stability and reliability and effectively preventing the cyst fluid from overflowing in the process of cyst excision.
2. The outer edges of the vanes are smooth and have the function of guiding the cut.
3. The handle body 21 is aligned with the positioning ring 11, the fastening column 212 is pushed into the axial insertion slot 1121 in a proper direction, then the handle body 21 is rotated in a positive direction, the fastening column 212 is screwed into the circumferential insertion slot 1122 to prevent slipping, and then the handle 20 and the positioner 10 are fixed to each other. When the handle 20 and the positioner need to be separated, the handle body 21 is rotated in the opposite direction to draw the clamping column 212 out of the clamping groove 112, so that the handle 20 and the positioner 10 are separated from each other, and the device is convenient to use and easy to operate.
4. When putting into the abdominal cavity, control rope 14 relax, blade 12 draw in the front end of holding ring, put into the back, tighten up control rope 14, two blade 12 expand, and through adjusting the angle that blade 12 expanded, can make blade 12 can laminate mutually with the surface of the cyst of equidimension not to make the location more stable, the anti-overflow effect is better.
5. The protective film can prevent the adhesive layer from adhering other objects, and the protective film is torn off before use, so that the adhesive is convenient and easy to use.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
